The is the Crew to go to. I drive out of my way every week to get my car washed at this Crew. My car always some out clean on the first run. If I have a spot that I know needs extra attention they will take care of it.

Recently bought new wheels and tires for ram 1500. Before doing so I went to crew and did my home work. I also called corporate and asked and was told again 12.5 would work. I purchased 11.5 so they did not stick outside the fender well. Was told no problem as long as the tires were under 12.5 inches which is what I wanted but didnt want to have to hand wash my truck especially in winter. I wasnt taking a chance of not being able to use the wash so the place I purchased mounted wheels and tires and let me take it to crew to make sure. Truck was measured and I was told Im good to go. That was two months ago and I wash several times a week every week ( same location in Avon) Today however a young man named Zach which seemed to be on a mission to turn people away having watched him analyze the few cars and one truck ahead of me. He even climbed up in the bed for some reason which is great if it had something that needed to be removed I wasnt paying close attention to why. Anyway he cancelled my pass and seemed to enjoy doing so as if it gave him satisfaction of doing so. The smerky smile as I drove off is the reason I mention this. Wheels and tires cost $ 4000 and I checked with crew first and even drove it there and made sure while I had the opportunity to change if needed. Now I cant swap sizes without having to purchase again and Im out being able to use the wash period. Myself like many am super picky and into keeping my things clean and havent had any damage with this new wheel setup whatsoever and have been through 20 or thirty times without and have had not one staff member even mention this. I might add I was concerned when I first went through and had a staff member follow me through and tiks me everything was fine. I wouldve cancelled myself after the lightest little thing trust me. I asked if I could sign a waiver and was told no. So depending on whos working while having your truck measured and trusting what youre told better make sure you arent wasting money in wheels and tires only to be told theyre sorry. That doesnt cut it crew this is a expensive mistake for me having trusted your staff. Oh and you lost a years long customer but Im guessing you could care less which is the impression Zach gave me. Maybe you can reimburse me for tires and suggest what size I replace them with. No worries though Ill just share my experience with many and keep on writing reviews in a regular to make sure it stays current.

Every crew car wash Ive ever been to has been great there always smiling and have great customer service however I was informed that if I wash my car more than 8 times a month my monthly fee will go up if you think about it thats not exactly umlited washing for $39 bucks a month if I want to wash my car everyday I should be able to do that .

Crew is a great place to shine up your vehicle. Staff is most often happy, helpful, and energetic (which is always a pleasure). Theyre always pushing the Unlimited Works program, which if you get The Works and like to go 3+ ea month IS a solid deal.Lately the tire shine has lost some of its sparkle (new product, less product?? Either way, pump up the sheen please).Great work at building a solid and consistent team!

My car washing is exterior and it does a pretty good job. My rating is a three because if does not clean the back of my car well (I have a hatchback) nor does it clean the front of my car well (the grill) but it does clean the rest. They need to slow down the car going thru the drier. If you dont have time to get out and dry off your car, you go home with water spots. I have a black car and it shows. Otherwise, people are very friendly.

If youre familiar with this local chain, it will meet your expectations. This is not one of the larger ones that offer interior cleaning - but lines for those services, in my experience, are prohibitive anyway.For those unfamiliar - its an automated carwash, with soft cloth cleaning, and in-your-face sales patches for special promotions on unlimited monthly services and upgrades. But, if you want these, there are tons of affiliated carwashes in the Indianapolis area, and theyre in no apparent danger of going out of business.The wash quality? Its okay, at best.

This place was wonderful as always. We came through on a Sunday afternoon and the staff was as energetic as ever. Very grateful to get a wash here. The rims did not get as cleaned as we wouldve liked, but we simply missed that. Otherwise we wouldve asked for a rewash. As a former employee, I love the changes that theyve made at crew. The awning along with the presoak gate is very useful and efficient and I LOVE the fact that they removed the mirror above conveyor. Great visit. Great company.

I really love Crew Car Wash, but today when I went through in the end of drying it didnt seem to dry throughly so I went around again a 2nd time and it seemd to do the same thing so I just went into LA Fitnesses parkinglot to let it drip dry and let all of the remaining water drip off,It did clean my car very well👍👍👍👍, But heres the thing I think the previous owner that had this car put something on the car so the water wouldnt bead on the car but then again im just nit picking here other than that Crew Carwash is amazing business 👍😊

Good wash, but not great. Get rid of those silly gates that supposedly get rid of bugs... They dont work. You cant beat a good brush and high pressure blast like the good ol days.

Ive had too many times when I need to run through a second time because the first time didnt clean it all. I think there needs to be more time spent initially as you spray the front of the vehicle.

I like Crew. The folks have always been nice. However, the recent adjustments theyve made to the cw have made the actual car wash not very good. The last 3 times Ive gotten my car washed here, it came out still rather dirty. Will probably have to start washing by hand

So the first trip through didnt get all the bird droppings or berries from the bushes... The line was too long to wait in twice during lunch break... Tweeted and didnt get a reply, called and also didnt reach anyone. I know that 2nd trip is only good immediately, but when not practical, a call or some other form of communication would be helpful so that we could swing back through later in the day....

