My 16 year old son bought all the components to build a super fast state-of-the-art (expensive) desk-top gaming computer, but it turned out to be too complexed and difficult when he tried to put it all together, so I called around and ended up taking a large box filled with all the components (and some missing parts) up to Corey at Techy, who figured it all out and saved the day by building the super fast high-tech computer my son had been dreaming about... and he did it all at a very reasonable price... When it comes computers, I highly recommend Corey at this Techy store... as we say in Boston, the man is wicked smart

I had a super stressful day dealing with getting my phone battery replaced in my iPhone 6s plus and as soon as I walked in, Josh took care of me right away and had me out of there in no time. He was very pleasant and while I was there I had the pleasure to see him interface with other customers as well. He treated everyone with the same respect, professionalism, care and efficiency. I absolutely plan on going back in the future to get all of my tech needs met. 10/10!

Don’t ever take anything to this company, turned a basic screen replacement job into a destroyed I pad . Less than a month later the screen fell off taking the electrical connections with it. When I took it back they had the nerve to say it looks like somebody repaired it and tampered with the screen. They’re the only ones that ever repair this iPad.They even found the Repaire invoice, but refused to fix the damage that they caused. So I have a useless iPad that was destroyed by a repair from this company. So to all who read this, take my advice find a real repair company because this one you will not be satisfied. If you use this company, you might as well buy a new iPad.

Stopped by a few days ago and asked about tablet repair. Was told no problem, bring it in anytime and the repair takes an hour to an hour and a half... I asked if that was the total time and was told yes, I said so I can drop it off, do my shopping and it will be ready... was told yes...Stopped by about 2:00 today, dealt with a smirky bearded tech and a young nice trainee...I explained what I needed and handed the tablet to the tech, he looked at it said we might be able to have it done for you today...I said oh I was in a couple days ago and was told an hour to an hour and a half, he said he had items in the que, but could have me done by 4:00... he also said he would call me if he could get to it sooner... I gave my info left...I came back at 4:00 and he literally laughed and said he had not even started it yet... I said you told me 4? He said, still chuckling no i said between 4-5... i explained he specifically said 4 and that’s why I am here right at 4...He literally holds it in is hand and says look I have not even started it, you can take it somewhere else if you want.REALLY?Ok so I took it, he said be careful it’s hot...Shocking in this day and age someone in customer service can be so flippant... I hope he is the owner so that he is the only not making money because of his action...Steve Jacoby

I brought a phone here to have the screen fixed.. my phone has never had any issues aside from the screen crack, and immediately after I got my phone back I noticed my battery started jumping percentages and dying extremely fast. I am very disappointed to find that the man working here had replaced my perfectly good battery with a broken one and has now destroyed my phone!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONES HERE!!! Very poor service and very unprofessional

I have used them twice now in the span of just as many months to fix my iPhone 7s broken screen. Weighing my options: Upgrading vs Verizons Repair (give me a new version of the same phone), I found this was the most reasonable option, especially since I was completely happy with my current phone. Both times, the service was quick (30- min while i did my shopping) & associates were professional & courteous (even giving me a discount the second time around). I called to do some comparison shopping the first time around & I can safely say you wont get a better experience/deal!

Went in to get my iphone6 screen (just glass) replaced. During that time he thought the battery needed replaced also. So I said go ahead and replace it.That is when all of my issues started. The battery would go from 45% to 20% when I would try to use the GPS. and even if I had everything off (bluetooth,locations and so on) the battery would only last not even half of the day. That is with no phone calls, only a few text messages and no internet use.I told them about this issue and they agreed to replace the battery.After the replaced the battery things seemed a little better. The battery would still not last until 2 in the afternoon (prior it would last a day and a half) but it stopped dropping drastically in percentage.Now the phone gets stuck in a continuous restart cycle once it gets down to 45%. After a couple of days dealing with that I tried a system restore. That only made things worse. Now it restarts constantly no matter what the battery percentage is at.DO NOT TAKE YOUR IPHONE HERE TO GET FIXED!My phone is way worse off then what it was before taking it here. It is basically just a paper weight now.**side note, after they replaced the battery and glass I have darker spots on my phone screen along with a couple bright white dots. So they must have damaged my screen during the repair (bent the screen too far back when disassembly most likely)**---Note after the reply---**This was my second battery from you guys and they both had issues. I do not want to take it back to just have it replaced with another bad battery.For people reading this review, This is what happened to my phone because of the battery swelled up so much (see attached picture). Also, my phone will not turn on at all anymore, even when plugged in.

We stopped in to get an old iPhone fix and check out the prices, not only is it the cheapest in town but there store associate Christian was the most knowledgeable and pleasant tech I have encountered. He had the phone fixed within 30 minutes while we shopped. They also offer offer 20 dollars off if they don’t have your product in stock, foshoo recommend going to this location if you ever need your phone, laptop, etc fixed.

