Homescapes Home Staging recently staged my estate-size home and garden/outdoor entertaining area in Vista, CA. I went with the “full package” of indoor and outdoor staging. First of all, I really loved how they took the time at the initial meeting to get to know me, the property, and my own furniture and art, and agreed to use as much of my own things as made sense for successful staging.Then, they proposed a comprehensive staging design, explaining the principles behind it (as I was endlessly curious) and gladly accommodated several requests I had around timing and moving/storage of unused items. They even arranged for a 3rd party to string some outdoor lights in a couple of locations, which really enhanced those areas.The results were enormously successful. 9 showings were booked over the 3 days following the listing go-live, with 3 way-over-priced offers coming in by that 3rd day!On top of all of this, the team is made up of some truly kind and interesting folks that are fun to work with! I would highly recommend them!

I hired Judy and her assistant Katy at HomeScapes Staging San Diego to stage our beloved first home as we prepared to put the house on the market.
