Bill Brosius, the owner, was not only extremely knowledgeable about building and construction, but was also very personable and trustworthy. Our project, over 4 months, had its share of issues that we encountered but Bill was always more than willing to make things right. He always had our best interests in mind and was especially determined to do things right. We felt confident that the finished product would be done to our satisfaction and with quality work. Their follow up after the protect was completed was very prompt. We highly recommend Bill and his team and would definitely work with them again.

You will not find better service or craftsmanship! After many years of working with contractors, William Gordon Group is hands-down the best my husband and I have ever had in our home. This company was referred to me with high regard from a neighbor, and we decided to use them for our kitchen remodel. I have used them again since, and they will remain my first call whenever we need major home repairs or renovations. The estimates are broken-down in great detail, so you will know where funds are being allocated. The owner, Bill, is always very prompt with communication, and on site to see progress daily. He met me at vendor appointments for appliance/countertop/lighting/etc to help finalize selections and place the order. His project management skills are far and above anyone Ive worked with in the past, so the projects run very smoothly. All employees were honest, friendly, hard-working, and clean! I developed very positive relationships, as day after day, the same crew returned until the project was done. They took every precaution to keep dust down and always picked-up after themselves - even with the room was down to the studs. They went over details with a fine tooth comb, and everything turned out just as beautiful and functional as I envisioned. It wasnt necessary for them to come back and fix things after construction was complete because all elements were completed properly the first time (and I am very particular!). Rave reviews all around for this company. They are worth every penny! Best contractors out! The work was completed well within the timeframe they quoted us. All the guys are very friendly and kept the house as clean as possible during construction. Their work is incredibly good and there was not one detail that was overlooked. I am so happy with the finished product and could not have asked for a better experience.

Remodeling and adding on to our 1949 year old house was a fun and rewarding experience with the William Gordon group! No complaints! Everything was done in a timely manner and our ideas and concerns were heard and acted on.

Bill Brosius and his team did an awesome job remodeling both our upstairs bathrooms. The work was done in a timely manner with great craftsmanship . Everyone on the job was on time, nice and very professional. They all did excellent work. My upstairs was even professionally cleaned when the worked was finished, amazing! We have lived in our home over 28 years and have done many remodeling projects with different companies. The William Gordon Group was by far the best company we have ever hired. They just recently remodeled our kitchen and laid floors throughout the first floor. When we were researching contractors, we interviewed five and very quickly reduced potential candidates to two. The price between WGG and the other was very similar and the quality of work from both seemed to be great. WGG stood out to us for a couple of reasons.First, they do not use subcontractors. We saw the same guys in our house day after day and they all worked for Bill (the owner). It was nice to get to know them and build trust with them.Second, Bill came across as an honest man who did not sugar coat things just to get the contract. He is very knowledgeable and was able to steer my wife and I away from making any stupid mistakes.It was an easy choice.Once work began, we were not disappointed. The project remained on time. Communication was great throughout the entire process and Bill was on site everyday checking on the progress. His workers cleaned everything every afternoon before leaving and moved our furniture back as best as they could. Doing a reno like this will always be disruptive, but they made it as painless as possible.We will definitely be using William Gordon Group for all of our future projects!

Our 1949 Speedway Bungalow needed a facelift. Front porch, portico, interior redesign and updated kitchen and master bath were on our list. Prior to meeting Bill, we had developed architectural drawings and met with potential contractors. It became obvious this wasn’t a project which most contractors were interested in tackling. Although we didn’t know what we were doing, we knew that we wanted to highlight the craftsman architectural design while developing a modern, low maintenance home which would allow us to age in place. Bill immediately displayed an interest in understanding our vision, improving it, and explaining construction methods which would minimize initial cost and reduce long term maintenance. With Bills assistance, architectural modifications were made, a building variance received and permitting challenges were handled quickly and with great expertise. Once construction commenced, we had daily contact with Bill and his staff of professionals. Changes recommended during construction were well explained, costs understood, and decisions made with clear understanding of all the issues. We could not be happier with our completed remodel. We have all the conveniences of a modern home and the appearance of a 1949 craftsman bungalow, down to the fine details of the woodworking and glass door knobs. We. Love. Bill. (and team!). William Gordon Group recently completed our extensive kitchen remodel. The process was terrific. Kitchen remodels are especially difficult to live thru but Bill made it so easy. WGG walled off the entire area to create their own work space (literally put up temporary studs/drywall and doors) allowing us to live in the rest of the home and still be able to walk thru the work area as needed. The craftsman were clean, professional and interacted with my four kids to an amazing degree. The design and selection process was easy and smooth and there were no money surprises. It cost exactly what Bill said it would and was completed A WEEK EARLIER than Bill had quoted. We have done multiple large projects with other contractors and William Gordon Group is just in another league. We Love You Bill !!!

We just finished a huge kitchen project with Bill Brosius and the William Gordon Group. This is our second project with Bill Brosius and his amazing teams of workers he has put together. We started the process trying to decide whether to move or make the changes to our current home to fit the needs we were looking for. Bill understood the process and even encouraged us to look at homes and see what was out there in comparison to making the changes to our own home. He worked and worked our plans to make huge changes to our entire first floor with perfect renderings of exactly what we were looking for. We also did not need to hire a decorator in this part of the project due to his experience and artistic eye. He was helpful as i would turn to him to help make some decisions, ie countertops, flooring, etc. He worked hard to get design plans to us quickly, even when we made lastminute changes and would schedule the next meeting right then to show us design updates and changes the following week.He assured us he would be done with the project in 6 weeks and it was exactly that. We were down to the studs on most of the first floor and he stayed right on target. His crew was on time every day and worked long hours to complete this job. They didn’t leave for lunch and worked all day from 8:30-5:30pm (many times later) Monday - Friday. I can’t say enough about the crew and how clean the house would be at the end of each day. I was home during the day for much of the process and his crew is trustworthy and kind and even helped me carry groceries in on many occasions (since we set up a basement kitchen)Bill was available constantly throughout the project for questions or changes and was checking and monitoring throughout the project every day. HE HAS HIGH EXPECTATIONS OF HIS STAFF AND THEY WORK HARD TO MEET HIS EXPECTATIONS!...I cannot stress that enough!This entire project was not difficult to go through as so many people would tell me it would be due to their experience with other builders. With an entire laundry room also remodeled, in the 6 weeks I only did not have access to the washer and dryer for 2 days.They work hard to make this process as painless as possible for the homeowner. When changes were made, there were not huge changes in our original quote and we did not feel nickel and dimed throughout the process. Bill was trustworthy and honest and we will use him again for future projects!! In fact, I’ll miss he and Cabo stopping by to check on things every day!
