Great dip with tips. Look beautiful and natural and lasted 2-3 weeks before I went for a fill. Matching gel pedicure was great as well & worth $10 for extra massage time.

I have been going to this nail salon for more than 7 years. I love Henry ant T but the owner Brian is rude and disrespectful. You lost a very loyal client; I will never recommend your services to anyone. You should be ashamed of the way you treat your clients :(

I have to agree with the previous comment.. This was only my 2nd time going here. Brian was extremely unprofessional & rude. Arguing with me when I told him 2 of my nails broke off for no reason. Brian got defensive Stating “that had never happened before”, making me look like a liar, which I am not! I have no reason to lie! I am an honest person. I even blamed it on the product to not offend him & he just kept going on & on with his defensive attitude. I ended up losing my temper & got rude with him & walked out in the middle of my service.. I will NEVER go back…

I havent been here for a long time. The pedicure was good, but the refill was horrible. They were busy so my tech didnt want to replace the tips. So, he cut my nails down to my skin, shorter than what I wanted, and put acrylic on my natural nail. I was very dissatisfied. First visit in a long time...and last. Ill spend my money somewhere else.

Incredible service. I had a remarkable lady do a gel hot pink manicure overlay with sparkles and she worked on my nails I swear as if I was getting married the next day. She took her time, was very professional and informed me of my nail shape which was curled. So I learned something new and she did the best job I have ever gotten for a manicure in the five years I have lived in cape.I have been to a good amount of nail salons and when I tell you this is a hidden gem.Will be back as a regular.rr xx

Two of us wanderd in for Pedis on a Saturday afternoon ( One male, one female) . Excellent pedis!!! We choose an upgraded service with leg exfoliation, leg and foot massages, plus my tech made my toe nails BEAUTIFUL! We are both Very Happy!!

I have gone to this place for many years and I must say I am very disappointed. Not only did they complain the entire time they switched the color from pink to yellow on my nails, they told me to just get a fill next time and to do gel.....I AM SORRY, AM I NOT THE CUSTOMER AND IT SHOULD BE WHAT I WANT, right? I was injured about 6 times because they were to busy talking to each other and then on top, my nails look so horrible and I am so devasted. You lost my business. I wont be back

Went for pedicure and nails. Lady couldn’t speak English. Had a problem with nails had to redo one nail. Took long time. Couldn’t understand me. I gave her a 5.00 tip. Went to check out cashier demanded a tip I only had 4.00 dollar bills for her. She latterly got in billfold. Said you got a 100.00 I can break. Tips are to be given for good service not demanded. I wish I had not given anything. Will never go back there again. I had paid for service on credit card. Unbelievable.

Visiting for a month..walked into Top Nails for a mani-pedi. Very clean..... they use the plastic liners in the pedi sink. Only waited a short time. David did a great job.. he took his time and gave a wonderful massage on my feet, legs! He was very polite and personable. I would highly recommend this place!

Disappointed in them. Was going there for yrs and Brian is a wonderful tech. But his wife was very, VERY rude to me and hurt my nail and filed it too hard with attitude and thinned my nail down to the nail bed. And still had the AUDACITY to ask me for a tip. wanted a tip after treating me so poorly?!!!!. I havent been back there since. They take too long to do the pedicures and make you wait too long when youve already had a set appointment.

Everything has declined here over the last few years and I had been coming for a decade. They make everyone wait for over an hour plus even with an appt because they overbook and dont ever want to turn anyone down. The prices have become outrageously expensive and their quality has gone from the best in the business to rushed and sloppy on occasion. Used to be the best. They were also very rude when bringing my well behaved 6 year old daughter for her only birthday request of a manicure. They said she didnt belong here. Way to crush my daughters birthday wish.

I have been coming here for almost two years now. About 8 months ago I decided to switch from regular acrylic fills to a gel fill. A regular fill there is $16 and a gel fill is $25. This whole time they have been charging me $35. I usually give $40, leaving the man $5 for tip. I have been taken advantage of for almost an entire year now. I walked out today when I found out I have been getting overcharged and the lady followed me out to my car to ask why Im leaving. I was a very loyal customer coming at least twice a month, always telling friends and family about their salon and giving them business. This isnt even mentioning the fact that they dont sanitize their drills and I have seen people get cut left and right. I will never step foot in there again, how disgusting.

Usually I love this place, however the guy I had last time rushed. I got there after two other people getting pedicures and he was done with mine well before theirs. Sure enough, my color smeared and chipped the same night. It’s only been two days and I’m already noticing the gel on my fingers is chipping. Not too happy with this visit..

Skilled pedicurists made my daughter and my feet look lovely for her birthday. The manicurist was named, T, and he was very gentle, skilled and professional, I definitely recommend him if you are getting your nails done. Excellent service all around!

Waited to long to even be greeting and waited over an hour for my daughters nails to be painted. People getting pedicures were more important, they got right in the chair after we waited over an hour, and ended up just leaving with nobody asking why. We won’t be back!

I was told to pick my color and then that I wasnt allowed to change my mind. Then after my toes were painted I was told to put my shoes back on myself and when I did that I scuffed the paint and I was given an attitude when I ask them to fix the paint stuff. They also cut my nails shorter than I asked them to. I am happy that they are open on Sundays and that there was in no wait when I walked in but I will never go back.

I dont understand how this place gets so many good reviews. Maybe I just came in on the wrong day. Everyone was very sweet and nice. But the job I had done on my nails was horrible!! And I only went in for a filling. Michelle which I believe was the owner kept going from customer to customer and was not focus on the work she was doing. My nails are an absolute mess. On top of it I never got my change back. I guess she just assumed thats what I wanted to tip. Smh 😫Never again!! Now to redo my nails and spend more money.

Dont bother with an appointment.. I made one for 5 pm for 2 pedicures. We didnt get sat until 5:20, but no one was available to start working on me. My MIL was 20 minutes into her pedi before anyone started on me (I was soaking the whole time). I felt like I was just rushed through and my MIL still had to wait for 15 minutes for me to finish.I wish I hadnt been rushed through because they seemed to do good work.

Guy Say it’s $27 dollars for full set (no color, no gel, no shape) - same guy starts my nails and then tells me halfway he’s charging me$40, cuz I asked for just a little length when he was about to cut them down to my real nails like what....then when he’s filing my nails he stops for a second and filed his nail some and then went back to mine... wanted to puke ... then he had Sooo much attitude and bad customer service/ everyone else seemed alright but if you get sat with the old guy I would walk tf away

I used to love this place. Boy, how they have changed. Not only do they treat the american girls that work there like crap, they are rude to customers and unsanitary. They will chase you out the door if you dont want to wait and tell you it will only be a few minutes. An hour later, you will finely get half-assed service. They are too concerned about who might be trying to leave that they dont pay attention to the person in the chair. I will NEVER go here again. They are loud and never shut up. They talk horribly about others. Their service is no longer good...in fact, its the worst Ive ever had.This was a great place at one time. Now, you couldnt pay me to set foot in there again. Save your money and try somewhere else....Anywhere else.

Me and my friend got our nails done my feet are great my nails look horrible. I told the boss the girls that did our nails had a bad attitude from the beginning and we got cut a lot, on out way out I was told to mind my own business I will never go back there again because it was my business.

My gel pedicures didnt last a week. They looked horrible and the costumer service wasnt great either.

They use very cheap material, got done regular pedicure and it didn’t hold not even 8 hrs, called the store and the owner said can’t do anything.. it’s just a waste of $..
