They always have move in deals.

No complaints here moving in was a breeze. Rent is low. I was allowed to have my kitties. Parking is the only major downfall.

Bad bad they do not take care of the apartments the rent is high landlord is very nosey. Maintenance man will open your mail and read it right outside in and out of your trash he is very nosey and watches people and goes above and beyond his job to cause people trouble he washes IT company he goes around and looks in the windows he is very creepy I do not recommend single young women to rent their slumlord dumpy trash holes

We rented an apartment to use 5-7 days out of the month. When the lease ended, it took over 6 months of calling to get the deposit back (I felt as though we were ignored until we threatened a lawsuit- and then the money was sent). After all of that we didnt even get all of it back- it was $45 dollars short. There wasnt any damage to the apartment (it was left cleaner than when we moved things in). A landlord has to tell you within 30 days if you arent getting all your deposit back and why. That didnt happen. Management claimed to never have gotten an address to send the deposit to however its the same address on the check that was cashed every month by management- and the one repeated back by staff on moving out day. Landlord tenant law was not followed in our specific situation. If we had to do it again- it would be somewhere else.

Clean modern living, staff has been very accommodating from the start. Move in was a breeze, Wi-Fi is standard which is a big deal! For the price and amenities, I couldnt find a better deal.

They were nice to deal with and got me in quickly, low rent too. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the WiFi included goes off too much.

Nice rooms, management needs improvement. Hallways are not clean

Put on your dancing shoes. You are gonna be dancing with roaches day and night. Roach motel. Run away, and look to live some place else. ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES.

They have roaches ! I’m a current resident . No matter how much they spray they have them . When you are gone from your studio, they will be there .
