I have been to 6 different LA Fitness locations in central IN and over my 15+ years as a member this is by far my favorite location. Everything is clean. Staff is amazing. I never once considered doing the training program until I spoke with Lydia, the Personal Training Director. She didn’t pressure me into doing anything, she asked me what I was trying to achieve, what my goals were, and showed me a path to achieving those goals thru their training program if I chose to do so. I have been pitched by dozens of trainers at different locations and not once did anyone show me they just cared about what I was trying to achieve, whether that meant using the training or not. Any other comment on this page slandering her or any other trainer at this location are salty people who didn’t get a free guest pass. Austin my trainer is unreal, same as Lydia, first session all he cared about was what I wanted to achieve and he tailored everything around that. I have lost 22 pounds and 5% body fat on less than 4 weeks. Love this gym and sincerely appreciate everyone in it.
Welcome to LA Fitness, where we make fun of you for simply being yourself. This place is pathetic. Even worse, this girl (Lydia) is a manager. Why upper management tolerates this type of bullying from their staff is beyond me. I’ve also overheard her schmoozing potential personal training clients and then immediately talking badly right after they sign up for sessions. All I can say is RUN.P.S. All positive reviews are from being bribed with a free T-shirt.
As an older member, I love the pool. Great way to get in a good workout that is easy on joints. If you time your workout, there is never any waiting for a lane. Erica at the front desk is professional and super at her job.
This is a good club with good people. However, it’s gone way downhill with the out with the teenage kids. They have been unruly and have threaten me as well as other members. They tear up the place and yelling out profanities. Many members left to go to other clubs. The kids even just told me the staff can’t do anything to them! I guess they can’t!! To combat this, the club is now asking for positive reviews for a tee shirt. I would give one star but there is good poeple there.
This is my go place for group excersies and sauna. I used to love the swimming pool but the handicapped chair is rusting to the pool, and i dont want to guess when it has been deep cleaned... Management should pay more attention. Also people are never taking pre shower before going to the pool, it can be pretty gross experience. Machines are usually broken and not well maintained . Need much more attention on these parts, other than that the place is clean, and lots of friendly people going here.
Very good gymnasium for all beginners, intermediates, and experts! Staff is very helpful and good at providing resources for dieting and exercise regiments. They also have an extremely wide variety of machines and weights. They have absolutely everything youll need to stay in shape, all in one place. Couldnt recommend this place enough!
Ive been to many gyms; Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, etc and LA Fitness stands out from the rest. Great machines, plenty of benches and squat racks and friendly staff. Also have sauna and plenty of cardio machines. I recommend this gym for beginners or intermediate fitness goers.
I find the Westfield LA Fitness location to be a great value for the price. Lydia did a great job working w me on a personalized training program. Trainers Alli and Casey are both really good at setting up challenging training sessions while keeping it fun and interactive. I also appreciate the precautions they have taken during the Clovis months. All employees wear masks, wipe down all machines after use and keeping the facility really clean. I enjoy going there.
The layout of this one feels a bit more congested than others locally (Fishers, Noblesville) but it is high quality and the people are all great
Have been a member at this gym since it was originally built and have enjoyed it much more than some of the other LA gyms in the area. Friendly staff and very well maintained (clean) unlike some other locations I have visited. Looking for personal training good place to go and be sure to reach out to Lydia (Training Specialist).
There are plenty of free weights and machines available to use. They have bottles of disinfectant to use and hand sanitizer in convenient spots. Treadmills, elliptical, and bikes. Great place to help you physically and helps with cardio too.
Staff is friendly, equipment is good and a great value especially compared to Lifetime Fitness where I used to work out. Pretty much the same gym except half the price.
Great club compared to the other ones in Indianapolis. Clean. Internet always working. Members are courteous. Not too busy.Lydia and her team did a really good job.
Great location. Sauna, pool, hot tub open. Clean and friendly. Great job Carmel IN!!!
The Assistant General Manager Spencer was really helpful in my workout experience. He showed me a couple things in the gym that really made my stay comfortable. Also gave me some tips to help my serious back pain.
This is a great place to workout and just as important nowadays; to socialize, meet new people & make new friends. Everyone is helpful willing to share training ideas as well “spot” you if you need it. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, young or older you can fit in if you want. The staff is friendly and the equipment in good condition. Staff is constantly cleaning but not nazi’s when it comes to masks or social distancing. Love my LAF family!
