He was very patient with us, friendly and professional. He made sure we found our forever home and had all the necessities for my child who has special needs. We highly recommend Jacob and his team. My husband and I were first time home buyer’s, so we had a lot of questions, and Jacob and his team always answered right away. Jacob is knowledgeable and when we were viewing houses he would point out things that could become problems later on and just what to look for. He was also honest if the price was too high, and that was the case for a few houses. My husband was getting out of the military, so we were also figuring out the VA home loan and what requirements it had (which was pretty explanatory, it needed to be move in ready), and Jacob absolutely walked us through that as well. We even appreciated their information on which lenders to go with and advantages/disadvantages from a closing perspective of the few options we were considering. We were thoroughly impressed with Jacob and just how smoothly the process went because he walked us through every step of the way. We were a little outside of their usual area (Menifee) and he was very knowledgeable about that area as well. We absolutely recommend him and his team. We were honest with him that we are only planning on being in the house for 3-5 years or so, and we are absolutely going to use Jacob and his team if/when we decide to sell in a few years.
