Super customer service. Very professional. Very clean. Pedicure chair is awesome. This place is a spa as opposed to simple nail salon. Highly recommended. I love Cheryl and appreciate her attention to detail and customer service.

Shakira, the owner of Shine Nail Lounge, takes her time and makes my pedicures absolutely perfect every time. She is the best in town and uses only the top of the line products. She gets booked out, so make sure you book ahead. The other nail techs at Shine are awesome too, but Shakira is my gal! I always look forward to my monthly pedicure at Shine!

I have been going to Shakira, who is the owner of Shine Nail Lounge, for at least 15 years, maybe more, when she was a nail artist at another place. Ive been getting my nails (acrylics and now with gel polish) for about 30 years and what I want is quality and good service with attention, but quality FIRST. And thats what I get with Shakira.To this day, I still get compliments. I just got my hair done earlier yesterday and my hair person asked me where I was going next and I said I was going to get my nails done and she said, REALLY??? I thought they looked fine! So most of all, I love how my nails look when I walk out. Absolutely, CONSISTENTLY, perfect.

I had the best experience with this salon! She went above and beyond. To start of with I was late.... like 20 minutes late. In my defense I dont live in Santa Cruz and got lost trying to find the salon. But she honored my appointment. I got a mani pedi and it was by far the best Ive had. She was awesome! I highly recommend!

Best pedicures ever!!!!

I took my 6 year old here for her 1st manicure. She wanted a very specific Hello Kitty on her thumb so I made sure to call ahead of time to see that the manicurist could do nail art. Ouynh was super friendly and had time for us that day. Before our appointment she even researched different designs and texted me the pictures. She was very friendly when we showed up and extremely patient when my daughter fidgeted. We were super pleased with her pricing and A+ for effort. Instead of the typical rude and abrupt attitude often associated with manicurists, she was extremely friendly and patient. I would return for myself and my daughter.