Came back from a vacation and had tons of debris caked on the front and my mirrors. The attendant power washed the front for a good 45 seconds before putting me through. It was nice that he took the time so I didnt waste my money. Will definitely come back!

I’ve gone through this carwash with my Truck 20+ times. I’ve never been turned away until today. They now have add equipment that makes my truck too wide and or too tall. If you own a pick up truck don’t waste your time. This will be the last time my family uses a Crew Carwash. Ridicules!!

I wanted to get my car washed . They have several different levels of washes. I had a coupon for the Ultimate . The employees were friendly and very helpful. The car washed and then blown dry. A good value for money. Check them out sometime soon.

Crew has an excellent method for insuring that they only hire the friendliest and most courteous people. Maybe thats why the business is named after them! But, Im sorry Crew, my brain cant accept it and still defaults to calling you Mikes. I guess I should move to Ohio? Or call you Bills?

A word of warning. We drive a minivan and as it was, at the time, covered in road salt we decided to have it washed. We choose the Ultimate wash ($20) and proceeded to pay. After paying our attendant, and right before he walked away from the van he gave us a flyer and told us about the promotion they were having (buy one month of unlimited car washes, get the second month free). I wish I had known about this at the start of the transaction, I would have happily chosen the promotion. No big deal, I think, Ill just go up to the attendant after we exit the wash and buy it then, thinking that they would credit the wash I just purchased towards the price. Not true! I was told that they had no way of refunding a purchase and that if I would like to buy the deal, I still could, at the full price. I understand that they might not have a way to do so, but I still feel a bit cheated about the transaction considering it wasnt until after paying that I was notified about the deal. The real kicker though is that after paying $20 for a single car wash, the back of the van (the whole rear hatch and bumper) were still streaked and a mess with salt residue. Again, Im sure Im partly to blame since I didnt inspect the van before leaving (being thrown off because of my conversation with the attendant after the wash) and didnt notice until home, but I guess I expect a bit more out of the wash for the price. For what its worth, the rest of the van looked nice, but all-in-all, I wasnt happy with my visit.Key takeaways for your visit here: be sure that YOU ask your attendant about all sales before paying, and be sure to check that your vehicle is actually clean BEFORE leaving.

Always friendly staff. Great wash. Can be a wait during peak hours / weather, but nothing out of the ordinary. Downside, can be a little pricey & they will more than likely bend your rear license plate.

Both side and top washers are lightweight and the track was surprisingly fast. End result is a very ineffective wash, even for lightly-soiled vehicles.

While I appreciate getting my car washed at Crew, I must admit that their customer service, is not always the greatest. I try to get their attention to spray my back window and they ignore me. There are also times when they make a mark on the back window whatever crayon they use and it doesnt come off. I have a monthly pass but I think that I may cancel it soon.

I would avoid this Crew Carwash if possible. Its generally crowded, which is understandable, but the quality of the machinery is awful.I went there today not even 15 min ago, and left very disappointingly. I ordered a Choose Two because I just wanted to get the salt off the car and from out from under it. However, when I went through the wash, it never sprayed the bottom. You can tell when it does this because of the pressure that passes your feet and it make the sound... it didnt. Also, the dryers at this location are abysmal at best. My car looked like it was dunked in a pool.I will avoid this location from now on. Ive always had issues with it, but due to circumstance/location, Ive had to use it more than I wish. No more though, its just not worth it.

Always have great service when coming to the location and the wait is never more than a minute or two. Very quick. I like the crew service so much that I signed up for the unlimited wash program. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends!The best part is that my truck fits like a glove and comes out looking perfect every time!

Extremely disappointed, my brand new, one week old car was scratched here and they refuse to take responsibility for it. There are 15 small perfectly spaced scratches on the rear quarter panel that weren’t there before I used Crew and after filling out a customer complaint form..they’re denying fault. I proceeded to bring it to a body shop that also confirmed it likely happened there due to the damage and now my $10 Crew car wash will be costing me a lot more on my new car. Crew doesn’t stand behind customer service and refused further pursuing the damage because “typically” other cars are damaged when one car is damaged...absolutely ridiculous. Stay clear of this place.

Good job! I really miss the way they use to really guide your car in with eye to eye contact. Customer interaction has fallen off. I do like the new gizmos and gadgets in the vacuum service area.

Its a good price for a car wash, vacuums are free, and even long lines move through quickly. However, the car is not fully clean when youre done. Expect to have some bugs on the front grill and bumper and a dirt outline from your wipers on the back window of your SUV.

Great carwash, but the vacuum area and parking area was covered in salt! It hasnt snowed in days!You couldnt help but track all of the salt into your clean and just vacuumed vehicle.

Visited here last week for a car wash, they left soap caked all over my car. I thought all Crews were quality, but obviously not. Im paying for a second wash at the Crews on 135 to get this mess off my car. Its slimy, and comes off black in areas.

We get our vehicles washed at the Brownsburg location. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the washes are above average.
