Ive been his customer for long time, we trust him and he does great job!!! This time my problem with washing machine was very weird so he came twice but still didnt find issue then he found some issue not inside, outside! From his experience he suggested things and I followed suggestion everything fine now! I appreciate that he knows what he is doing and his knowledge of appliances.

Avoid Alex at all costs! He was dispatched by my home warranty company, and as as soon as he arrived he had a bad attitude and seemed reluctant to wear a mask. I explained what was going wrong with my microwave and that even though it was heating properly, it would frequently power on and off right after I closed the door. Id had another repair person who was here for something else take a look as a courtesy, and he determined immediately what was wrong and said it was an easy fix. I explained all this to Alex, but he was argumentative and incredible rude. He filed a report with the home warranty saying there was NOTHING wrong, and now Im out the deductible.

Alex came and looked at our microwave and suggested inexpensive alternative to replacing the broken piece and/or replacement. The suggested fix has worked out great. Excellent, friendly and practicable service.

Alex needs a 6th star. Had his help on 10 projects over the years. Responsive and tells us best future plan based on cost and value. Had some parts on his truck, which really helped. *He is at my home, on Saturday on immediate call,. Reasonable pricing. Great!

Courteous, clean and prompt. Fixed our Samsung dryer for less than Samsung wanted. Same day service. Had the parts in his van for a quick fix. I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately my fridge/freezer was not working properly so I called Alex Appliances and Alex came over within a few hours, explained to me the issues and fixed the problems. He was professional, prompt, reliable, honest and did a great job. Pricing was extremely fair and affordable.

Alex was wonderful. It turned out my washer was not serviceable, but he took all the necessary time to diagnose the problem. He really knows what hes doing. Everything about the experience with him was exceptional, from the first call (talking directly to him), to coordinating the visit (he called ahead as he said he would and he arrived exactly on time). He really understood the washer, and I have confidence he diagnosed the problem correctly. (I am an engineer, but not in this technology, but what he shared makes perfect sense). I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair.

Alex fixed our dryer several years ago, and we called again in the evening last week for an emergency repair on our freezer. He was at our place in less than 30 minutes, made the repairs, and a melty food catastrophe was avoided. I absolutely recommend Alex for any and all appliance repairs!

Called on a Thursday couldeco come till bext Tuesday. Not the best service.

My washer broke this evening at 5 pm 6 days before Christmas! I called Alex Appliances and they walked me through troubleshooting steps on the phone which resolved the issue within 15 mins, they didnt have to come out and didnt charge me a dime. I cant thank them enough and think it is a sign of a very reputable business!
