I would like to thank Adaline for the great service she and her team provided for my elderly mother on getting her a new phone. My mother was confused and Adaline helped with great customer service getting my mother set up with her phone. I attempted to ask if there was any option of looking at a data cap change to be competitive with several promotions from rival companies. Their answer was they could definitely match the data limits as the competition but at a price of 60$ higher. Their real answer was to maybe call AT&T loyalty program and say youre leaving - then maybe they would have whatever offer I was looking for. Not exactly what I was looking to hear.

The nice lady working was awesome. Their selection of android accessories was pretty disappointing

The employee was super friendly, sadly AT&T is just terrible. Absolutely a horrible policy and I dont have time to explain details. Stores are mostly a joke. Specially ponca city Oklahoma store. Its pointless

Worst customer service ever. I had a whole ordeal with my service from another AT&T store. I had called customer service prior to coming to the store because I figured I would probably need to deal with that route. They informed me that I needed to go in store to handle the situation.After explaining my situation to the employee, she called her manager (understandable) but her whole demeanor was if I were lying about what I was saying. It’s understandable that people make up stories etc so they should be on alert, I asked if she would be willing to call and she refused to. While on the phone with her manager her tone was smart-alic as well, which is not appreciated since I spoke to the people that “had the power” (as she put it) to help me.It’s frustrating it’s the only phone store in town and it’s just “what we have to deal with”.

The brilliant AT&T shop staff in Carlsbad are personable, savvy, & technically adept. Primo troubleshooters! ‘‘Twas a joy to do business with them.

Great service! Chris and the staff did an amazing job helping us get all set up and switchIng over carriers.

Get charged restocking fee for a item purchase and was not informed of the restocking fee until you take it back. One person in the store does inform you but the others need to do the same and yet told online hassle free returns but don’t get that in the store. 😡

Make sure you have at least 1.5 hrs to burn. The staff is pleasant and helpful to an extent but not the quickest and even with simple items they eat up a lot of time. I recommend making an appointment (even doing that there is still a good chance youll end up waiting) or making the trip to Roswell.

This store made me switch from att altogether the worker were very unhelpful and the short overweight lady with black hair was very rude she talked to me as if I was just beneath her. She made no sense and refused to even hear me out on my problem she just interrupted me and kept saying over and over I cant help u the warranty is voided if the phone had any scratches u can feel with your fingernail. It had one SMALL scratch u could feel but nothing that could have made it act like it does the home button wouldnt work and I have to put it on speaker to hear anybody its ridiculous cause Ive had this $150 phone for 3 days!! The phone was faulty but no one would even hear me out
