Great company down-to-earth people small family-owned quality work

Very unreliable and not trustworthy! They were contracted for my home propane generator. Paid them for each visit. They apparently didnt do much. There was no way for us to know all those years because we didnt have hurricane!Now with hurricane Irma, 9 days out. No power! No generator! They dont pick up their phone!!Our generator power was at 5% propane when Irma hit. This should never have happened when we specifically had them check our generator 3 weeks prior to Irma!

Unsatisfactory at best. 3 failed attempts at repairing a pool heater and NO RETURN PHONE CALLS! I wouldnt recommend them.

I agree, they never return calls or emails, I dont know what their doing over there but it must keep them busy. Dont waste your time.

Doesn’t return phone calls or emails. Claimed to have swapped controller under warranty, but found it was the same one. Damaged fuses in transfer switch and left generator in inoperable state. Was prepaid for warranty service and didn’t provide. Reported to Generac.

They send out FAKE letters claiming you NEED to sign a new agreement when we were NEVER their customer to begin with! Beware!