Perfect gym for anyone looking to sign up this year. Lydia was great during the sign up process. Definitely check out this location!
Lydia is absolutely awesome. I still use the things she taught me, with great results. Shes the best!
Great gym to go to, helpful staff and friendly members
Lydia was a great help! Love working out here. Courts are never too busy
This is my home club. Love the squash courts!
Friendly receptionists. They need to oil their calf machine
I have been a member for a long time. Great people overall, lots of equipment, and great lighting. The gym has definitely been a need for me this year and I couldnt have asked for a better one.
Teenagers are constantly loitering near machines, in the locker room, and having photo shoots. They get in the way of everyone who uses a gym as a gym.
Spencer at the front end did a great job showing me around and getting me acclimated to the gym. Nice atmosphere and good selection of equipment.
This facility is filled with obnoxious loud and rude teens that infest most of the building throughout the time I have attended. I have even attended at different times of the day and they always seem to be there. Not to mention never being able to use most of the machines or weights you want to use due to there being so many people.
Safe place to workout, greet environment and the general manager Lydia was great during the sign up.
Lydia and Erica have great service and make me feel welcome..great safe atomosphere and COVID aware environment
Gym hours are horrible. Dont be fooled by them saying its due to the virus. Extending gym hours is safer allowing members to spread out attendance. Shortening gym hours forces all members to attend at the same time. Other competing gyms have had extended hours for a while already.
Lydia was very helpful. Very good covid measures here.
Lydia was great, CoVid precautions are being taken seriously and overall a great gym to join!!
Worst-place covid measures. Place is packed with zero people in masks, no social distancing. Just nicely ask people to wear masks and most will do it, guys. Its not a health club if your members get sick.
Absolutely reckless Covid operations. A sea of the sweaty and unmasked. Perhaps a health club should actually advocate for its members health?Hamilton County contact tracers: this is where you start.
Horrible customer service. Cannot cancel membership online or over the phone. Was told it had to be in person. Showed up at 5:30p on a weekday and the manager wasnt in to cancel
Do not be TRAPPED into their personal training program, they dont care about their service, only thing they care is getting you sign the contract and taking money from you, kind of dishonest business. Otherwise, there are many good group classes offered in this facility.
Always clean and not too busy in the mornings
People working in this gym are very dishonest; you need to be very careful what you sign; specially when you want to get a personal trainer.
Lots of equipments and nice yoga
Very clean. Staff is friendly.
What a great place to put your head down and go to work! A good friend and classmate of mine —(Scott)— showed me the ropes. He is a regular here. He, among others, continually sculpt “LA” to be motivational, judge-free environment. Thanks, Scott!
Friendly staff, doing all they can to keep me safe.
I have used LA fitness for many years and enjoyed the balance of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. As someone who heads to work after a workout, the cleanliness of the showers appeals heavily to me. Chris signed me up and has helped me through the process of being away and coming back to continue working out at LA fitness.
First visit today! First impression is very good. Spent just 30 minutes on the treadmill, just getting started working out after a long time! I was there around 2 pm and there were not too many people, thus I could have used any equipment there. The place was clean. Users, on finishing use of equipment, were good about sanitizing the equipment areas touched. I will be going there regularly; I like the place.
It’s so sad seeing how all of these locations have one unfortunate person who is ruining their business. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not unless you wanna feel bad about yourself after.
Chris gave my friend and I a great deal. We’re only home for 2 weeks and he hooked us up real well! Thanks Chris.
Good shirt good covid measures
I went into LA Fitness today and met with the complimentary personal trainer that they offer upon registering for a membership. I had a pleasant experience going over my goals and overall ways of self improvement with the trainer and the workout was also very helpful. However, when we were finished with the workout my trainer and another one of the staff members tried SHOVING the personal trainer package down my throat. They would not stop. I don’t mind if someone tries to sell me something, but at least try to act like you care about the customer and not just getting the sale..very poor service and I am very disappointed in their professionalism.
This is a great gym! The employees are very welcoming, the equipment is well maintained, and the fellow gym goers keep you motivated. If you forget a drink or get hungry during your workout, have no fear, King Cal is here.
Best gym in the world
Very clean and welcoming staff!
I have been a member for LA for many years, I like their group classes. This year I was persuaded to get a personal training package, horrible experience! I have no problem with any personal trainer, the problem is the management and sale representatives, they couldn’t provide service they promised, however, once you in, you are TRAPPED. I guess all they care is getting money out of your pocket, no professionalism. Be careful to sign any personal training class!
