Upon Amy arrival at Premier Chevrolet I was greeted by Kevin in Sales. Throughout the whole process Kevin was attentive and transparent. I was kind of indecisive on the color of vehicle and trim I wanted and Kevin helped me tremendously on acquire my new vehicle. Javier the financial guy helped me close the deal within an hour after selecting the vehicle since I had to make it back to San Diego. I had heard a lot about Premier from Yelp reviews and they def lived up their reputation.

My experience was great waiting for my truck. Services was good except for t he e truck wash. The top of cab and top of bed cover was terrible. It looked worse than before. My truck had a dusty layer on it and no major dirt. If you offer the service at least do a good job washing the vehicle. I could understand if the truck was really dirty. But other than that I would be really happy.

David Robles knowledge about the 2022 2500HD Silverado diesel has answered all of our questions pertaining to the truck. Just coming on here to give an honest review of this dealership. One star is all they deserve and nothing more. If you’re looking around for a new car don’t waste your time here. I was in the market for buying a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox, after searching around my insurance agent had recommended a specific sales person here in Carlsbad. I made the decision to drive 45 minutes north to go look around the dealership, talk to the salesman and buy the car there at their location. At first the men were nice and inviting so I was liking it. Half way through they sent me to work with someone else while I was negotiating. It was my fault for getting there so late in the evening but we were sitting at the dealership until midnight which I thought was a little much. DURING the negotiation, I was promised to have leather seats installed and that I would hear from them within the first week of purchasing the car to get everything scheduled. Fast forward to now, I have YET to get an answer or call back from anyone to give me some kind of answer. I have spoken to people and they say they will give me a call back. They also said the due bill hasn’t been turned in yet. I had a terrible experience buying my first car so this time around I am NOT playing any games. I spoke to the general sales manager today and he said he’d give me a call back within the hour. If I don’t hear from them I WILL make the 45 minutes drive up there and I will NOT be happy.Absolutely will never come back to this dealership just because of their customer service. Just because they made a sale doesn’t mean they can forget about everything else!

Came here to buy a used car for my son. Had done my research ahead of time and really just needed to take a test drive to confirm the car had no major issues, and was prepared to buy it, with cash. The woman who helped was very polite and friendly, nothing bad to say about her. But somehow this simple process ended up taking almost 3 hours. 2 other customers in the entire dealership and they had staff sitting around everywhere, doing nothing except chatting with each other. They need to take a lesson from Tesla, who know how to deliver cars to customers efficiently without wasting their time.8/29/2021 Update - Taking another star off this review, since I have now received an official notice from this dealer that my credit application has been rejected. I paid cash for this car and NEVER applied for credit. This level of incompetence is downright scary.

One star since Ive had no real issues with the service department. Within the sales team however, I was treated very poorly from day one by the sales manager Tony. After 20 years of doing business with the prior owners of this dealership and never any issues, I just had the worst customer satisfaction experience in my life purchasing anything, anywhere. And I bought their most expensive new Corvette they sell!!! I had to pull this sales mgr. along during the whole process. Like he didnt care at all about me as the customer and was bothered to sell me my car. He acted like he was doing me a favor. Unbelievable actually and he made comments that made me very uncomfortable. Not even a thank you for the business to me. Needless to say, I would not feel confident buying my next vehicle here. Corvette Concierge and the GM Executive team will be learning of my experience. And if anyone in an upper management capacity at Premier wants to call and discuss this with me you have my number.

I drive a 2012 chevy volt. Got the dreaded rotor bearing issue where my car sounds like a buzz saw when running. Took it in and paid a PRETTY PENNY to have it fixed since it was out of warranty.6 months and a couple thousand miles later, the sound starts to come back, not as loud but its the same. After about a month of calling and leaving messages, I bring it back in because the repair is under warranty for a certain amount of mileage.They take a look and tell me they dont hear anything, but that I need to replace my front axles because the boots are torn (not related to the noise). I take it to another place to repair the axles (for a much lower price) and have the shop check the sound. According to them its the rotor bearing issue that was fixed.I take it BACK to the chevy dealership and tell them what the other shop told me, paperwork as well. And they take another look at it.They tell me afterwards they dont hear a thing and that its my regenerative braking that I hear.Ive been driving this car for 5+ years, so I know exactly what the regenerative braking sounds like.....After doing more research online, Ive read that if the rotor bearing isnt repaired properly the sound will return. Which is probably what happened here and maybe they just dont want to deal with it because its a lot of work.So when you see the invoice say We are committed to fixing it right the first time and to your complete satisfaction. Know that its complete BS....

Relatively good place to pick up a vehicle.David helped me out with the process and was friendly. I believe I received fair value for my trade-in. Frankly, my car buying experience this go around revolves around saving fuel and money - so the vehicle of choice was average and on the older side. The only aspect I didn’t like was the lack of wiggle room on the price of the car. There was an additional five hundred dollar charge on the vehicle that had something to do with the security system which is not required but they wouldn’t sell the car to me without it. That seemed kinda shady - I also didn’t like the fact they wanted to run my credit again even though I walked in with a pre-approved check. It was explained they do it because I can always call and cancel the check before they contact the bank for the draft approval and I would have the car. But running my credit score makes absolutely zero sense using that as justification. I was adamant that didn’t happen.Other than that, they washed the car and filled it up for me and there wasn’t a whole lot of pressure to buy anything.

