The crew at Capitol Rentals came out and set up a tent in our back yard for a birthday party. All I had to do was mark the corner for them and they came in and did it while I was at work which was a God-send. Outstanding work and it saves our proverbial back-sides as it rained the afternoon of the party. Highly recommended. They are coming to pick it up the day after the party. Awesome work.

I have rented two different rototillers from Capital Rentals and both times the customer service was outstanding! Even when I encountered some mechanical issues with one of the tillers Capital Rentals made sure to rectify the situation. I highly recommend them for all your rental needs.

We rented an RV from Capitol Rentals via Cruise America and it was a 5 star experience from start to finish. My bike rack wasnt setup to properly fit the RVs hitch mount but Capital Rentals went above and beyond letting us borrow one of their bike racks as a replacement. And at the end of the trip, they were totally flexible with the return time for the camper which meant we could enjoy more of our trip on the last day without rushing back to return the RV. Definitely using them again.

Rented a rear tined tiller from them. I was able to keep it from Friday-Monday for a single day price due to thier weekend policy. By far the cheapest around. The service was amazing, both call and in person. The techs who help you load and show you how it works are also very friendly. The tiller I got looked a few years old but ran perfect and started on the first key turn every time. This was my first time renting anything like this and I was more than satisfied with the transaction. I have no reason to look elsewhere for rentals now as long as they have what I need.

The customer service was amazing!! We driving up from North Carolina to pick up an RV rental and we hit some bad traffic on the way up. We called ahead to let him know that we wouldn’t be able to make it on time and he offered to stay two and a half hours past closing time so that we could still pick up the RV and make our trip!! He was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Exceptional customer service. They went the extra mile. We were enroute to pick up an RV for a formal weekend. Along the way we ran into traffic delays causing our arrival time to be delayed.
