Called on a Friday and they got me in the following Thursday. Service was great. I had zero complaints.

I called this place to order a glass shower door, it took 4 weeks to come in. Assuming all was due to COVID, I tried them again and ordered a large mirror. The lady said she would for sure have it cut by the following morning. I called to pay over the phone the next morning and it was not ready. I told her to please call me when it was, it has been over a week and no call back. I called today to cancel my order and no questions were asked. Either they are severely short staffed or just cant get it right. I also inquired about a delivery fee for the mirror when ordering and they were wanting an additional $130.00 to deliver IN TOWN. Dont give this place your business if you are wanting/needing something, Id go to Artesia Glass & Mirror instead, save yourself from the stress and lack of communication.

Friendly service took about a week longer than they originally projected to come out and install my window. Quality work..... High priced but when there isnt any competition for almost 100 miles thats the way the cookie crumbles. LOL

Replaced the glass on my RV with tempered glass, they did the job but took alittle longer because of Ovid19. Happy with the results.

Had to call them back 3 times for my window after they scheduled me an appt!! They never ordered it jus gave me a time and day so day of appt i was notified they lost my measurements!! Rude and unprofessional.

We have been using Crews Glass for years. We have gotten windshields repaired and replaced. We have gotten new windows in our house. They just completed putting a new shower door in our bathroom that took a lot of work and expertise because of the angles. It is perfect! We will always use Crews Glass they are the best!

I do not recommend for company truck needs.

A rock shattered our wind shield on the highway. They had a new windshield for our truck in stock and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Quick repair, very friendly staff. This is the place to go for auto glass repairs.

So, my car had a broken windshield thanks to a blind curve and an unlucky deer. I needed a last minute replacement ASAP. Because I was traveling to Abilene the next day. Jeanette and Ashley are Angels in my book because they really went the extra mile to take care of my car. The techs did an awesome job and Im so glad to have a new windshield to see out of. Crews is highly recommended for their honesty and customer service.

Rude Rude Rude! I dont recommend this company unless your looking for rude and unprofessional service. The owner will run you out and say he doesnt need your money or your business! But word of mouth does travel fast! Well see if he doesnt care after all the bad ratings!!!

I had my windshield replaced. It leaked causing damage to my interior. The rubber strip came loose from below the wipers. When I called all they could say was there was no warranty. Worthless business.

Unprofessional! Sad greeting. Had to repeat details. Asked if price included going to vehicle and reply was why cant you bring it here?. Very bad customer experience!
