Horrible DO NOT BUY REPTILES FROM HERE. I purchased a Bearded Dragon from them gave it an 80 gallon paradise...treated it with love and care and got attached to it for him to die 28 days later after purchase. I called about a refund or even credit and they hit me with a 14 day garuntee...so they sell me a sick lizard give me a 14 day grunted and it dies 28 days after my purchase...thats a Racket. They just lost a valued customer...

Staff was great and friendly but seemed to be understaffed!! We felt bad for the cashier who was up at the register alone. She was fantastic, friendly and working quickly to assist everyone, so it wasnt her fault! More employees in the store would help. Otherwise great selection of products available.
I took my dog for a bath and nail grinding today. My son brought her home and she was limping. Almost all her nails in the front where grinded way to short and bleeding. They were not smooth. There were a few in the back as well.I called and spoke to the person in charge and my told my dog probably jerked and the grinder slipped. Not on all her nails. NEVER going back again.

Had the best experience having my Corgi groomed for the first time! Amanda Keylon is amazing and her personal expertise on how to properly care for my Corgi made me feel 100% confident that my boy Declan was in safe Knowledgeable hands. I cant recommend Amanda enough and our Corgi definitely adores her!
Customer service is great but the prices are too high.
I will be either shopping on amazon or petco from now on. I had to return a bag of sand, because an employee told me that it was ok to put the SALT water live sand in my FRESH water tank. Im glad i googled it when i got home, it would have killed my fish!! But when i returned it they gave me a gift card because i didnt have my receipt but it was in the system under my phone number. So the receipt was there in their system. Now i have spent tbousands in that store. But no more. Im done with Petsmart !
Worst place to take your dog for groomer. Do not recommend at all. They don’t care about your dog. They really need to train the employees better.
I always bring my dog here for grooming services. Amanda takes great care of our dog Benny. All the staff are friendly. Always greeted with a welcome from someone.I dont buy much pet food here but the selection is tremendous. Great selection of live pets as well. Very clean. Professional

The absolute worst place to get your dogs groomed. Policies that seem to have changed in 2 months but cannot be viewed by customers.
Worst grooming experience ever had. I was there a week ago with my two pets.the groomer name was Victoria and she give the worst painful experience to my dogs one can ever imagine. She pull off the skin of my dogs with shaving till the point they bleed..that’s not what you expect from a professional groomer..she has no idea what she is doing.the moment my dogs are back from grooming they were not themselves then I checked them they were bleeding..can’t even walk or sit properly,they were in so much pain because of unprofessional or not experienced people petsmart hired.she should not be allowed to touch any pet because these poor pets can’t speak for themselves and had to go through so much pain.I agree accidental can happen if that would have been case with only one dog,but both of my pets skin were peeled off that can’t be accidental.It’s shows either you don’t know what u are doing or you were too careless and harsh to treat my pets because they can’t complain for themselves.She was not even willing to do her job properly.I asked her to trim of facial hair which were going in their mouth,but she was so reluctant that she don’t want to do it,may be because she didn’t know how to do it..I groomed my dogs many times at home I never harmed them in any way.when I’m being a non professional can do grooming without harming then I don’t expect this kinda service from also called professional.she didn’t even brush their teeth for even 30 seconds.just touch the tooth brush in the mouth that’s it..no brushing at all...In conclusion....Not Recommended at all...the worst grooming place I have ever been.please save your dogs from the painful experience my babies had gone through please 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏...PETSMART BIG NOOOOO NOT EXPECTED SUCH WORST SERVICE FROM YOU.

There wasnt many animals in the store, which is understandable because of Covid. However when we were there the cages were dirty and all the animals looks sad. Also it was hot, and you could see that the animals were hot as well.
PetSmart never disappoints. Always clerks to help within the store and very efficient checkout clerks. Very polite and they always speak to my dog, which the dog and I both like.

Very good service and nice groomers
This was a less than stellar experience. After finding my selected merchandise, I waited for 10min to be checked out at the register. Upon giving the cashier cash, she entered the amount wrong abd couldnt make change. She had to cancel the sale and start over. How do you work a register without this very basic skill? Ill visit the Mechanicsburg store from now on.

I recently switched my cat to Royal Canin wet food for digestive issues. I only needed two cans to get her through the weekend. The Carlisle store had the food which meant a quick trip in and out of the store. I didnt need to shop around to find the food that my cat needed.

Im told that its night shift not doing their job but the bottom line is i spent time shopping for quality and price all out rhe door at tue checkout. Prices are always incrrased up to 100% so far . ill never be back

Im pleased with the dog groomers. My recent dog refused to let me bathe her so I punished her by taking her to the groomers at PetSmart. She gets clean and soft and checked from teeth to tail. She wont admit that she enjoys it though, trying to spare my feelings I guess.

Absolutely the best experience Ive had in a long time. The groomers were amazing in taking care of our new little puppy flash and Cookie. They took excellent care of them as well as explaining what all they did and how well they behaved. The managers and other staff members helped me to get coupons for the new puppies and even talked about training classes. A whole new world opened up and Ill definitely be taking the babies back to the Carlisle store because they welcome us with open paws
I adopted two little guinea pigs on 4/11. The first day at home they were sneezing and coughing. They were at the vet on 4/15 diagnosed with URI. Having to be on medications now for 14 days. Contacted petsmart 4/16 and was told I could not get help on the vet bill or refund on the pigs since they are sick. I could only get money back if I brought them back but I obviously am not taking them back after adopting and supplies at petsmart equaling 200$+ then 160$ for a vet bill. They only offered 20 percent discount off supplies next time I came in. Please beware adopting pets from here or any petsmart

Their staff is always helpful & courteous, however they arent always knowledgeable. Ive dealt with some that are quite knowledgeable about products and very knowledgeable about their products especially. However there have been some Ive dealt with that arent knowledgeable at all and appear as though they dont even want to be there. But honestly overall theyre great! I mainly shop there for my dogs food (Nourish Source) and occasionally Ill get treats there too. The food I buy for my dog is the much better/healthier food thats produced today and if it werent for their brand of this wonderfully healthy and affordable food I wouldnt be able to afford it!! But for the most part their prices are just too high! But the Nourish Source product line is healthy and affordable and my dog LOVES it... ALL flavors!