Air conditioning did not work inside showroom. I did notice it worked inside offices. Vehicle I was interested in had $8000 markup. When I checked online it had no markup. Customer service was overall good.

Our service advisor was Tony and he was amazing. Not only was he attentive to our concerns but he was empathetic to how frustrating our situation was with the issue we were having with our vehicle. He made sure to document for the technician our exact concern and made sure to call us as soon as the technician found the concern and repaired the issue. Tony also had a driving service come pick us up from our home as soon as our vehicle was done and made sure that our vehicle had been washed and cleaned after the service work was done. I don’t believe I have ever had service like that before at this dealership and honestly almost gave up hope that their staff knew how to communicate with their customers but Tony has honestly changed mine and my wife’s mind about trying a different Chevy dealership. The experience went surprisingly well. Worked with Lisa who got us a smoking deal. The only complaint I have is that there were too many people buying and not enough Finance Managers. What should have been a 1 hour visit (since everything was done online) ended up taking nearly 5 hrs. It might have been worth it for the deal, but not for my patience. 😁

I had an existing lease with Kia and still have a couple years left on it but I wanted to get a more gas effective vehicle with more bells and whistles. Erick was very helpful and notified us we would also visit their sister dealership- Chevy. I consulted with Ramsey on their Chevy bolt EUV. He took us on a test drive and demonstrated/explained all of the awesome features it has. He then handed us back to Erick since he was our first contact (I thought that was awesome that he didn’t try to snag the sale) Erick helped us through the process of trading back in my Kia and getting the Chevy. Very patient with us as we flipped back and forth over models and colors and styles. He helped us with questions, that required him calling the factory reps, which helped us to make a final decision. Awesome service from the beginning to the end of this process.Just as a note: we did attempt to work with our local Chevy dealership, but they were not veryflexible on price. Since we wanted to order a premier model, and Premier Chevy had the largest inventory of Traverses (including premier and High Country models) it made sense to go to them, as the other dealership really only seemed to deal with the mid-tier models.If you want a Premier or High Country, save your time and just go straight to them, and ask for Eric Torres. He’ll definitely take care of you.

I had a major engine issue occur on my way home from work on a Friday. I called to see if I could bring it in and I had the pleasure of speaking with Oscar. He provided me with First Class service from start to finish. My vehicle was in the shop for 7 days and received updates along the way from Oscar. Best car buying experience ever! My husband and I live 2 hours away, but we saw the perfect used car for sale so we made the trip to see it in person. Jacqueline greeted us outside and pulled the car up. She was very soft spoken and sweet. The car was super clean and in great condition. We talked numbers and told her our bottom line out the door. She talked to her manager and two minutes later she came back and said they could do the price we were asking for! We didnt want to buy it on a whim so we took a few days to think about it. My husband called a few days later and it was still available so we bought it! We didnt want to make the 4 hour drive again (2 hours both ways) so they worked it out for the car to be delivered to our house and for us to sign the paperwork there! Everything went smoothly and we didnt have to leave our home. Jaqui constantly answered my text messages and questions with kindness and everyone from financing to the delivery guy of the vehicle were so helpful. They even threw in a few extras for us which really made the car perfect for us. Cant thank Chevrolet Premier enough for helping us purchase this new to us used car. Excited to drive my 2018 Chevy Equinox!

BUYER BE WARNED!!!I bought a used car from these guys. They had if for weeks so it could be ‘repaired’. We just moved to California so had no car & this was it. Ubered up from San Diego to at last collect it for $65 & when I arrived they realized they had forgotten to make keys for it & gave me 1 key that was broken, so couldn’t lock or unlock the car, key could only start engine, so car had to be left unlocked at all times in San Diego metro w/ no garage, parked on the street. I was assured to not worry, they would send someone ASAP to me to make keys in San Diego. Fast forward weeks & many unreturned phone calls I was stuck with a basically unusable car for weeks! I was then told they wouldn’t make keys in SD & I would need to drive the hour each way to have keys made & to arrive at 10 & I would be out in 30 minutes. Booked child care, my husband used Uber that morning as we only have the 1 car. Arrived, key guy not there. Waited hours in the showroom (not 30 minutes) drove 50 miles each way to get here, paid for childcare & to make it up to me they gave me a $20 Amazon voucher!!!! That doesn’t even cover 1 hour of childcare I paid for to be here!!!The worst. Still sitting here waiting, no keys, no car, missing a Dr appointment & the hours keep clocking on my $22 an hour babysitter.Thanks! Great customer service!

The salesperson was nice to work with, pricing is open and detailed when I ask. Only thing was dealer not willing to remove the $2499 protection package which is a total rip off. Saying they are selling at a lost and it is a way of making some money back. How about just not giving so much dealer discount and go away with the BS extras.
