The staff at Platinum was awesome! Mark worked with us to get the tires we wanted and they did the work in a very timely manner! They were actually cheaper than everywhere else that we looked for tires at! I am very satisfied with the work they did! Everyone at Platinum was very nice! I will be coming back and will recommend!

Incredibly nice employees. Rebecca, at the front desk was very helpful and informative about what to expect. We were told our van would get looked at tomorrow but got a call later that day that they were able to look at it and even figured out what the issue was and how to have it taken care of. We came in early the next morning to wait and the mechanics even came in to explain the problem, how they were fixing it and why it would work. We were only passing through and this place was a blessing. We even looked at other shops in the city but this one had the best turn around time and was trusted by our tow truck driver as a place run by people with integrity.

I had issues with taking my work truck here to get a puncture in a tire repaired and too look at another. Called before I arrived they told me it would take 20-25 min max. I was there for 2.5 hours. They fixed the other but told me the punctured tire wasnt leaking. Had to get a manager and show him the nail in it. Manager was helpful. And it was fixed a few days later. All In all if you have issues with a tire just take it to Forrest tire.

Real nice employees, the places is nice and clean. Reasonable price-time frame for Carlsbad. I love how the mechanic who worked on my car communicated and explained issues with my car with me.

Well the frop off was good. Lorena is very nice. I dropped off my car for diagnostic of the transmission. They call and say it could be this or that. Gave me three options. I asked how they came to the conclusion. Well i drove it and this is my opinion... what a scam. I just paid a place 107.00 to let two people joy ride my car. They didnt diagnose the problem wasted my time. Completely incompetent shop.

Took care of my gas vehicle quickly and decently priced. Office staff is nice. Their detailer did a mediocre job. Had them do a qoute on a diesel, priced high.
