Truthful - its just an oil change. But team was efficient and communicated all through. Only issue is cost. Whew, $97 for synthetic oil change including $25 coupon. Likely be ba k though

Everyone there was really efficient. They replaced my oil and filters quickly. They also replaced my license plate light. Mike, the manager, was friendly, efficient and super knowledgeable.

Highly recommend this place. I had a fantastic experience here today! It was extremely quick and everyone was friendly and professional. I appreciated that they even spent a few extra minutes fixing my hood, which has had issues latching shut easily for a few months now. This will be my new oil change place for sure! Thank you!

Highly recommend! U know how we women feel being talked down or taken advantage of or not sure if the service was good? Well not here! I am coming back with all my cars instead of the dealer that forgot to put oil back in. Ya I know! They showed me the oil was clean and full.

Seems scam, when i presented coupon for $25 full synthetic they put semi synthetic. The guy who put oil told me its semi synthetic person. The lady who was processing paper work told me its full symtheticWhish they have label on the nozzle to identify them properly

Very nice and professional employees. They took time and care while working on my Mini Countryman to replace the filter that was being difficult. They also made sure that they reset my service light which turns out to be an engineers game on patinces. They were open and informative through the whole process. Which for me was great engagement. Will be back again!

Service was ok. Their service could be improved on several aspects. Synthetic oil prices are very high, and they didnt fill to the manufacturer oil volume spec of my car.

Quick service but a little pricey.

This place is one of the most professional shops I have ever seen. The workers are very knowledgable and helpful. When I went for an oil change, they got me in and out fast, I did not wait long. I highly reccomend this place as a solid, reliable, affordable and very trustworthy shop. I could not ask for more from an oil change shop. This place is as good as it gets.

The employee dropped the hood rod they use for safety and chipped my fenderI asked not to check/fill tires with air because it was filled with nitrogen (which they didnt have) and they ignored my request!Update: they (management I assume) left me a comment on Google to send them more info and I sent all info they requested then they disappeared!

Came to change my oil. They had given me a coupon which brought the price down, making it the cheapest place within 15 miles. Once my oil was changed, they informed me that I had both headlights out. They said that if I went and bought the lights, they would replace them, free of charge. Went and bought them, and they took no more than 10 minutes changing them. All I can say is that I highly suggest coming here. My man Hershel hooked me up - thank you!

Quick friendly service

Went there today for the first time and have to say I will be back! Michael took care of me and was very professional and kind! The whole team today was kind they genuinely seemed like they loved their job and loved working together which was nice to see!

One of the agent there was very rude, i took my car in since the engine light was on, and he said ur car has problem we cant check it. Then i asked him to check all the fluids so the other guy did that and was quite friendly n well understood. He even checked my engine light issue and it was just tire pressure. I always take my car to Valvoline for oil change but it was my first time at this Carmel location. The kind guy even went further and said hell fill all my car tires with air and i didnt need oil change yet as it was all clean n full. While the rude guy initially kept pushing to get an oil change. He had no sense of how to talk to a customer. He was kinda rushing me into things and trying to lick me out of there.
