I had the pleasure of meeting Dani today at Fantastic Sam’s as my new hairdresser! I got the splash of color plus & had over 12 inches of hair cut off. I am BEYOND happy with how things turned out. Dani is knowledgeable, talented, and SUPER personable! She nailed what I wanted done and listened to what I wanted. I learned so much about my hair & what I can do to get it healthier. I found my new hairdresser and I feel beautiful! Thank you!

I went to get a touch up on my roots and asked for a shade lighter on the bottom. The first three picture is what my hair looked like previously and the others is what it looks like now. My hair dresser was nice but admitted she hasnt had much color experience? My hair is breaking now and is mushy on the ends now. I paid over $200.00 for a washed out color. No highlights and it looks like 6 inches of hair regrowth. Not impressed at all

I went into the shop today. I was referred by a family member. My stylist was Mimi. She was amazing. She did exactly what I wanted but somehow she made it 100 times better. She was funny and easy to talk to. She made me feel like we knew each other for ever. The store was clean and they were are very nice. I will not go anywhere else. I think everyone who wants their hair done right need to stop in. I was very happy and will tell everyone to go there.

Hair stylists did not wear masks. No signs posted that stylists would wear one and they did not have the courtesy to put one on when they saw my son and I wearing masks. It was the Santa Barbara one. I took my son for a cut. Also, no free hand sanitizer although there were large bottles for sale. Have been a customer for years, but will not go again.

Mimi will be my go-to stylist from now on! She was patient and answered all my questions as this was my first time dyeing my hair. I showed her what I wanted and she knew how to get that look. I am very pleased with her work and her great personality!

Tina did a great job cutting my hair. It was my first time having her do and I will definitely ask her to cut it again 🤗💗

Mimi is amazing. She’s super personable and kind, and listens to what you want done with your hair. It’s been a long time since I found someone who actually knows what they’re doing (I’ve had a LOT of bad hair stylists since moving to Florida so it’s difficult to trust people with my hair) and who listens. Definitely recommend going to her.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We walked right in without an appointment and got All-Star treatment. They really pampered my girls and I was very impressed with their customer service. Great experience. We will definitely be back!

Made a last minute appointment this morning. Maddy was amazing! Leah chatted and entertained us! From the guy who answered the phone to checking out after close I felt comfortable and had a blast while getting a make over. Eyebrows, full highlights, amazing conditioning treatment you will not regret getting. Protein & butter is what I remember. Lol Even a hot towel on my neck while I waited to be rinsed! I so recommend this place and both of these girls. Price was unbelievable, even bought a few products to take home to keep up with the miracle Maddy did on my hair! Thanks so much guys! Brittany did an excellent job, I asked for a trim of my layers and she followed directions! I am trying to grow out my hair and its nice to know I didnt get my hair chopped off like I have in the past at other places. The place is modern looking and clean. Very pleasant atmosphere. I had a bad haircut experience that I thought was unfixable. I was so lucky to have Dani take care of it. She was really patient with me and did so good in trying to figure out what I wanted. I had a layered long haired cut that was thinning due to damage and split ends. My hair looks even and thicker now. I never liked short hair but she made it look great. I will be coming again soon.

Maddie does BY FAR the BEST men’s haircut I have ever received! I don’t naturally have amazing hair either (kind of starting to bald) yet she still works magic and I always leave looking awesome and feeling confident because of it. She is charismatic, really easy to talk to and get along with as well so the whole experience with her is nice. You’ll have a good time talking with her, and leave looking amazing. Great experience at this salon. After waiting over 45 minutes at a separate Fantastic Sams location I called this one and they told me there was no wait, come on in. What a world of difference. I learned that they are independently owned and this was obvious as this salon appeared more up to date and the staff was much friendlier. They explained all the rewards and discounts with being a new customer. We got 2 haircuts for what 1 would cost at an upscale salon - including tip. Will definitely be back.

My stylist is Maddie. She is a delight. She has a great presence and style. She accessed me first and discussed the options with me and the cost. My case was difficult because my hair is thick, coarse and my previous stylist ( from a completely unassociated salon ). Was using bleach to highlight my hair. Over a short period of time my hair was unmanageable. I called the salon and the owner happen to answer. I explained my hair dilemma and he assured me, very knowledgeably by the way, that he had the perfect stylist! His was right! An excellent experience!

My sisters and I came in after not having hair cuts in a while due to bad experiences from other salons. Our stylist was Dani and she was absolutely amazing. She did awesome on all of our hair and was also super personable and funny. I just got some layers and she did awesome! My hair used to be really dry and my sisters was really thin, and she recommended some shampoo and conditioner that COMPLETELY changed our hair in the best way. Everything was reasonably priced and very clean at well.

My 13 year old son is into the “perm phase” as most boys his age are. His first perm was at a different salon. We went to Fantastic Sam’s for his next one and found out I was overcharged at the other salon! Dani confirmed he only needs a half head perm so the cost was cut in half!! We’ve been back for several more since then and always request Dani!! She’s quick, personable and highly recommended!!

Stay away from Mirna, unless you like having to go back and be told your hair will have to be worn up for a few months. She is TERRIBLE. Literally stopped cutting my hair because it was tangled. I went home and dried it and to mine and my husbands horror: this is what I was left with. She took off more in length then I wanted and these layers made it be even shorter and chopped.I contacted the owners and went back two days later and they had Lindsey fix what she could. The customer service from the owners and Lindsey was great, and Lindsey did what she could with the mess that Mirna created but overall this was not pleasant. It has been 26 days since this hair cut and I have worn my hair down ONCE, the rest of the time it is twisted back with no lie 10-12 pins at a time because of the chopped layers that arent even.A+ for conditioning TreatmentsA+ for communication and customer service of the owenrs.F for Mirna, this entire post is to just warn anyone to stay away from her.
