The service was quick but, yikes! It cost $103 for an oil change (synthetic blend) and new air filter. And thats with the discount included on their webpage. Perhaps this is the going rate, I dont know. Ive been changing my own oil for 5 years now but needed it done quick before leaving town. For that price, I would recommend the company do something extra, but small, to show they offer premium service. Like wash the windows or give a complimentary... something.. Im not sure what, but something. It just felt like an over-priced oil change.

Everything was fine. Except my wife and I have a VIP card which we showed to the lady when she came to collect the payment. She told us she has the code memorized and doesnt need the card. She goes and brings back my receipt and she didnt take the VIP discount off so I call her back over and she immediately starts to get an attitude about the fact that I want her to refund it and recharge to the 15$ cheaper price. After that my experience was so so. The manager fixed the issue, the lady was just mean immediately when she found out she forgot to take the discount off

Though the staff was friendly and efficient. When we left on our vacation the next day, we had to make an emergency stop at a Honda dealer in the middle of Ohio after hearing a horrible noise from under our car. The cover underneath the car was never put back on properly after the oil change. The cover was ruined and needed to be replaced. Besides wasting time on our vacation.Highly disappointed in jiffy lube. Wont be back

Had my oil changed. They were professional enough to provide the full menu of oil options ad helped me realize that the full synthetic was the better deal (2.5x the mileage, only 2x the cost), plus I got a coupon for $50 off a hotel stay. They did inadvertently forget the window sticker but had it available when I returned to get one.

Dont go here. They cant even install the cover back properly underneath the car, defeating the purpose of the cover being there to protect the undercarriage from water etc. Unbelievable these people. Sloppy work on something this simple doesnt bode well for having an oil change done correctly. Sloppy. Sloppy. Sloppy. I ended up having to come back. Then their Manager said there was missing and stripped bolts. B.S. I usually do the oil changes on my car myself and know that this is a lie.

Friday evening around 6:00PM. Pulled right up into the bay. The place was not busy and another car pulled in right after me. The man I interacted with was easy going and a pleasure to work with. Masks were worn properly.Here’s an observation that I have formulated during the pandemic. This was my second oil change since the beginning of the pandemic. Before the pandemic, you would pull your car in and go into some waiting room while your car was serviced. It always seemed to take forever. Now because of the adherence to social distancing and Covid precautions, you wait inside your car. It really does seem to move a lot more efficiently. And I appreciate that.

Jumped in quickly for an oil change a couple of weeks ago. Beyond the speed and politeness of the service, I was most impressed by the sense of trust I felt. When a garage checks your engine or cabin air filters, you can almost guarantee they’ll tell you it should be replaced, but the individual working the desk here came back and told me it was fine and that I would definitely get another 5k miles out of it— not pushy or aggressive which I appreciated

Took it to another place and they told me the hood to my air filters were never put back on after the oil change. How do you miss that twice? Will never come back.

I went In to get my oil changed did the drive up and stay in car and couldn’t use a coupon also spent over $80 for a oil change and they claimed to check everything over but yet I was in the car watching and the only thing that was done was an oil change but yet they claimed they checked my lights wipers breaks tires and fluids but none of that was done at all

Not too shabby. Customer service changes based on location but they get the job done at a decent price. I recommend they make the waiting rooms be larger and more comfortable. And red mulch at every location? Come on, thats tacky af. Still though, Im in and out within 20 to 30 minutes everytime.

Got my oil changed here one day, and a month later my oil drain plug had fallen out, and all the oil in the engine along with it. At home I park on rocky ground where oil is not immediately apparent. After this incident, I noticed in my parking lot at work there are little oil drips in all my usual spots. They must have forgotten to tighten down the drain plug, and oil was slowly dripping out for a month until one day on the way home on 465 the plug fell out completely, all the oil drained out of my car and my oil light came on. By some miracle I made it home safely without totaling my car, since without oil the engine was due to seize up at any moment. When I got home and checked, there was literally no oil left at all. After only about 800 miles driven since getting an oil change. My mechanically inclined friend confirmed that the oil drain plug was completely missing.I will never be going back to any Jiffy Lube again, that is for sure!

I am disappointed that they charge the same and no longer vacuum the inside of the car or wash your windows. It is the reason why I go to there is the full service. Which I no longer get.

I went here a few days ago to get their signature service oil change. When I was paying for it before leaving, he went through a checklist of everything they did. He said all my lights were good (Ive had a back brake light out for over a month). He said the floors were vacuumed (I still had leaves on the floor when I got in my car). He said my coolant was full (thankfully I checked it today because it was dangerously low). I also checked my oil level today, and it was also extremely low. Did they even change it? Definitely not paying for them say they checked stuff again, and I would recommend you go elsewhere if this is their usual service.

Westfield Indiana stores treated me well in a difficult situation. Prior dealership oil change left the drain plug stripped and very difficult to remove. Was sent to a second store where they got the plug out, had to go to the auto part store to get a replacement and on top of that gave me a 50% discount for the trouble that the dealer caused!With all of our family cars we have likely had 100+ encounters with Jiffy. Should have a few hundred more.

Was greeted early, great service from the moment I pulled up, was in and out fast. Few months later everything went downhill from there and it was all due to my previous visit. I first noticed parts sitting on above my glove box, found out the hard way they were stoppers. As I opened it there was nothing to stop it and everything fell out. My maintenance light later came out so they never reset that. Also for some odd reason my radio volume knob has suddenly been jumping all over the place and turning up when Im turning down. Dont know if something happened with a fuse or what, but it never did that until the moment I pulled out. Can be a great place for some I guess, I feel like my negative experience was just due to negligence.
