Understandable With The Rent, Excellent Housing. Maintenance Is On Site & Is Amazing. Was Locked Out Of My Apartment After Hrs & They Still Helped Me. All utilities are included, I was homeless before coming here Got approved on spot & moved in quickly.

Nice place. Utilities and the like are covered. Great location for schooling and even grocery shopping. Plus, they offer free shopping bus service. Great place for me who studies at SIUC.

My time at Campus edge was enjoyable. The staff at the time was very personable. For a very basic person this is your place.

1. Bad management.2. Couldnt find anyone up front into the first of the month and the middle of the month.3. About four different people have the keys to the office.4. The people who make the rules dont stick to them like they try and make everyone else do.5. No pets but, room 112 gets to keep a vicious rottweiler.6. Fines handed out every month for them to clean the kitchen but, as long as there is a dog in room 112. I aint paying them a damn thing.
