Love this place for getting thermal paste. Great deals on little things that that, and pre builts are pre builts, if you buy one you pay a lot more no matter where you get it from. Also great place to get ssd s and a few pointers on building a PC if youre new at it.

Had a laptop issue Friday AM and paid to have operating system reinstalled. They indicated it would be ready on Monday, but when I checked Monday AM they still hadnt gotten to it. When I finally got on touch with them at lunch time they said it might be ready by the end of the day. I dont have a problem taking until Tuesday, but I am leaving for a couple of days so now I wont get it back until Thursday. If they werent going to be able to get to it, tell me on Friday. I may have been able to take it elsewhere and have it back when i needed it. They didnt have any trouble getting paid right away!!! Footnote: After I called and spoke with someone about completing the repair, they did take extra care in expediting service and I was able to arrange to pick up the laptop early Monday morning before regular hours. I appreciated the extra effort.

Good people. I went there a couple times when my computer died. They set me up with a good laptop at a reasonable price. They stand behind what they sell. The second one had a problem and they got it back up and running with a newer operating system. Still running 4 years later. A new one I bought retail later on recently went down with a failed hard drive. Thats where Im headed for help.

First PC I purchased had an issue and they were quick to allow me to swap it for something different- great products overall and good pricing.

I simply took my Gateway laptop in to get scrubbed and somehow they managed to lose my charging cord. They could not find it and began plugging garbage cables in from random brands of laptops hoping to find one that works. I asked the woman to order me a new cable and her response was Im not suppose to. I probably wont get the right cable because the woman said she ordered one from eBay. Save yourself the headache and just take your computers to true professionals! Nine days have now past and still no replacement charger or phone call. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR COMPUTER REPAIR!

I took one look, the laptops worth less than 80 were all $200+ and if it had windows 7 it was $300+. Least a pawn shop will give you a halfway decent price for garbage. Got one for $130 and it would have cost me 280 at this place.
