Theyre incredibly clean, professional & my nails dont chip the next day like they do when I get them done in my neighborhood.Highly recommended!

Spent 2 hours just getting a fill for my daughter and I. Unfinished pedicure so I left with unpainted toes. The nails look nothing like I asked & it was done really sloppy. I was charged $80. Last photo is what I asked for.

Lovely nail salon! The interior is designed so beautifully, mostly wood and a lot of pothos - so different from the usual salon.I made an appointment thru phone and had no problems. Powder soak off and actual manicure were great. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and Becky did a test example on one nail and it came out exactly like the reference!Super happy with how my nails turn out, was well worth the price :)

I had such an amazing experience here yesterday getting ready for my graduation day. From the sunshine pouring through the windows to the perfectly relaxing playlist, everything was spot on. Not a single smell of one chemical, and the staff are so, so lovely and kind. Becky gave me a perfect mani/pedi, this is my new spot and I dont have a feeling Ill be going anywhere else anytime soon.

Acrylic Goddesses work here.All of them do mind blowing work. The nails could be mistaken for gel or dip because of how well they shape the acrylic. The color choices are ample, everyone is friendly, and the prices are fair.I have never had designs done but I have seen some of the work. Literally they can make anything possible.There are other people in town with great reviews of large quantities and I am sure they are great. But this place is personal, caring, and the best place for acrylics I have ever seen.

What a beautiful gem intimately tucked away. I had booked an appointment for my very first Brazilian to get ready for a very special weekend. The date I had thought I booked was a few days prior. I arrived for my appointment and discovered that I had accidentally set the appointment for the following Monday! In a panic, I asked if there was any way I could be squeezed in, as this was the only day I would be able to have this done. Becky informed me that she was actually just leaving to head out of town. She must have seen the sadness in my eyes because she promptly said you know what? Lets do this! I was shocked and oh so very grateful! Not only did she make time for me to make my special weekend perfect, but she was so very kind and walked my terrified self through everything. The five stars earned by this establishment are well deserved. I will be returning as a regular and spreading the word. The prices are perfect. The atmosphere is welcoming and the spa is beautiful. Look no further ladies. This is absolutely the only spa you need, and bring your friends while you are at it. You will not be disappointed!!

Got a full set not smooth or shaped right. The pedicure I chose was not the one I got and the lady tried to charge me for the one I picked. This is the 3 rd nail place I’ve tried in Santa Cruz county no bueno! Guess I’ll keep going to a Hollister.

I had an appt at 530pm and I did not get seen until 6:10pm. However it seems as though walking in customer where being served and assisted and I was still waiting to get my nails done. Addition to that I showed the nail tech a picture of the art and nail shape I wanted and did not get that at all. Very disappointing experience, I was hoping it would be a better experience since the reviews were so great. I will never go back and I will not recommend anyone here.

Asked for a French ombré gel nail for my wedding. Manicurist did not know what she was doing and had to ask someone else to step in after she attempted and failed (1) dipping (2) gel ombré. I also had to ask several time for her to cut my cuticles. No massage or additional manicure services. Ended with oil on my nails and fingers and she said “done”. Pedicure was more like a polish change. Staff rush you to leave and are not friendly. Not recommended.

10/10 would recommend and I suggest appointments because so many people love this place too!

Wonder Place to go! I took my boyfriend here for A nice spot to relax on his 32nd birthday, and they did not disappoint! We are here in Santa Cruz for thanksgiving/his bday and had a wonderful relaxing time here and left feeling pampered and lovely ☺️. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone, wonderful people that work here also.

They did a good job. The second toe on my left looks funky but Im actually missing that toe nail and she made it work 👍💅

Wow, Im so glad I took a chance with this place. I drove 30 minutes to come here and it was well worth it. Their customer service was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was friendly from the door greeter to the nail techs. I got SNS nails done by Ken, who was truly amazing. His attention to detail is impeccable. He took his time despite how busy it was to make sure my nails looked perfect.Also got my eyebrows done, and they looked great!Will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely LOVE this new nail salon. They deserve 10 stars! I got exactly what I asked for here, and my expectations were exceeded. I have scheduled my next appointment and cant wait to come back. The salon is beautiful, and clean. The owner and techs are very kind and friendly. They did an excellent job doing my acrylics and art which is hard to find someone who is good at both. The price is reasonable and worth it for the quality you get. I walked right in and got immediate service although appointments are recommended. Theres a wide selection of colors, gels, acrylic colors, and I believe dips too. I am impressed. Ive been getting my nails done for years, I know salons. This place will impress you like it has me. I was almost reluctant to leave a review because I want to keep this gem to myself! But I cant help but share how great they are. Go treat yourself, youll love it here.

