Poor service and overcharged...The door lock jammed on an exterior door of my home. I called KeyMe, was transferred to a 24 hour locksmith, and scheduled a visit. The tech picked the lock, got the door open, said that the lock was now working ok... and CHARGED $220. Two days later the lock jammed again. I called to have the tech come back but was told that would be a new service call!! After much complaining I gave up, then set about forcing the door open myself, ordered a new lock from Amazon and installed it myself. The next day the locksmith called to say he would come back after all... but it was too late.I feel I was ripped off. Won’t use these guys again.

Keys don’t work. Be aware they save your key information. I don’t even trust them duplicating my keys let alone having the machine save my key information. I don’t know if that’s even legal

The key works well but there is a slight hesitation after I turn it before the car starts.

Good service in this turbulent time; I got a replacement key without having to deal with a human!