Most of the trainers are nice and friendly, gym is clean. LOVE the custodian Fabiola, I think is her name. Trainer Chad and Casey are very friendly and helpful (even though i don t pay for their service) theyve always been helpful. I am older and usually dont know my way around but most staff point me in to the right direction.
Always way to crowded and full of the type of people you dont want to see when youre working out. Does not have enough free weights or cardio for how busy they are. Machines are pretty good. Small pool and small Basketball court as well
Impossible to cancel a membership here. I cancelled by paper (what the website tells you to do), and that didn’t work. Went in to cancel my membership along with my parents in person when they said that’s what we have to do. Two months after starting the process and having the manager cancel my membership herself, I am still being charge. I would like a refund for the last two months.
I’ve been a member of this gym for almost a year now. The staff and front desk are very friendly and helpful! The gym has everything I need and more for my workouts- absolutely love this gym!
This is a great gym
It is a nice gym. It is fairly busy when I go but they have a lot of machines available so I was never waiting to do something. BUT, the management and sales personalities of these people are ridiculous. They failed to mention an annual fee. I found this out right after I signed up and got my receipt. They got really excited about making me sign up right now but that may have just been a push for me not to find out all the hidden fees. Buyer beware.
Great and welcoming staff! Great equipment with lots of space. I’ve watched my life transform here and I’m so grateful!
The gym seems pretty good. The personal training experience is horrible. Not to say that the personal trainers arent good - mine was excellent. The problem is with the way the company goes about sucking you in. They have a very hard sell approach. One of their fitness trainers takes you around and explains why personal training is so much better than typical circuit training. Ok, Im convinced. I like the guy, sign me up.Then they assign you to a totally different trainer who has a different approach than what you were sold on. Of course, its in the contract that they can do that. But you actually cant even work with a trainer unless you sign a 6-month contract. And if you decide personal training doesnt work for you, too bad, because youll only get some of your money back. But it gets even worse. Lets say your trainer had to cancel or you were out of town and you had some extra sessions on bank. Well, if you cancel or complete your contract, guess what. You only have 30 days to use those sessions. If you want to use all of your sessions beyond that time frame, you have to continue to pay for sessions to extend that 30-day deadline. In other words, you have to pay for something youve already paid for.Its such a bunch of BS.Its got great fitness equipment, but Ill never be back.
My whole experience here was amazing. The place is very clean and organized, ultimately a very friendly environment. Staff was very helpful on giving pointers and more information on the different classes. So far Zumba has been my favorite! I refer friends here quite often. Great experience!
DO NOT DO PERSONAL TRAINING UNLESS PREPARED TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY!Last year in May I put my name in a bowl for a free personal training session. Worst. Idea. Ever. I had a session with Brandon and it went well. It was short because I was running late, so he offered another free session to make up, which I took him up on the offer. Next session went well and I was pleased with the free session. That’s when everything went downhill. Then he sat me down talking about personal goals and what fits my schedule and how many times a week works for me. I tell him I’m not really interested in it because it’s expensive and I couldn’t really afford it. He keeps putting on the pressure and I keep saying no that it’s not really something I wanted to do. Then because he “doesn’t want me to miss out” he calls over his manager Lydia. They keep pressuring me and I feel like they aren’t going to let me leave without signing up. I had already been in there for an hour workout and they had been talking/pressuring me for about 30-45 minutes. It was close to dinner time, I had two kids in the kids area that I needed to pick up and I was ready to go. I was not financially independent at the time, as well, stating several times that I wanted the night to talk it over with my boyfriend, who had been supporting me. They wouldn’t let me leave, saying that they’re sure my boyfriend cares about my health and that he would be fine paying for it if he cares about me. Pressured and under duress, I ended up verbally agreeing to a once a week training session for 6 months at $200 a month. They pull the contact up on the computer screen and scroll directly to the bottom for me to sign. Then they quickly make me check boxes that is “just all part of the agreement”. Whatever, just happy to finally leave. I start my sessions with Cassey, who is a great trainer, things are fine. Then I have to change the day of the week of my work outs to Monday, so I switch trainers to Alli, who I really like working out with as well. But I broke up with my boyfriend