Cheapest gas even than other Sheetz!Located at Route 11 (Ritner Hwy) at Route 465 (Allen Rd) one block west of 81.it is high volume commercial area with gas 2-4¢ cheaper than surrounding stations and even more if you have a Sheetz loyalty card!*if you like my review please like me. Stopped by for lunch and the employees were very antisocial and barely spoke to you. Horrible customer service, and very rude incompetent workers. We ordered three BLT’s, priced at $4.29 +tax each, two of the BLT’s had two pieces of bacon. Two pieces of bacon for $4.29+, the other BLT had four pieces of bacon and when we confronted the employees that made the sandwiches they couldn’t tell us which was the proper amount. If you are planning on stopping for lunch or to get gas I’d prefer a run down Shell over this. At least then the rats would be on the ground not behind the counter. This gas station is a pathetic excuse for a Sheetz. Never stopping here again.

Love the touchless car wash!! Hard to find any and I am super picky- I dont even let the dealership wash my car when taking it in for service. I keep my car clean at all times so for me, it does the job when I dont have time to hand wash my car. :)

I been to every sheetz in the area, this one is slowest to get you your food

The manager of the food area was quite nasty. I am on a strict diet. I cant have the normal non-dairy creamer because of my diabetes, so I requested for the person behind the counter for almond milk because it works with my diet AND its good for diabetics. The manager got nasty and said They can take the non-dairy creamer thats out there. I attempted to explain that its never been a problem before to which she responded, they were told they couldnt do that. This Sheetz site just lost a coffee sale and three customers as my wife and my niece will not be returning there either.

Always fast and kind service

Waited a half hour for my food when I placed my order online. My food was ready and got cold while waiting on a drink. I finally got tired of waiting and said something and was told the manager wants them to make everyones food first. Well thats great but now I have a hot drink and cold food. The manager needs to be helping her employees when they are swamped with orders instead of walking around the store doing whatever it is she was doing. There is no reason that I had to stand there waiting for my drink while my food got ice cold. I also work in food service and this would not fly at my job.

Horrible service. Disrespectful and throw your food in a bag and put you on hold for 15 mins and don’t come back to your call. Very rude and have a attitude and don’t care about your order and won’t remake it if they do you wrong and refuse to remake it and will make you pay for it again even when they do you wrong and tell you that it’s not they’re problem that it’s cold or made wrong when they make it and very not sanitary and don’t always wear gloves I seen it first hand

Everytime I order food, they mess it up. Tell me how STEAK GETS MIXED UP WITH TATOR TOTS. YES I GOT TATOR TOTS IN MY WRAP INSTEAD OF STEAK.. onions instead of jalepenos, and the list of mistakes go on. These employees are the most incompetent, ignorant people on the planet, and they should all go back to kindergarten! Worst sheetz ever

I come to this Sheetz every single morning on my way to work. The cashiers are very friendly and always call me by name. Mary is they best she is so sweet. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name that is always there. He has glasses and works very early mornings around 6am. Their pleasant attitudes really make my day. It’s nice to start your day off with some positivity. Kudos to the manager for hiring such helpful, kind, hardworking, and positive employees!

I go to this store frequently but today I went and I had ordered a burger with lettuce tomato and bacon, when i got back to work the top of my bun had some kind of black crusted stuff on it. i was not happy, i tried to call and no one will pick up the phone. i would not recommend getting from the menu as you dont know what you are going to get. it is always a surprise

Gas station and updated convenience store.Good option for a quick lunch stop. Deli sandwiches made to order. Touch screen system to custom order food and specialty drink. Located in close proximity to the highway for a quick stop while passing through the area like we were on our trip.

I do not like going to this sheetz anymore due to the immaturity and looks I receive when I go there by the employees and managers due to a certain employee. I have gone in and done nothing wrong and everytime I go in I get watched like a hawk. I do not appreciate being disrespected for doing absolutely nothing. Can’t even buy gas or a drink there with out being disrespected and it’s absolutely disgusting. They need to work on being kind and respectful to their customers! They have lost me as a customer!!

They’ll give you cold food make sure to check your food on spot

They wouldnt sell beer to my father (obviously over the age of 50) because his ID would not scan (which is fair), but when my mom also tried to buy beer they refused to sell to her as well because she might be buying it for him. Both of my parents are over the age of 50, which it plainly states on both of their IDs. The whole thing was so nonsensical, especially since they still sold to me(the only one who could actually pass for under 21). It would be one thing if they were polite, but the staff was rude the entire encounter. To add insult to injury, our food order was also messed up.

Very fast. Ya may be busy but overall very good service and the employees are patient with ppl. Saw other customers get rude toward an employee and the cashier was very professional and still was polite even if they were being rude to her.

Very busy sheetz location, but that being said they have mastered their busy MTO. Even though I had easily 15 orders ahead of mine (they have an order status tv), I waited less time than I would at a different location with 1 order ahead of mine. Impressive team work, friendly staff, and clean.

Needed to add engine oil to our car on a drive from NC to NY. Sheetz had what we needed and super star Corey helped us out on a cold day. Thanks for helping us beat the storm!

The manager was so disrespectful to me when I asked if they came re make my food

I wanted to buy a 4 pack of Guinness and I I showed the cashier my state issued ID and he rejected it due to the lamination bubbling. I asked him to scan it instead and he said he didn’t have too and I asked why and he said he didn’t have to explain. He got hostile towards me when I asked him again why my ID was denied. Very unprofessional

Complete waste of time. I ordered a drink and after over 30 mins of waiting no one bothered to even start making it. I’ve been a regular here for several years and this is completely unacceptable. Left after 45 mins of waiting with no order. I will NOT come here again.

Ignorant supervisors i got told after entering the building they were closed and need to leave while 5 other people walked in and nothing was said to them. Also the website says the are open.

Early morning, traveling back from vacation in PA. Stopped for gas at 5:45am, car full of sleeping kids. Music is BLASTING LOUD at the gas station pumps through their intercom. Why so loud?! Good grief!

Everytime I stop here the line is 30 people deep with 1 cashier . Things happen occasionally but this seems to be standard operating procedure for this location.