This salon was wonderful! It was clean and smelled good and the prices were fair.They have so many shellac and powder colors to choose from as well as tons of regular nail polish colors.I went with color changing shellac and its really cute!My manicurist was quick and friendly, I will definitely go back to see her again!!I would definitely recommend this place. Ask for Capitola! It was my first time at this salon, I was recommended the dip nails and I love them already. She was very sweet and funny. After a pretty terrible experience at another nail salon I was so happy to have found this hidden gem! I was able to call a few hours ahead and get an appointment with Hana which turned out to be so great. I showed her a picture with a general idea of what I was wanting and she definitely delivered. She took the time to shape the nails perfectly and the polish was amazing quality. All of the techs were very friendly and the atmosphere is clean and tidy! Love love love my nails! I used to drive 45+ to get to my old nail tech but after today I feel like I no longer need to make that drive! For starters the service is A1 the moment you walk through the door! Im used to the typical nail salons where you dont get greeted you just get asked what do you want done. I love that they check up on you mid service, I didnt expect much walking in especially after having to go on a man hunt to find it but after finding it I was more than impressed! Give them a try! You wont be disappointed!!!

This nail salon delivers! Ive received services from Jimmy, Ken and Hana and all were wonderful! Jimmys art skills are on point, Kens massage is incredible, and Hana has done my nails, nail art and massage very well! I will be requesting Hana for my future appointments. Everyone is smiling and jovial so, the environment is very welcoming. The location is convenient as I am located downtown.

I am in town visiting so of course I went to google to find a nail salon. This place was great. The customer service was fantastic. They were very friendly from the start. I got a pedicure and a fill in and I was able to get them both done at the same time and still feel very relaxed. They have nice colors and the place is really cute. My nails and feet both look great. Their prices are very reasonable too. Would definitely come back again when Im in town.

Ive been here a couple different times now and the service is always excellent. Ive always been a walk in with no appointment and theyve always got me in quickly and my nails always look awesome. Everything is clean and sterile! They do a great job at making sure they go all the way down to the cuticle. :)

There are so many nail salons in my area and I finally found one that I love and continue to return to!I see Ken every appointment for a dip manicure. He has such a great eye and puts so much effort into his work. I adore him and love how thin, symmetrical and gorgeous he makes my nails!! Be careful because once you visit him youll never want another nail tech again!I love this nail salon, I have become a regular here and rarely do my own nails anymore. My bridal party, family and close friends came here to get our nails done. Since we had more than 15 people, they were able to close the salon at 5:30 and service my guests. Everyone had such a great experience! For some, it was their first time getting pedicures. Each worker took their time with each of us. Jimmy even let me DJ while the others were getting their nails done. It was such an amazing experience. My best friend and I usually come here every month as Tiffanys Nails is our go to. I LOVE this place! This is the only place where I get my nails done. All of the nail techs are great! Ive been going here at least once a month for the past 2 years and Im always blown away at how great my nails turn out! Its extremely sanitary and the experience is great! Theyre always super busy so I would recommend making an appointment, even though walk ins are available. The seating is limited for waiting so you may end up standing while you wait, but other than that, this is my absolute favorite nail salon ever!I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

@@@Every time I come in to TIFFANY NAILS I NEVER and I mean NEVER leave disappointed. Why, yes I do have my favorite nail tech, HẠNH, but everyone is always so nice and accommodating. With all the skill you can imagine in one place you can literally have any design you want or ever dreamt of. The only thing I do wish is that they had more neutral gel colors. Due to being in the military I have to have nude but I always settle for a color and it comes out great, I just wish there were more options is all. Overall though absolutely stunning, amazing place to go for all your nail needs!

I had a woman named Hana and she was amazing! I wanted gradient of the gold glitter on top of the base nail polish and she really took her time placing all the gold flecks individually. They came out perfect and they lasted longer than any other gel manicures Ive gotten in the past and looked great the whole time. I would definitely return here if I was in the area and needed my nails done.

Jimmy and Ken have made a great experience every time I have gone in (4 times). They take their time with you. The pedicure is wonderful. Jimmy gives the best massage. Went in with a lot of pain in my shoulder. Felt so much better walking out. Went back again 2 more times and took my husband also to get a massage. The place is so clean, I recommend this place very highly.

Cant say enough positive about this location! I went here for the first time with a bridal party, and from beginning to end we enjoyed every minute of it. A drink menu was offered with everything. They also gave us all our own hand lotion at the end.

Ken and Hana were amazing! I showed them a picture of what I wanted, picked the base color, and they did the rest. Hana chose the perfect color for the glitter portion of my finger nails and it matched perfectly with base color I chose. I am in love with the end result. Ken and Hana provided great customer service and their technique is the best Ive seen in Capitola! Ill definitely be back!

This place is by far my favorite nail spa, thus far.I initially went to here due to the reviews and I was not disappointed. 6 weeks later, my nails did NOT raise and was still in tact. My second visit proved even more that this place is one to recommend.The staff is extremely friendly and funny, too, and the complimentary drinks are such a plus!

