I feel like someone doesnt have to have much experience with other landlords to know that these guys, without a doubt, know what theyre doing. I have no complaints whatsoever during the 13 months I rented from them. Anytime I needed something fixed, they were on top of it. They also delivered service with a kind and understanding attitude. I would always get alerts if anything was about to change, and would even be able to give my opinion. I would absolutely rent from them again so I definitely recommend them.

I’ve had many landlords, but these guys are at the top of the list. The female landlord I reported to is not only efficient but very respectful. Her maintenance team get to any issues you have as quick as they can and they have always done a great job. I work for CGPD and I highly recommend renting from them!!!

Very professional and friendly. We rented from them for almost 2 years and they’ve been great, if there is ever anything that needs fixed they get right on it, best land lord I’ve had, we would have continued to rent through them a lot longer if we didn’t need a bigger home for our growing family. Would definitely recommend renting from them!

Rates for rent are great! I loved that I didnt have to pay extra for two dogs per month on top of rent which most other places require so that was a huge plus! Easy to communicate with staff. I bought a house, otherwise, I would have continued to rent from B&B.

I’ve been renting from them since June and I must say I absolutely love it ! I love my apartment so much ! So big and spacious . My daughter is in love with her room. Every time I have a issue they immediately come and solve the issue ! No disrespect but your a fool if you dislike B&B !

Ive rented from B&B twice. I would definitely recommend these apartments. The owner is awesome and the girls in the office are amazing too. Nice, affordable, pet friendly apartments.

I am so pleased with the landlord and their staff..the ladies in the office and the maintanence team.You will not find better than BandB Rentals .If you have any problems with any thing in your apartment they are there asap to fix it and the rent cost is the most reasonable in Cape Girardeau,Mo and they allow your fur babies(pets).They genuinely care about their tenents.I recommend BandB rentals to anyone looking for reasonable rental cost and a great landlord and staff that really do care about their apartments and upkeep and the tenent.I would give 10 stars if it were possible to give.
