Everything was great. The technician showed up on time and got right down to business. Discovered the problem quickly and gave us the cost to fix it. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I wanted to put it on my credit card, but he asked me to write a check instead. Said it would be (if I understood correctly) an additional 3% for the credit card fees. I may have misunderstood... Anyway, I am very satisfied with the company.

Repaired A/C. Of course our A/C decided to quit on us when temps reached upper 90’s and on a Saturday to top it off. Not only was Fuse open on the weekend but on Yelp they had a great rating. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome- made appointment foe Monday morning and Sergio came out diagnosed some issues - fixed them immediately! He was so knowledgeable and expedient. Fuse removed my gas furnace and installed a 3-ton Mitsubishi heat pump HVAC. I got 5 quotes and theirs was the most reasonable for what I wanted. I am super happy with the new heater. It’s very quiet and the heat is gentle, plus I now have air conditioning for those super hot days when the smoke is too bad to open the windows. Fuse was easy to work with and when something wasn’t set up right at the end, they quickly fixed it. I would use them again.

I called to get a quotation on central air, new heater, and upgrade of the main electrical panel. Large job and big bucks by any standard. I Needed an estimate for moving the location of a washer / dryer. The Estimators came and were very thorough, coming up with an estimate that was within range of my budget. They also made a suggestion to tie in the water heater that I wouldn’t have thought of. That solution would take care of the weird pipe going across my ceiling!

My patio lights, the dining room chandelier and some outlets went out and could not be reset from the electrical panel. I was bracing for what I thought would be a costly major electrical upgrade and possibly days without lights. I got a next day appointment with Fuse. The guy from Fuse showed up late on a Friday afternoon and meticulously probed all the outlets and light switches on the first floor. He found a bad outlet with burned wires inside the wall, repaired it and was done in less than 2 hours. He was polite, cleaned up the debris from the repair, and the charge was reasonable. The lights were restored. I couldnt have been happier.

We have worked with Alex, Alan, and Leo from Fuse and they have all done great jobs on our appliances. Everyone we have worked with from Fuse answered all our questions and gave us honest answers.

Do not use Fuse. They rescheduled twice and then were late only to tell me that they will only fix my fridge if I pay $1,000 and pay for all costs even though it is under warranty.Follow up: The owner called me and tried to pay me to remove my comment. As you can see, I did not take the money. I hope they learn that they should not take advantage of customers.

I just had a new GE Gas Cooktop installed by Felix. He was on time.He had to convert the appliance to propane and he was very methodical . Its now working perfectly.He was very polite and easy to work with.Fuse is on my list for future appliance work.

On time, quick repair. Only suggestion is to bring a small shop vac to keep water from getting al over and to let the homeowner know the evaporator cleaning solution is quite overwhelming in smell. Good to open up windows. Lastly just clean up a little more since it was an expensive repair.

I had an A/C issue and called Fuse HVAC. Other companies I had called for an appointment couldnt schedule me for 14 to 17 days into the future. But then a friend highly recommended Fuse HVAC. I called and was able to get an appointment for the following day. The technician even was able to arrive several hours earlier than our scheduled appointment. After checking the AC and house service panel, he determined that the issue was caused by the power coming to the house. He suggested I call PG&E for that repair. They are scheduled to arrive later today. So, although Fuse didnt repair my A/C, they were responsive, diagnosed the issue quickly, and seemed to be very professional and honest. I was happy to pay the $110 Service Call fee.

I called Fuse at 9:30am after my furnace quit working properly. They set an appt for later the same day, and Jose actually called and showed up early, less than 2 hours after I called. By 11:30am, the part had been replaced and furnace was working again.

Our freezer started breaking down Thursday morning. Fuse had the earliest option between 10-12 Friday. (Today) Not only did they call and ask if they could come early! He was back, in under 30 minutes, then fixed our freezer and was done and gone (leaving no mess at all) by 10:45.Spectacular service! We will use Fuse only in the future.

Estimate for AC installation. The company scheduled my appointment fast, the technician showed in a timelly manner. He wore mask and put a shoe protectors on his shoes once he entered. I do appreciate that. He was knowledgeable snd customer oriened.

Simple and quick process to schedule appointment to repair a Samsung fridge that wasnt cooling properly. Repairman communicated in advance of arrival about arrival time, and was on time (and followed COVID protocol). Diagnosis was thorough (circulation fan in main fridge section had burned out leading to multiple secondary problems including icing over of the condenser, ice-blocked lines leading to water flowing to unwanted places) and repair quote was fair (he showed me online pricing of replacement parts needed from consumer-accessible websites so that I could tell he was not artificially inflating the parts price). Yelp deal saved $40 and was honored without hassle. Repairman had to make 2 visits (initial, and then 2nd visit once the needed parts were in hand). Fridge works again!

I had an appointment to install a new GE induction cooktop. I checked and bought the right size of the cooktop ( as described on the website) but it became 1 inch shorter in the depth and could not fit on my old cooktop.