last July, and I lost my job in January, so I need to cancel this as I can no longer afford it. I pull out my contract and see that it doesn’t say the 6 months, like we had talked about and I had agreed to, it said 12 MONTHS! Which I NEVER, I repeat NEVER would’ve agreed to. Upset, and thinking over it, they had pulled the contract up on the computer and scrolled down to the bottom for my signature, when at the top, where I couldn’t see, was the part written in for 12 months, not 6. Frustrated and upset, but clearly under contract, I call to see about canceling the personal training. I call at 5:30 on February 4th and talk to the operations manager. He says that in order to get out of the contract I need to pay half of what’s left on my contract. So I have February, March and April left, $600, that I need to pay $300. I ask how I do that, if I need to have a written thing and he says no, just come in 9-5 Monday thru Friday and we can cancel it for $300.so today on February 5th I go in at 11am and try to cancel. Lydia says that my payment, which they don’t take out until the 8th of every month, is already pending and therefore it is not going to cost me $300, it’s going to be $400. That they have no way of canceling my payment and the best I could do is wait for this payment to come out and then come back in to pay half of what’s left on my contract, March and April, so I’d have $400 left, so i would need to pay another $200. I told her I spoke to someone last night at 5:30 who said that I could pay just the $300. She looked up who it was and said that he was fired. I said I talked to him at 5:30! She said his shift ended at 6 and he was fired. So while he was employed he told me one thing and now you don’t stand by what their employees say? She said if I had come in on the 1st that I could’ve done the $300. I told her my son has been sick since Friday, and he has pneumonia. No offer of compassion, no offer of any sort of way to make this better or to stand by what I was already told. Outright horrible.
Visited from college, Chris made it really easy to get in the gym, and the people/facility were very nice!
There are blood splatters on the gym floor that have been there for several months now. When I first saw them, I told one of the employees working there that night. I’m not able to go to the gym often, so it wasn’t until 2 weeks later I went and saw it was still there. I sent an email complaining about it and 2 months later it is still there despite being told the operations manager would take care of it.Why aren’t the managers inspecting the gym? I thought that even if the original employee I told did nothing about it- that at least it would have been noticed by a manager doing a regular walk through of the premises. It’s so disgusting and makes me wonder about the cleanliness/maintenance of other areas like the pool or the sauna and hot tub?!!?
I just started at LA this week and I absolutely love it! The staff are all very helpful and the facility is super nice! I started taking some of the classes like spin, and yoga and I have had an amazing experience so far! Ill definitely be referring all my friends here!
My experience at the Westfield location was incredible. They took me on a tour of the facility and were attentive to my personal and fitness needs. My favorite part of the gym was the indoor pool and sauna! They were also able to get me a good deal on the membership. I will be referring my friends here!!!
As a loyal member for 5 years, LA Fitness offers a great value for its amenities!
If you love waiting in lines to use nearly all weights and machines, this place is for you. If you love it when they let broken equipment sit broken for 6 months now (cable machines) this place is for you. If you love always having to wait 10-15 minutes to get a treadmill, youll love this place. If you love having to circle the parking lot to find a place to park, go sign up as soon as possible. Also, they have sign up sales all the time, so just wait for one.
Enjoy this gym. Does get busy. Dont leave your area because people will take over and not ask. Best time to hit to the gym here is when you can have less people in there.
Ive seen a decline in the quality of the staff over the last two years. In the mornings, the front desk is staffed by a rude controlling woman named Brenda or Glenda who thinks shes a hall monitor for an elementary school rather than a greeter in a service industry. For fun, give her your phone number instead of bringing your tag and watch her switch into authoritarian mode. (I strongly suggest writing your phone number down, handing it to her, and then walking off to complete your workout as she lectures the back of your head.) Ive seen her recruit trainers and threaten harmless members with violence for using conversational profanity. After multiple complaints from multiple members, shes still there. At night, the staff at the front desk are too busy talking to each other or checking their smart phones to even look up and smile. Ive also noticed that damaged equipment seams to stay offline longer, and the whole feel of the gym has changed for the worse. To be fair, they provide decent free weight equipment, the fitness classes that Ive attended have all met my expectations, and the price is reasonable. Its sad that management is so unresponsive. Im keeping my eyes open for another gym in the area.
