The last haircut (about 2 months ago) I attempted to walk-in for (which was always available prior) I was told that the next appointment wouldnt be until 5 hours later in the day. After that experience I called soon after the store opened today. I asked what appointments would be available for the afternoon. I was assured that there were 3 barbers and I could walking and get a haircut. I came in almost qn hour later and saw a gentlemen cutting a customers hair and another barber with nobody in in his seat. This elderly gentleman told me the other barber (with someone in his chair would take care of me. The other barber with a customer said Tom why cant you cut his hair The barber with a customer told me that he had appointments scheduled into the afternoon.Apparently Tom didnt feel like cutting my hair. The whole experience was infuriating after making sure I called and was assured I would be able to walk in. After years at this place the unprofessionalism really put me off. I was able to get a great haircut as a walk-in at great clips right up the road though.

Such a great/friendly environment . Luke is absolutely amazing, very professional, and has patients and is great with my toddler.

My boyfriend came in for a haircut, when he came over i was in tears, i even almost broke up with him since he is so ugly now. i wouldn’t recommend using their services unless you want your girlfriend to break up with you. The haircut was so uneven i had to go get it buzzed off at a different salon.. thank you master barber for this terrible bump in our relationship!

Called them up on Easter weekend and got in no problem. Super friendly and truly care about the art of the haircut. Closest haircut and shave Ive ever had. They want to impress with great service and not push you out the door. Highly recommend them for anyone. Hopefully, will run into them next Spring Break at this time. Luke has been my barber since I moved to SW Florida almost 3 years ago. Never an issue with the cut and fairly priced.

Luke and Charlie do a great job, their late hours are realistic for someone that has a full time job, and theyre reasonably priced.

A great barbershop. They can do all the modern cuts as well as all the old styles. Every one of the operators does a great job you cant go wrong. I try to wait until I come across from the East Coast I get my haircut here. the shop is the best and well worth a try

Great barbershop. Ive been going there for years. Luke has been cutting my hair for a while. Watching Tom do his shaves is amazing it makes you want a shave even tho you dont lol. Everyone is always in a good mood and a great atmosphere.

This place is not the greatest on the weekends. I saw all these great reviews and I was excited about getting a new hair cut. But when I asked for a fade the guy seemed to not understand. So I didnt want to try something new, just something that I knew I would like. Ishowed him a 360 picture of what I wanted. It was a picture of myself, so it could be done and yet it took him 3 tries to get it kinda where I wanted it. It ended up being ok but not what I wanted. I could tell he was getting frustrated so the last time I said it was good. I know that tips are the thing that keep barbers going so I still tipped him well because I didnt want him to lose out on tips from the two other guys he could have gotten while dealing with me. Everyone there was talking about the guy with the fancy chair that he brought from Philadelphia, from the way they were talking he should be the guy that you go to for up to date looks. If you like rocking the high and tight or a military cut go on the weekends if you want something more go in during the week and check each barbers schedule by their chair.

My son goes here, usually he gets a good cut but this last time it wasnt what he wanted. He told the guy, the guy said it cant be fixed. We ended up having my husband fixing it.

A good place to get a haircut, but they did not take any cards. Cash only. Even food trucks take cards these days.

Great place for a haircut Tom does my hair i have been going there for 2 yrs and never had a bad cut from Tom. Sometimes i have a wait but it is well worth it. Keep up the great job.

Price of senior haircuts went from $9 to $13.50. I have had my haircut by Tom and Luke last 10 years but never again, place is a ripoff, 45% increase with no warning until after your haircut is done.

Its a barber shop. Lol. I get my military style high and tight from Luke. They have 7 or 8 chairs and usually at least three or four barbers there when I get my haircut. Sometimes more. They are open 7 days a week. Ive been going there for hair cuts for several years.

Great shop, experienced cutters. They really pay attention to detail and use the razor. You leave fealing really well groomed and they are so inexpensive.

Worst hair cut Ive ever gotten. Went there at 4:45 had to go back top get it touched up because the fade was not good guy tells me I cant see what you are talking about worst experience ever. I would never go back. If I could give a zero star I would.
