I bought my set of 3 inserts almost 4 years ago. I followed directions. My chronic left knee and right hip pain has resolved itself for so long now. I thought it was a combination of the inserts plus the water aerobics I was doing 3 times a week. This last year (covid) there had been zero water aerobics and knee and hip still in good shape with one exception. I left my inserts behind on a 3 week trip when I bought new shoes. I could feel tension and pain again. It resolved itself when I got home and put the inserts in my new shoes. Thank you Good Feet store.

These inserts saved me from walking like I was crippled. I never in a million years thought they would work. I followed the program EXACTLY as prescribed and the inserts worked for me. I am forever grateful.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. To the tune of $1200!!! Now I have to get a lawyer to help me get my money back because our 90 days was up during covid, we tried several times to get in contact with the store, no one ever called us back, then when we finally got in touch with the store because we had to get our credit card company involved, they told us we are past the 90 day return (even though we took them back to return them twice and they wouldnt let us) and we were out the money. HORRIBLE people!

I BOUGHT MY FIRST GOOD FEET INSOLES THREE YEARS AGO. IVE had them replaced three times and they need it again. I bought there made in China shoes the last time hoping it would help. they too had to be replaced. they are not worth the money to me. NOW THE INSOLES ARE FLATTENING OUT again. these cost a lot of money and they have a policy where it cost you $20.00 every time you have them replaced. I have hundreds in these insoles and still have the same foot pain as I did when the first bought them. the pain goes away for about four months then slowly comes back and in six months or so your feet are hurting bad again. they flatten out over time. quite the money maker for good feet. I will say they replaced mine twice with no charge and want to this time for $10.00 but still this is a real pain.

I bought a pair of shoes which I thought was part of the deal plus the insoles at an out rages cost. I wore them for a week and the insoles hurt me so bad I had to quit wearing them. I tried to take them back to get my money back and they said it was their policy to not let you return them. I was never told or showed on my receipt that I could not bring them back. The clerk said I had 30 days to return them to the store, but that was not true. I would never recommend Good Feet to anyone.

A company who stands behind there products has a honest return policy that works for there customers. When you walk in a store and they throw $800.00 American dollars on you feet, you would expect damn good results. In my case thats a big negative. But the best part is, the minuet you buy them, REGARDLESS what they will do to your feet, your stuck with your foot in your mouth. I had to wear two types of custom made prosthetics by the book, just the way the employee told me to, my toes went numb and my feet where feeling terrible. So I go back to the store, the employee who sold me the prosthetics could care less, because the sale was all ready set in stone. So he throws some other ones on my feet and say try these out for a week, and they got even worse. Now Im out $800.00 AMERICAN DOLLARS. The sad thing is, you will not know if they will work for you, but you CANT RETURN THEM. So if you like pissing money away, go to the good feet store !!!!!! No wonder why the guy was in a huge rush to ring them up.
