Jennie Burns is an extremely fine employee of H and R Block. She worked hard to get everything we needed for the IRS.

My tax preparer was unhelpful, uninterested in completing my taxes. I was told he was very knowledgeable, but he suggested No help, information in my process, truly disappointing then he had someone else finish me and I felt such indifference. I wanted to leave & find a better office, but I hate it was the last day. Also I have had so, so many Great years with H & R Block over 12 years I just hoped till the dismal end for improved service that never came.

Daniel was a very nice young man he finished in a timely manner he was Awesome.
