Absolutely poor customer service! Is there a zero star rating? I came in with my daughter and they told us to wait and pick our colors and we sat there for 20 min waiting. Then 3 other people came in claiming they had appointments. The owner told us to go away, because she got those other folks to take care of. HOW HARD IS IT TO SAY: “BY APPOINTMENT ONLY” or “COME BACK LATER WE HAVE APPOINTMENTS COMING” ? Never coming back there ever again, after having to waste my time and then being turned down completely…

Worst manicure ever! And I saw already that she was doing it wrong and in a hurry..even after I said that I want a good quality manicure.. very disappointed. Dont waist you money and 20 min of your time. This place is business oriented not client oriented unfortunately. Sorry guys but I have to leave this review because you have do better job than this!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Creatip Nail Spa!! I have been coming here for years! Mindy and her staff do a phenomenal job with all the services they offer. I always have Mindy do my Dip manicure and it always turns out beautiful, she kind, thorough and very fairly priced. My nails typically last anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. I have tried other nail spas in the area and she is absolutely the best!

The salon and the staff are wonderful! The staff is always so friendly, welcoming and very detail oriented when doing services. Definitely my go to nail place from here on out.

Messed up my acrylics not once but twice... then tried to up sell me after she just cut my finger pretty deep while trying to fix them. She was nice and I wanted to like this place but will not be going back.

Service was really good, went right after the first lockdown was lifted and it was outside but they still made the experience great, the lady who did my nails was super sweet, nails lasted longer than I expected, lasted about 31/2 weeks without having to get a fill, LOVE THEM, I’ll be going back on the 8th the get them done again

Seriously bad experience! I went in to get eye brows done. They had three workers and 1 customer other worker just sitting around lounging and said they don’t have time. Spend your money else where at a more professional place that wants your money!

I ran in during lunch to get my old nails removed. The staff here even accept walk-in appointments. They were super FRIENDLY. & she suggested to a gel of blue color to me! So even after 2. 5 weeks of nail growth, the growth is not too noticeable. Will definitely be back next week for a refill on my full set.

These ladies do the best manicures I have ever had, consistently. The manicures last a really long time. They take walk-ins and they have great customer service. The SNS dipping power lasts almost a month! Amazing.

Really enjoyed this nail salon! They were picky just like me. And I believe took care of me and paid a lot to my wants. Must take my daughter their soon! It was a nice and relaxing experience for me.

This is a new spot for got mani/pedi done. My job requires lots of hand washing and I hand wash dishes at home but its not chipped. Will DEF keep returning here again! It was a nice and relaxing experience for me.

Very good pedi..nice massage and scrub..polish is perfect! The girls are friendly and want you to have a good experience! I will definitely be back! New place and its clean with brand new massage chairs!

Tiffany does a amazing job she does all the newest trends, like ombré and so much more that none of the other nail salons do and she does lashes as well, great personality, great attitude, great price all around great experience will be recommending to my friends and will be back .

We got the trainees they clearly had NO clue how to even cut nails. put no soap when scrubbing my moms feets, when asked to stop she didnt. on the menu it claims pedicures 1-4 include ingrown toenail check, my cuticles and ingrowns werent even cleaned and the person painting my nails didnt know how to do it correctly it got everywhere. also even thought neither of our toes were cleaned up it took over an hour and a half. i wouldnt go back unfortunately
