Owner very friendly, smiling when we entered her place of business. I brought in 2 King and 1 queen very heavy comforters.Owner text me when they were ready for pick up. Very efficient and quick service. The comforters where neatly folded and placed in a clear plastic bag so as not to wrinkle . Also, they smelled terrific! I would recommend this laundry service very highly for any of your laundry needs.

Great service. I had a comforter cleaned. It was done quickly and really clean. The facility is clean, roomy, with new equipment. It has 4 sizes of washers. Definitely a great place to wash, dry, or drop off service.

I dread going to a laundromat, but washer was on the brink. I arrived around 4:45 pm, pleased it was air conditioned. However, when the attendant left at 5 ( I believe they’re open till 9pm), she started opening all the doors. Mind you it’s 98 degrees outside. When I asked why she was letting all the cold air out, she informed me “she” was leaving and turned the air off and her boss wants all the doors open. Even though her personality was less than desirable, I would think that the owner of this fine establishment could leave the air on for patrons for another 3-4 hours while they sit in their air conditioned Home and watch the security cameras. Doing laundry is tedious enough, then add in sweating your butt off. I noticed this elderly woman with an ice pack on her neck. Ridiculous, if you want a cool environment, don’t go after employees leave, apparently its only important for them to be comfortable while folding laundry.

Always clean. Laura, owner, is simply the best ! As a disabled person, she always helps me. Wash and fold is also available for an extremely reasonable price.

The owner came in on a Sunday when the washer broke and refunded us not just for that washer but for the cost of the second one we had to use instead. Overall, the place isn’t too busy, machines run well, and place is clean. Now using this instead of my apartment buildings facilities because it’s more reliable.

Honestly I like the facility and Owner. But the staff is less then to be desired lacking customer service skills. No help when a problem arises.

Well maintained business, the women that owns the place is there working to keep the place in A1 shape very helpful, and keep all happy, her helper is the same, I would never go elsewhere after seeing the competition !

Usually not crowded. Appliances are fairly old, but work good. No cards accepted. Machines accept quarters.

They have photos of a regular laundromat. Drove 5 miles to find out it’s only DROP-OFF. Fix the google listing!

Broken washer.. So not fun but thats not their fault

I was very disappointed with the staff and the handling of the service. Although their main business is laundry, they offer FREE WIFI and being a professional business owner, I do my laundry where there is WIFI. To me, if it is advertised to be available, it is part of the expensive price that I paid for the service. I had expected to be able to do my work for the two hour wait. The attendant said “I don’t know what to tell you”. I have been working in the field for many years and explained to him that he only needed to reset the router that was sitting right there in the open. He refused. They should test this system each day prior to opening the doors. People these days expect to be able to do their work and seek out establishments that offer free WIFI. I will not use them again. They didn’t even attempt to fix the problem.

When electricity fails...laundromat is there to help. The workers are very helpful and friendly.

Staff has no manners at all I had my clothes in dryer for 45 mins that I paid ... I got to gas station come back to find my clothes in a cart she said she needed the dryers you got 20 flipping dryers that was very disrespectful thats why I go to the bubble wash house but they where close today due to a fire... very rude to do that and nasty !!!!

This place is a little pricey but I will go here when Im not in the mood to drive to the next one. This placeis recently shut down and boarded up, it looks like there may have been a fire recently.
