Jocy was very helpful and very efficient. My taxes this year seemed so complicated and daunting that I filed for an extension until October to submit them. Jocy took care of them no problem, had them submitted on time and got me a great tax return. This was the first time Ive had my taxes prepared by someone else, but Im very glad I did. Nice and kindly tretements

Been doing my taxes with them since 2005 and Im super content with their service. I have had a lot of life ventures, purchase properties, opened my business though them they do my bookkeeping and process my payroll. This is a family owned business they are always willing to help, I highly recommend this business.

Was scheduled for a specific hour, they made me wait for 45 min because their accountant decided to have a phone conference. Finally sat down with a woman named Jocy . It felt like i was talking to a bureaucrat from DMV very dry unpleasant attitude. Then she tells me that the day I was told by receptionist on the phone that the taxes will be finalized and electronically submitted to irs their office will be closed so its impossible i was told that they will be opened suggesting my fault, LAUGHABLE very unprofessional. i ran out of there wasting my valuable time. They are all spanish there looks like.

I do not like to leave bad reviews but when it comes to important papers I think there must be a bit of professionalism, but this is the second time they leave me waiting the first time when I went to do my taxes I was more than half an hour waiting for Jocy Because I was a little late, I understood perfectly, and yesterday I had an appointment with Jocy to do some documents for my company and they never called me, I called the office and the receptionist told me that Jocy was not there. She said to call in a few minutes but the truth is she did not call again since I was supposed to have an appointment with her at least she should have returned my call with an apology, the truth is I will not do anything with them again.
