Best carpet cleaning experience Ive EVER had! Damon from Langenwalter did an outstanding job cleaning a difficult problem resulting from awakening with severe food poisoning. Results were not the kind of carpet cleaning job anyone wants to do. After doing what I could to mitigate the damages, I called Langenwalter the next morning and they were able to schedule me the next day. Damon showed up right on time for the appointment. He asked details of what needed to be done and was courteous enough not to shudder at what he was facing. He worked very expertly, diligently, and effectively and had the job taken care of (as well as cleaning carpets in the rest of the bedroom, a hallway, and two walk-in closets) in about half and hour. The next day: absolutely no stains or odor. Also the carpet was not soaked, and there was no sticky soap residue. I had fresh, dry, stain-free carpet. THANK YOU Damon and Langenwalter!

I have used Langenwalter Carpet Cleaning for over 14 years. I first found out about them when I had a [poor] kitty with stomach cancer. Unfortunately, my kitty vomited blood all over my basement carpet. It seriously looked like a crime scene. Asked if he could do it today and he was able to get the work done asap. Work is exemplary! Had a red stain on my vanilla carpet and the technician was able to get it right out. On Good Friday at 3pm a neighbors dog we were house sitting got terribly sick on the cream colored carpet. We started calling around with places closed and others that were open laughing like you have got to be kidding. “There is no way we can help”. We called Langenwalter. When they answered my husband said “I realize this is probably impossible”. The receptionists reply “nothing is impossible” let me see what we can do. Amazing! The quotation process was easy. Steve came out and gave me a price, some scheduling advise also as I was doing an interior remodeling project. First time Ive used carpet & tile cleaning from Langenwalter, via the recommendation of a realtor. It could not have been a better experience. The two bedrooms, loft, and stairs have light-colored carpet that shows everything, and now it looks so much better. Plus I had the ceramic tile floor of the screened porch cleaned - also done well. When scheduling the appointment the office staff I talked to were very friendly and gave me pre-arrival tips to get my house ready for the cleaning. We have been using Langenwalter for many years after a painter spilled green paint on a white carpet & they were able to get it all out! Amazing! They are great to work with-easy to schedule and they call before they come. Scott has been fabulous-going the extra mile to work on our problem areas. We have a cat who unfortunately urinates on the basement carpet (& a few other carpets). He pre-treats the areas a couple days before the carpet cleaning. On the day of the cleaning he worked hard & went over those areas several times to remove the smell & stains. He also got out a red wine stain on cream carpet and cleaned our throw rugs. I cant attest to how well they clean carpet yet but plan to after my minor catastrophe this morning. I got wrapped up in conversation with my car lights on in a gas station parking lot and when I tried to start the car, the battery had died. Buyer BEWARE-after years of great service, one cheap new rug (one random incident) was damaged by them. They did not want to do anything but take it to their warehouse and try to manipulate the heck out of it. We have allergy issues so that was not an option. NO other customer service offer of credit or anything else. If God forbid anything gets damaged by them accidentally they will NOT ever replace or credit the price for your rug without a fight and then they will refuse ever servicing again. Absence of customer service. Just another business wanting to save money anyway possible. (Note the rug was @ 10 x 12, though the 4x6 was also warped. They cleaned 6 rugs, 3 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs) Very sad accepting responsibility in an appropriate manner is flipped into bully accusations at the customer. The ONLY thing that they considered bullying was the comment that we would warn friends and others with a review. Thats basic business. (Note the carpet cleaner himself was told about the rug that day before leaving the house. We were told to give it a few days to make sure it didnt reshape. Sadly they are not honest in their reply)

We have rental properties and have used Lagenwalter Carpet Cleaning for over 15 years. The latest was a basement where the tenants kept their dog while the here at work. Once you opened the basement door the odor was overwhelming. Langenwalter was able, in two applications/trips eliminate th smell. As a result we were able to show the house within 3 days.
