I see the owner, Ana..she is serious about her business and is no nonsense when things are not being done correctly. She is a great hair stylist. She listens and has not failed me yet. She’s busy lady. she’s a family person, her kids come first, and yes there’s been times I would have to wait a little longer because she was picking up her baby’s up from school, no biggy. She will communicate she keeps her client’s posted...the salon itself is a great improvement from the other shop.

This is the only barber shop I will get my haircut at. It brings back the vibe of going to a barber shop to hangout with the guys. Ive been coming here over a year. All of the barbers here are professional in their field and will prove it behind their clippers, scissors and razors. Not only are their skills great but their professionalism is top notch too. I have had countless haircuts and not once have I been disappointed. If I have ever been unsure of a haircut, Ive asked and have been told what would be the best option to go with since I have a balding crown and thinning front. Axel is my preferred barber but I would sit in any of the open booths with these gentlemen. Walk-ins are welcome, but I would suggest calling to make an appointment since it does get quite crowded but worth the wait. Keep up the work guys. Youve got a customer for as long as I live in SWFL.

Best Barbershop hands down in Cape Coral. This is the only place since getting out of the military that I have found to cut mens hair with consistency and precision. Every other barbershop in the Cape I have been to always did such a horrible job that it resulted in me shaving my whole head to hide there mistakes. This Barbershop is on point with everything from small cuts to fades,lining, beard/ eyebrow trimming. The environment of the shop is also setup great for when there is a wait. They have multiple televisions and music playing throughout the store as well as games and vending machines. I promise you if you leave here after a cut you will never be disappointed. They always make sure there cuts are aligned perfectly, which is a big plus for someone who is used to be in the military. The only downside to this place is the lack of registers. Sometimes they have the Square(iPhone register app) but its not always readily available. So be sure to arrive with cash on hand.

Would have given 5 stars but when i walked in two guys were playing pool and one of them told me to hold in while he continued to play pool. I was getting ready to walk out when another barber who was watching them play called out to me. They definitely need to get their priorities in order. Either they want peoples business or not.

Great place. Have been to several barber shops and nobody has been able to cut my toddlers hair because they have always been terrified. Came here and RIKO was able to cut there hair and ease their fear of barber shops. Great cuts. Will be back always and would definitely reccomend to anyone

Loved it. A little loud with the pool table but at the end of the day only gave my nephew a batter cut then the shop done the street ace of fades. This is where me and my sister in law will be bringing my nephew from now on!

Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the barber to finish with another client. When he was done he saw me went to get food and began eating while i continued to sit there waiting for a hair cut. I understand people have to eat but damn I was the only client waiting for a cut. He could of given me a quick cut 10-15minutes and done! He could have ate his food after its not like the place was packed or busy at all. I understand why now. I didnt say anything I simply left and went elsewhere. Im not going to sit there asking people to take my money. No way! CUSTOMER SERVICE should be priority. Thats how you lose poytential clientele. I went to Geovanys got a great cut and a shave for $15 gave the barber $25 for great service. Never going back to this joke.

I sat there for 3 hours and the barbers kept putting someone in front of me. They thought i didnt speak spanish so i got the he aint one of us treatment. So long story short if you dont look latino dont go here.

This is the barbershop that I was looking for since I came from Puerto Rico barbers can really cut hair those not just school barbers they above that.

They dont talk to customer. I was waiting too much they did not tell me they werent taking any walk-ins anymore.
