If i could give a negative mark to this company i would do it. DO NOT ORDER FROM ELITE WAREHOUSE! We ordered a Corsair tower from them. No confirmation email, no shipping information, no updates to us on what the order status. After calling them in all their extensions... we get the same recording asking us to leave a message. No response! We ordered on Oct 3 and it is now 10 days later with no information. Credit card has been billed and they are no where to be reached. Avoid your self the headache and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is a horrible shopping experience! I ordered an Intel Processor from them via Amazon for $350... They claim that FedEx delivered our package except a few problems... We were home at the time of the delivery, no package; I checked our mailbox, no package; I called our leasing office AND visited, no package. From there, I called FedEx... no package... Finally get a response (only after I filed a claim via Amazon) and they called ME A LIAR. Are you joking?? Why go through countless hours on the phone with customer service reps if I received the package? I am leaving my claim open for a full refund and this company should go out of business for the way they treat customers. Apparently, I am not alone either in this perspective. EliteWarehouse, if you truly cared about your customers youd refund my money, invest in better package tracking and be far less accusatory in emails.
I want to compliment this company on their exemplary customer service. I ordered a relatively inexpensive item for my computer from one of the big box office supply stores based on a premise that it would ship and arrive by a certain time. As it turns out, the other stores website was inaccurate about when delivery could take place which took me on a web search for this item from other vendors. I found Elite Warehouse with a very basic Google search and called their customer service department to confirm their shipping practices. The gentlemen who assisted me went above and beyond to provide great service. I was particularly impressed since my order would have been very small scale for Elite and I sincerely appreciate their excellent treatment of my request. As it turns out, Im able to get the item for a lower expedited shipping cost from another company, but be assured that when expedited ship time isnt a factor, I will absolutely be looking to Elite Warehouse for future needs AND will most assuredly recommend them to everyone I know. Elite Warehouse ROCKS!!!
My FedEx shipment went to the wrong city in the wrong state. After my complaint to Amazon, they contacted me and said that they had sent the wrong part. They did credit my credit card. I ordered from another company and got my shipment the next day.I hate it when people lie to me!
This is indeed an elite warehouse, after winning the warehouse wars the elite warehouse clan dominated and expanding to such a size that they became the predator of all warehouses. Quite definitely an elite warehouse
If I could give Elite Warehouse minus 5, I would! DO NOT BUY from Elite Warehouse! When I placed an order a week ago and I did not receive a purchase confirmation email as they state on their website after purchase that I would. They have ignored my email inquiry and they have ignored my private message on Facebook. When I call their office number and press 2 for customer support a recording comes on that says Goodbye and disconnects the call! The same happens if you press 1 for Sales. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM ELITE WAREHOUSE!!!
Pay for overnight shipping 2 weeks later and nothing. Email inquiries results in a well look into it response.
