A couple of days ago I posted a one star rating, now removed, for SockGuy, based on a good product with excellent design/characters, but, though everyone was nice, felt the customer service wasnt resolving the problem of getting my package deliver as scheduled, and knowing UPS played a role in this problem.I emailed SockGuy expressing my effort to acquire my package, only for it not to be delivered, and requested a full refund. SockGuy email back requesting credit card information so they could give me a full refund. When I call to give my information, I was surprised when they not only apologized for the situation, but wanted to re-send my original order free of charge. Wow. Restores my faith in, that every customer is important.

Great socks that are made in the USA. My favorites are the SGX socks for cycling and the trailhead for hiking. I also love, love how they support womens cycling.