I am very disappointed in the service I received. I took my desktop in to have it repaired. I paid the $50 diagnostic fee with a $5 credit. After a couple of weeks, I inquired when I was in Wal-Mart. The employee said they had tried to call me. I asked them to leave a message if there was no answer. The computer needed a new memory card. I paid $20 so they would order it and continue the repair. I received a call yesterday, and went in to pick it up today. He said I still owed over $26. When I asked for an accounting of the charges, he rudely said that we had discussed it before. What we had discussed was $20 for the memory card. I said I had paid $45 plus $20 more. The $45 was to be applied to the repair. I asked him how much the memory card was and he said about $15. I asked what the labor charge was. He said it was generally $75 an hour. I am not an expert but I dont believe it took an hour. The gentleman I talked with originally was very nice, but subsequent visits were rude and unprofessional. Its not out of line to ask for an accounting. I will not be returning and will not recommend them.

These guys replaced my battery in my iPhone for a fantastic price that I was not expecting. They got my phone in and out in under 20 minutes while I was wandering around the store, the gentlemen that helped me was super knowledgeable and really helpful! Nick is amazing, he helped me save money by not having to purchase a brand new device. My iphone 6 wasnt charging properly at all, sometimes chargers wouldnt work at all. Nick put in a new charging port at a reasonable price and had me out in less than a half hour.

I would give these guys 10/5 stars if I could! They fixed my iPhone 8 and put on a beautiful flower tempered glass screen protector for me in 30 minutes. They even gave me great advice and suggestions on how to further protect my phone with some strong cases.

Very disappointed. I went to this store to unblock my phone. After two weeks that I paid for the code I went to the store because they never call me and never answer the phone either. They told me that they already had the code but they were waiting for some legal papers, They said the first day that if they couldnt unlock your phone within 10 days they refund your money and unlock your phone for free. That never happened.The headquarters just tell me that they already refunded my money that what else I want.This is a company or place that you cant trust.Just find a better place that will be honest with their customers. I wouldnt go back to this place. Horrible experience.

UPDATE!Slimy business practices.DO NOT TRUST 5 star reviews!They offer a discount for 5 star reviews before the customer even sees their device after being repaired!!!!In reality they are priced the same as (many) other options who actually use much higher quality components. I know several people who have been ripped off by these crooks and now Im posting because my iPad screen is broken weeks after paying $100 for repair. (it is in an otter box case and used rarely) I didnt even bother contacting them further because after talking with my neighbor I doubt I will actually get it taken care of. If you do risk your money with this company pay with a CC so you arent in the same situation as me and all the others who cannot dispute the transaction because we paid cash. Look elsewhere for electronic repair.

This place is awesome! My husband broke his screen and our insurance through our phone company sucks and keeps putting it off. We came here and fixed it at a awesome price and it only took 30-40 mins! Now my husband has a brand new screen and phone works amazing again :) will come back if it breaks again (hopefully not lol) thank you so much Cory!!!!!

I would give them zero stars if I could! Phone was wet for about 30 seconds and we hoped they could fix it. We finally got the phone back with a dead battery, but they claimed it would work when charged. It did not!One week, and $250 later, phone was not fixed and we had to purchase a new one. Every day they had a new excuse. Very dissatisfied and feel totally ripped off!

Perfect experience. Will was able to fix my problem in seconds. (Sim card got loose and was floating around inside phone) He opened the phone and had it back together in 60 seconds.

I know how stressful it is when dealing with the public, especially with impatient people. Great experience. My broken phone was in bad shape but Dr Phone fix hooked it up and now it is working very well.

The screen replaced was not really as good as they said, it had a lot of touch sensor failures and my iphone ended up disable, Mr Pedro was not really polite or professional when addressing my situation and refused to replace my screen for any affordable price, the so called lifetime warranty its just a way to hook you up, cause they know it wont really last any longer .... I Strongly recomend you to go and replace it in Aple stores(for only $25 more) or you will waste your time and money as I did when going there

I went there with my iphone 7 they said it it was going to be fixed in 30 minutes, 6 hours later they say my phone is unfixable and they charged me $60 still I spent $250 on a new phone called Apple and they said to use the power off button and the volume down button at the same time for 3 seconds and my phone fixed so I wasted all my money at this place and they refused to refund me also they made me call corporate for no reason very unprofessional place they do not know how to fix any type of phone I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to waste $60 they charge you $30 for a diagnostic which is just to open up your phone and make up problems terrible place for business I dont know how they got into Walmart never go here would not recommend terrible experience terrible customer service terrible place unprofessional and very rude also they will not give you a refund so its very risky going to try to get your phone fixed here. Being associated with Wal Mart, I expected this to be a seamless and positive experience to get a small tablet fixed. It was a complete nightmare and I had to do most of the diagnosis myself. The tablet was tied up for 3 weeks and was returned with an operating system that works poorly and an external wifi card as they could not find the wifi drivers in the tablet-- seriously.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I dropped the phone off Friday, was told that the replacement part would arrive Monday and the repair would be done in the same day. I called Monday and was told the part did not arrive so I called the Tuesday and couldnt get a straight answer from anyone whether or not the part was there or if the repair had been done. Was told Id get a call back and did not. So Wednesday I called and still couldnt get a straight answer so I cancelled the order which I already paid 250 plus dollars for had to come get the phone and ended up just taking it to Ubreakifix, which I would choose 10 out of 10 times over this place, save your time. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Ive asked so many different places how much it would cost to fix my screen. Only the glass was broken, mind you. Everywhere elss, it never went less than $150. Walked into Dr Phonefix, $20 plus tax. Yo!!!!! Dont go anywhere else. And... I got taken care of by the regional manager, Chris Mendez. Wonderful service!!!
