I overnight there with my 34 feet motorhome and super nice and quiet neighborhood. Walk with my dog over there and no problem. Please keep the place like that if need park dont leave garbage and dog poo around. Cheers.

Capitola Gardens is the finest complex in all of Capitola. Friendly neighbors its just awesome. Tiffany the Manager is one of the nicest person I have the Pleasure of calling a Friend. I recommend Capitola Gardens to anyone looking for a Beautiful setting to call home.

My fiancé and I have lived here for about a year with our two dogs. The grounds are beautifully maintained, like living in a park. The complex is walking distance from Capitola Beach, so most mornings we walk to have coffee on the beach. Our apartment is older, but has been well maintained. Upon moving in new appliances were installed and the counters were re-surfaced. Chris (the manager) is extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything that comes up. Mike, the maintenance guy, has also been amazing, coming over on a moments notice for anything weve needed, even for silly things like me not knowing how to start the heater! Our neighbors are also very nice and have made us feel welcome in the community. This is hands down the best place weve ever lived and we couldnt be more happy renting here.

Dont let the green trees and green grass full you we were picked on, got almost forced for us to pay out of pocket for certain repairs and everybodys door handles were replaced except ours . very disappointing .