Terrible Service on personal training sessions, they are very nice to you until you sign the contract. Totally different attitude once they started to charge your monthly fee. We took sessions for 9 months, but having trouble to continue have sessions scheduled. the fitness continued to charge high monthly fee. When I called to schedule sessions, the person in charge is very unprofessional, did nor offer any apologies for discontinue sessions, told me that he would set up session for Tuesday and hang up my phone without letting me finishing. I found out later no sessions were even set up and no response from them. Very bad at customer focus.
This was a pretty good gym for working out. They have a wide variety of equipment.
Good staff, descent atmosphere! Horribly inconsistent sauna for the last 2 years. They should also consider taking some of the spin bikes out of the spin room for those who dont want to take the class or have to time their workout around when there is a class to get on a bike. Other than that good bang for your buck.
Poor experience with sales manager and my daughter. It intimidated her very much
Tuesday AM at 6:30 I checked in. The girl at the desk, obviously a summer job, had her head in her hands and the scanner on the desk so that she did not have to do anything to check you in. I commented to my trainer that she looked sleepy, and he agreed. As I was leaving at 7:30, she had her arms folded on the desk, head resting on her arms, her phone in front of her arms. As a member came in she never looked up from her phone. It is hard enough for me to get motivated to work out early. But when the gym personnel are more tired and lazy, it does not motivate!
One of the best clubs in the LA Fitness family. Not because its clean, but its spotless or because the staff knows you by name, but they do make the Carnel La Fitness one of the best in the country. Well done Tony and team please keep up the good work and thank you.
Clean facility. Really busy in the afternoon/evenings. Would check busiest times online before planning a trip to maximize the time you spend there!
Easy to get membership. Very difficult to cancel the membership. Otherwise good equipments but tends to be crowded between 5pm and 8pm.
Been here for years. Great staff and customer sevice.
I use to love this gym, but its been going down hill a bit. Things are breaking down and not fixed quickly, equipment is starting to wear. I do have to give them credit for replacing things that pose a danger quickly.
Once these people have a debit or credit care number - you are a member for life. I had to go to the bank to cancel my membership when I moved away, because they refused to stop billing me. Go work out someplace with a more honest way of doing business.
This a great gym! The staff is very friendly and the general manager Nick always remembers my name and says hi when I come in! These other reviews are a little harsh. Good prices, friendly staff, lots of classes!
Conveniently located and has a lot of parking. The gym offers a lot of pieces of equipment for members at all fitness levels.
Great gym, they keep everything really clean. Basketball courts are always good, great place to work out.
My first interaction there was not friendly- I asked for help moving my account..was told the GM had to do it, and I would get a call. She didnt even want to let me in that day to workout...you really had to go ask and Im an Active member??The call never came and I had to go back the next day myself. The machines are surprisingly outdated and when I asked about that, no one could answer me. Been an LA member for years...that might change.
I want to start this off by saying that I am not a member of LA Fitness, so I had no idea what to expect, but I did not realize you had to bring all of your own stuff, including towels, basketballs or racquet ball equipment. That was quite off-putting to me. Otherwise, the facilities were very clean and the space very open, although I feel that is how it is at all LA Fitnesses.
Old run down! Once you have signed up workers will ignore you! This gym needs a upgrade! Showers water temp freezing cold or burning Hot!!
The facility itself is very good, with adequate selection of equipment and access to lockers/restrooms. (Five stars to this location) At $30 a month (last time I checked), it is a fair deal. That said, I CANNOT recommend LA fitness to anyone considering personal training. I signed the contract (which has a vicious clause stating that cancellation before the 1 year is up results in a 50% fee, and began training with a good trainer. He left after a month or so, but I was given a new trainer, who was perfect for me. (same general body type and attitudes, training style, etc). At this point, I signed my wife up as well. She received a trainer that she really liked (for the same reasons). After a couple months, my trainer said he was moving on. I got a third trainer, who, although not bad at his job, was just not the same as the last guy. He did not instill that sense of knowledge, or motivation that the others had. Shortly thereafter, my wifes trainer also quit, and she was assigned a fellow (not her preference) who at least did seem to be a good trainer. He was not in tune with her needs however, as a 411 woman and a 63 guy are very different. After struggling to find better trainers, including switching to this location (from the Michigan rd.), she gave up and wanted to just quit. Shortly thereafter, we put in an offer on a house, and in the string of financial discussions, was advised the $300 a month for training would need to be cut for us to get it. Good old LA Fitness would not show us any mercy, despite my having been a member for over a year and paying for 6+ months of training. So we did not get the house (as I did not have $1000 lying around to pay off the contract).Looking back, part of their program is taking measurements, and helping you track progress. Neither of us were ever given measurements, and although the trainers themselves were generally good folks, the corporate gym was a terrible experience.I am now a member of a small local gym, and have never felt more at home.