I am in Capitola on vacation, and had a day to myself, so I decided to come here to get a pedicure. It was the best massage Ive had and the service was great. The price is very reasonable. Cheaper than Ive paid back home! Id definitely come back if Im in town again.

I came in to get a full set gel chrome nail set . There were no problems until I asked if the gel drying lamps had a timer because my hands were sitting in there a long time . That’s when the nail tech seem to get upset and want to leave my hands in longer . Rude as ever and she did a crappy job I’m embarrassed to have my nails like this and she charged 48$ very disappointed . Maybe they do good manicures but this chrome looks awful !!! Not the shape I asked for either !!!!

Uneven, haphazard jobI chose the salon because there were good reviews, I was so disappointed with the outcome of my fill. The technician was on her phone the entire time, did not listen to what I asked for and several of my nails were crooked and uneven. The person sitting next to me was complaining about the same thing. The owner was very nice and offered to redo them, but I didn’t want to take any more chances and chose to leave. Definitely will not be going back.

Myself and two friends went to celebrate a birthday here. We booked online and its good we did bc they place was popping for a Tuesday morning- and I can see why the service was excellent. The woman who did my manipedi, was so nice and went above and beyond, fixing my toe nail she just painted after I bumped it. I dont know much about nails either and she totally got my vision when I was trying to explain my ideal nails.

They are so friendly here I always have Kenny do my nails he does an amazing job. After not having my nails done in 2 yrs I ended up going to Tracy Nails down the street to have them done and let me tell you never again will I ever go somewhere else to have them done again, I ended up getting nail fungus from Tracy salon & Kenny has been helping me get rid of it here @ Tiffany Nails. I am so thankful for your help and the always look on point.

Ive been coming here to get my nails done for at least a couple years. I dont believe Ive ever walked out disappointed. Its well worth it since it can last up to 3 weeks! Lots of options for nail polish colors, both regular and gel. Go see Hana! She always does a detailed and phenomenal job. They are usually pretty generous with the massages they give you with the mani/pedis, depending on who your manicurist is. When they give you a pedicure, they place hot stones between your toes, which is a nice touch! This facility is very CLEAN and professional.

I scheduled an appointment here to get a mani and pedi before a bachelorette party with my girlfriends.We got in and they seated us right away. The atmosphere was inviting and the management always made sure that everyone was comfortable and happy. The technicians were so nice and they took a lot of care in their work so all our nails looked great! I had such a good time talking to my girlfriends and getting pampered. This is hands down my favorite nail salon in Capitola! Ive been coming here for 2 years, and any time I stray and try somewhere else Im completely disappointed. All of the nail technicians are awesome, Ive never had one that didnt do a great job and make me feel welcome. I always get SNS and it will last for 3-4 weeks without chipping. Sometimes theres a little bit of a wait but it moves quickly, and they take appointments. Their prices are fair. Overall I love this place and highly recommend it!

They do a great job, especially David. However the price for an acrylic fill has gone from $15 to $25 in 3 months. Sorry cant afford that. Will not be back.

I have been here twice, once for a no chip manicure and once for a pedicure. I would definitely go back! The atmosphere is so nice - the entire side walls are waterfalls.Everything is very sanitary - sterilized pouches of tools and tub liners. They set a timer for each job, which I actually like. It keeps them from rushing, as they have to use the whole time, but they will also fix things if they arent good enough. My no chip lasted for more than two weeks, and they give you a card with the two week date and you can come in and get it touched up until that date. Its slightly more expensive than other places in the area, but totally worth it.

The owner Hannah was very nice and excelled at her job. David did an amazing job at shaping my acrylic nails and overall it was a nice, friendly environment.

I have been going to this salon for years. Hannah, is who I normally book an appt with. Yesterday I called to book with her and was told she is gone for a month :( .. I went in as a walk in today and was very disappointed !! The guy who did my pedicure started off by cutting my toe, then gave a 15 min pedi no massage and general bad experience !! I will not be going back again until ~~ if and when Hannah comes back.BTW they told me that 2 girls are named Hannah.

I love Tiffanys Nails. Every time I come here, I have a great experience. The staff are always really friendly.The pedicures last a bout 30 minutes and the manicures about 20 minutes. They also have a separate menu if you want to add additional services to either your mani or pedi. I usually just stick to the standard mani-pedis.They have a good selection of polishes and the polishes are generally well taken care of (not old, crusty and outdated). The last time I came here, my manicure lasted over two weeks and my pedicure lasted over a month.This is one of my favorite places so far to get my nails done, the chairs and pedicure bowls are nice looking and comfortable. Tiffanys Nails could actually stand to update their chairs since more and more places are moving to the crystal baths.:x :x :x
