My name is Dailey Jones and I live at 1214 Landsun Drive here in Carlsbad, NM 88220. Today your UPS delivery person dropped off two parcels at my home that were clearly labeled for a James Lantham that lives at 1214 Landsun Circle which is a dead end circle street just west of Landsun Drive. This is not the first time that this has happened!

Great customer service, but wish the hours open were more convenient.

My wife is on Encompass Hospice care.Nearly every week she gets supplies that are shipped via UPS. She has been on Hospice care for several months.Her packages keep getting left at a residence that doesnt even have a house number on it.Our place is next door and we have house numbers on our house. After several months of packages being left at the incorrect house one would think that UPS would hire employees that can read. Surely UPS has some hiring standards. I am beginning to wonder though.

Always dropping my package off at my neighbors. Other wise Id give more stars. Thank God I can trust my neighbors!!!

Reflecting on life decisions on opting to use usps to deliver a package makes me really appreciate UPS in town. God forbid you have to deal with fedex monkeys. Pay the extra money if you have to and go UPS.

I had a package that arrived in Carlsbad at 7am 12/12/19. Showed out for delivery I waited till 11pm for it to be delivered then at midnight get email not going to be delivered until 12/13/19. This was s next day air delivery. Or supposed to be. And this happens a lot. At least 1 to 2 times per month. No help from customer service they just leave you on hold 45 to 55 minutes then hang up.

This place should just close down!!!I would give it a 0 rating if it was given.Open for 1 hr n no one will answer the phone.

Wish I could give no star. Ordered a package that was Christmas gifts. Watched my tracking very closely so that I would be sure to be at home when it was delivered. Everything was fine until it showed my status as Out for Delivery. On the evening my delivery was supposed to arrive, I was at home cooking. At 5:04 pm received a text message that my package had been delivered at 5:03 pm and left on the front porch. No package, not even a UPS truck on the block. I check all the way around my house and even asked neighbors if it had been mistakenly delivered to them. I called UPS and after a huge runaround and more phone calls, they started an investigation. Stranger still, the very next night after the investigation was started, the driver stopped at my house, got out of his truck, came halfway up to my door with nothing in his hands, then turned around and left. 20 minutes later he passed down my street again without stopping. I have made 5 separate calls over three days time to the UPS customer service number, was promised by the supervisor a call back from my local hub in less than an hour, which never happened. All anyone wants to tell me is that if it shows that it was delivered, they arent responsible, even though I dont have my package. DO NOT use UPS unless you absolutely have no choice.

Guaranteed delivery by end of day. 11pm no knock, package left. Truck had been making deliveries on street three times earlier. Truck passed house far exceeding 25mph limit. Horrendous!

I order Christmas gifts for my kids and it got delivered to wrong address. This is second time this has happened they need hire better drivers that pay attention. I would not recommend ups

Perishable items delivered last on route came in warm and were refrigerated food product

Ive been trying to get ahold of this location for a week. Nobody will ever answer & I cannot make it there in time before they close. I have a package thats just sitting there & Ill never be able to pick it up. Thanks for nothing.

The people working here really dont know what theyre doing. Ordered 2 things at the same time and somehow got one but not the other.

The delivery guy delivered our package 3 blocks away from our house even knows the Box had our physical address on it thank goodness for honest Good Samaritans

The staff were really friend and assisted me right away. Will continue to go back. Their hours are M-F from 5pm-6pm.

They are thief’s, they give you every run around they can and they are not willing to help at all.

Avoid! Packages get scanned at UPS Carlsbad and then disappear. My packages are delivered to the wrong address and never get to me. Other peoples packages get dumped on my doorstep. They never pick up the phone or respond to messages.

It would be awesome if you were open for more than 2 hours a day.

I PAID to have my package delivered by Friday (yesterday) waited all day and tracked it on the app. At 8:53pm it said it was delivered on my front porch....and it was not. So now I have to wait till Monday to find out what happened to my package. Pretty sad that this happens a lot and will avoid using UPS in the future.

This place is a joke! Drivers are lazy and lie saying address is incorrect when they cannot find a house at 9 PM. What is the point of delivery if you have to pick it up anyway? Also, pickup times are bullcrap...

Constantly getting delays for no reason, Its taken almost a week for my package that I paid for 1-2 day delivery. I have a notice that my package is in Carlsbad, but will not be delivered until the next day due to weather? I called to see if I can pick it up at the Carlsbad location and apparently its not at the Carlsbad location. They are a joke, I really wished amazon used FexEx for shipment.

Worst place to deliver packages. The first time dealing with ups before I moved they delivered to a wrong address. Now my package wasn’t delivered. Now I have to wait for a claim

Got a notice my package was delivered and IT WASNT!!!!!

This will be the 3rd time that a package is out for delivery and all of a sudden A carrier delay has occurred.Funny enough this happens when I pay for next day shipping. So a package that I paid to have by Friday will now arrive Tuesday night...... UPS is worthless.

Had a package said it was out for delivery, I went to go check to see if it was delivered on the website, It said I refuse the delivery, why would I refuse something that I’ve been waiting for, another thing they never showed up and I have cameras to prove it
