They came out and dried out our basement. Our insurance company had recommended midwest, but the no showed. A+ DID A GREAT JOB!

Came out did the work done very professionally and timely His guys did a great job and I highly highly recommend using them if the need ever occurs. Jeff is awesome! I left a sink running upstairs and it started leaking through our lights downstairs. Jeff came out in under an hour and checked the ceiling thoroughly. And also checked the upstairs where the leak started and assured us it should dry without issue. He did not charge us a dime for his expert opinion. He was speedy and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend!!

Called for an air test due to suspicion of mold in my apartment. Jeff and Rachel were very professional and kind! I got the results back right away and Jeff took his time explaining them to me. Want to give a HUGE shout out to Jesse at A+ Restoration Inc. They came out quickly, diagnosed our problem, set up all the fans/dehumidifiers, pulled the carpet, and helped get our water out ASAP. Our basement flooded this past week. We had called serv pro, but were told it would be 2 days before they could come out. We called A+ Restoration and they were at our house in 45 minutes! Much better response time! A+ did a great job. We are so glad we got them to come out!

This weekends rains flooded our basement! We have used A+ before. The came out to our home in under an hour, fixed our sump pump for us, then started to dry us out. Very happy with the work that they have done so far.

In July we had flooding in basement. Called out a company to dry us out. They didnt get the carpet all dry nor did they get walls dry. As a result we got mold. We called A+ out. A+ came out and worked with our insurance company. Got rid of the smelly carpet and pad, cut out the moldy drywall. They then came back and put it all back together! Jeff and his crews made a terrible experience from another restoration company, much better. We wish we would of called A+ out originally!

Called and confirmed appointment. They were a no-show and no call. I even called back and left a message. Never heard back from them -BOO. Called Rytech instead and they were here in an hour and did a wonderful job.

We used this company after our water softener overflowed in our basement and we were very happy with their service. Jesse came and assessed the basement, recommended what needed to be done and left it up to us to decide. We chose to dry out the carpeting with their equipment and 5 days later, theres no evidence of any moisture and the basement carpet is back to its prior condition. They removed all of their equipment and the same day called Rolando to retack all of our carpeting, nail back the baseboards, and recaulk the baseboards. They saved us a huge headache acting quickly and recommended the safest way to remediate the water damage.
