Sent wrong headsets and then I had to demand that they make the exchange easy. Then the first new one broke in less than 1 day! Cost me $4.20 to return a $20 item so they can approve replacement!update: as of 2/12/21 no response, no replacement

I do not recommend this company to anyone ... They treat their customers like their employees which is horrible. This company doesnt have a clue on customer service skills and most of the time are only looking for the bottom line and hitting their numbers. Beyond the common issue with never having anything in stock they will tell you they do but they dont. Please also keep in mind whenever you make a purchase all purchases are final there fore if you make a purchase and you made a mistake, its most likely you are stuck with that order regardless. After working there and being treated very poorly by their H.R Department it makes me wonder how they will continue to treat the rest of their employees going forward. Being a smaller company they seem to get to do how they please. Two Way Radios are important for some companies but if you are serious about purchasing radios I would look somewhere else. They are not about their customers, they are about making money and they will rip you off in the process. Also if you are reading this looking to apply to this company ... cut your loss and go somewhere else ... They dont really train you for anything and a few of the workers seem to think they are managers and will boss you around. Its not a welcoming environment and they will fire you the chance they get so you better be willing to hit your numbers or be liked by the HR. Amazing service and attention to detail. i had a half dozen radios that needed programed and new batteries they completed the work swiftly while i waited and had all of the batteries in stock

I spoke directly with a sales rep and had him determine which accessory would work with my ICOM AVIATION transceiver. He put me on hold twice while he double checked that the accessory would work. I paid for the order and when it arrived I was disappointed to discover that there were two problems: 1) it didn’t work with my transceiver 2) the ear piece was of very poor quality and was not made from memory foam at all. No matter how determined I was to get the earbud to stay in, it simply fell out repeatedly. The company sent a FEDEX label for me to return the item and when I called to determine the status of my request for a refund they told me that the accessory works fine and that the earbud was now contaminated and that they could only return the item to me rather than providing me with the requested refund. Needless to say, I raised holy hell with them about this and the “supervisor” who is the only person to authorize a refund has not returned two phone calls to me. They leave me with no other alternative than to file a complaint with my bank and get my refund directly from my bank. Don’t be fooled by the friendliness of the rep who answers the phone should you be foolish enough to do business with these crooks. The worst is yet to come! I created my own version of the earbud - see the attached photo: the black bud is the original - before realizing that the device was not useable on my transceiver. Bottom line, they make the mistake, they sell me a item that is not as advertised on the invoice or the website, and I have to eat the cost. Go figure! They did offer to return the item to me since it was contaminated aged and a health risk to resell! The risk is obvious - don’t deal with these losers!

I cant say enough good things about Two Way Direct! I attempted an illegal paddle through Big Sur and needed reliable waterproof radios since this was an extremely dangerous endeavor! They spent time to walk me through multiple products and then offered incredibly fast shipping!After their radios performed perfectly well on my paddle, I ordered more radios for my business! We do wedding photography and videography and I saw the need to be able to communicate with my team! Again they provided awesome customer support and I couldnt be happier with my overall experience!I would highly recommend Two Way Direct to anyone looking for communication equipment! I would them them 10 stars if I could!

I ordered a product from this company that was listed in stock ships same day. After a week I called to inquire to where the product was. They informed me it was backordered and due to their error they would give me expedited shipping once it was in stock. They shipped the item out using standard ground shipping not expedited. I called them up and they told me it is what it is and when I asked to speak to a manager they told me they could not do that goodbye and hung up on me.