I dont really like the open layout and massive waste of space present in all LA Fitness gyms. I prefer smaller gyms where the actually owner is invested and present.
Kit was awesome when he sold me my membership!
Nobody take shower before swimming pool. its horribly disgusting... :( Sweaty people are jumping into the pool after gym or after street.Need to write a huge billboard on the door You MUST wash your body with soap right before going to the swimming pool!!!
I usually dont come to this particular LA Fitness, and after today. I attend the early morning workout classes in the morning and they are the best part of my day. Usually, employees do not bother me. I had the worst encounter with the woman at the front desk, Brenda. She was comepletly rude and made me feel worthless. I was not aware members needed to show their tag. After being a member for 3+ years and using different locations, I was unaware of this rule after using my phone number to sign into my account. After my awful encounter with her, I will not be returning to this particular LA Fitness. I understand she is given rules, but there is a way to be considerate, understanding, and helpful when doing her job. She got my day started on such an awful and negative note. I truly dont need her negativity and rude attitude in the one place that enchanes my life.
The facility itself was really clean, but the staff that I interacted with was very rude. I had been given a two week pass to check out the place, and upon coming in to sign up I mentioned that I was and avid cyclist. The staff member that was helping informed me that cardio is pointless and that weight lifting is far superior. This was first red flag. I decided not make use of the two week pass, and the staff member has been calling my phone non-stop. I cannot recommend this gym location.
If your life is so regimented you can only work out 5p to 7p buy a home gym. Im sure they didnt offer you a private membership. SMH
It is nice and clean but the employees are impersonal. Since they have changed staff it is not the same. It used to be very upbeat.
Listen to me, NEVER register for a personal trainer program or youll NEVER be able to cancel it. $55 for a 25 minute session is way too expensive for me, itll be $45 if you chose to have 3 days a week with trainer, but thats still way too much costly. The gym manager promised me hed get my cancellation done within a week, but its over the deadline and he DIDNT reply when I texted him after. They nearly train you NOTHING at all during the session. Just some regular basic exercises that you can easily find from YouTube or Google, and thats it.If you cancel, you have to pay half of the rest prices for the rest terms, which is a few THOUSAND bucks.DO NOT ever waste money for the personal trainer. DO NOT listen to Brandon or anyone else when they offer and try to convince you to sign up for the 6 month or 12 month program. The membership price is the only thing you should spend money on here, and thats it.
Its funny how must of the people on here are talking bad about any gym. Making excuses wont help you hit your goals. First, every gym is busy between 4:30 and 7:00 p.m. Second, if you want to complain about something not working well, look in the mirror. When you make a commitment to live a healthy life and work out you have to find ways to make it work for you. Look at it as the glass half full, not half empty. Now get out there and it make it happen!
Ive been to most of the LA Fitness facilities around Indianapolis, and this is my favorite. Unlike some of the posts here, Ive found the staff to be very nice and helpful. What I appreciate the most is that they have SQUASH courts, not racquetball courts! Thats so great. When I go to to the other clubs, I rarely see anyone playing racquetball, but there is almost always at least one squash game going when Im at this club after work or on Saturday mornings. I know that most of the market in the Midwest may not be familiar with squash, but the rest of the world knows and loves this game. As more East Coast educated Americans and international professionals move to the Indy area, these courts should get busier and busier. So glad to find these here. My only reason to not give it 5-stars is that they have several pieces of cardio equipment on the 2nd floor that side idle 90% of the time, while there is a line for treadmills. They need to stock the store with more of the products their customers want.
Fantastic aqua fit. Accepts Silver Sneakers.
Nice layout. Equipment is old, often cardio and weights stuff is out of order, but seems to get fixed quick. Worst spin machines Ive been on but I guess they get the work done.
These people are really slimyafter being closed for three months they kept my last month payment then unannounced they charge my card $100one for a semi annual fee and then for a monthly fee when I haven’t been to their location over four monthsI called them and requested a refund it’s been a week latera person named Christine Brady was supposed to have done it but of course she seems incompetent just like the rest of their organization stay away from these guys they are a rip off
