We were initially very impressed by this company, everything seemed to good to be true after meeting with several other accountants. After signing the contract for them to set up my quickbooks so that I could do the accounting going forwards, I dropped off my computer and was called within hours only to be told that they dont know how to set it up on an apple (which I had asked them before signing). I ended up having to set up the program myself. I was told that if I wanted them to teach me how to use the program I would have to wait until July (this was told to me in March!) I ended up sending my quickbooks file to them in March and paying for them to do the accounting for me. I paid for the services and it took almost a month for them to send the file back to me at which point I was charged a second time! Needless to say I am very unhappy with the service I have received.

We are a manufacturer that deals with unusual types of customers, we have been extremely happy with the services provided by Cape Coral Accounting. We often get certain banking request or reports that we need in a timely manner. Most always there is someone who takes care of us immediately while on the phone & if they are unsure they are very prompt in getting the answers & following up.
