It was my first time here today and i came in as a walk in, Heather cut my hair and did a wonderful job she cut my hair exactly how i wanted it and even better !! I am so satisfied with the service she provided me with. The barber shop was very welcoming and had a good vibe. I would definitely recommend this place !

Awesome experience here. On vacay from OH and I needed a haircut/fade so badly. I was a little nervous to try some place brand new to me, but that was quickly put to rest once I sat down in the chair. Only have them five stars because 10 wasn’t an option. Tori cut my 6 year olds hair and spent a good amount of time making sure it was right. Very patient and kind to my son. She wasn’t worried about turning over the chair just getting it right. First time we were there, but now this is our barbershop and Tori will cut our hair.

Kenny did a fantastic Job! I am a fellow with lots of hair on top and wanted a clean up done on my sides and shaping for my beard a moustache. Not only were they kind and had a good attitude, but the atmosphere was exceptional and welcoming. They know there stuff, have good advice and now my hair and beard look fresh. Good prices too, not expensive at all, and wonderful cut.Barbershops all the way, sports clips and other chains have nothing on them. Stop by, and ask for my man Kenny to make sure you look fresh!

Ive been coming in for about a year now and I can honestly say that this is one of the few barber shops that Ive gone to and not been disappointed. Shaun and Greg always do an amazing job and even give suggestions. They definitely know their stuff and take their time. They get busy at times, but if you make an appointment ahead of time, its definitely worth the wait!

They fuxked my haircut up really good. Went in told the barber(one next to the owner? as soon as you walk in) that I wanted a low fade with an inch off top. Homeboy gave me the highest fade and cut pretty much all my hair off the top.Called in and the owner fixed it. Down to earth dude. He apologized and gave me back my money after he fixed it. Go with Matt!!!

Dont get me wrong they give good haircuts. But there is one guy there that will charge you more for a cut than the other barbers. I also tipped my other barbers petty good, now it was my sons turn for a cut and his barber wanted to be tipped the same amount. Overall nice in the beginning nasty when the cut is done.

Great experience as always, been going there for years. The atmosphere is amazing and the barbers are always professional. They greet you and team you up with a barber if you dont have an appointment set. Ask for Fidel if you get a chance, his staff are always sharp with their haircuts.

My son dove me 45 minutes from Fort Myers to get here, it was a pleasant experience just like New York barbers, no nonsense.

I had an awful experience here. Let me start off by saying the music is explicit and frankly I don’t want to be listening to that. Second The haircut. My my my. It was a total failure. I really wanted a nice overall cut but I ended up with a chopped top. It was a miscommunication but still very unsatisfied. My experience at studio 1 was much better. Would not recommend here. Seems like the mostly give skin fades so if that is your cup of tea than go for it. My barber was very nice as a side note.

Always taken my son there on del Prado since they open and brought many others there that still go there. When theres kids theres no bad language theres respect. And the ones that been there the longest are TOTALLY great guys. Some of the new guys could more professional and respectful when theres customers in there that are not use to street talk or some of the music. The haircuts are Amazing. 🤗👏✂✂✂

You FAILWay too much talking and no focus on the task at hand. Several of the Barbers are constantly cursing and trying to “rip” on each other and not focused. Making fun of peoples height. Weight. Etc. Probably a couple of good ones there but I will never find out because I will not be back.I’ve been to three different guys. Tried to give you a chance. But you failed each time. Uneven with clippers. Poor blending. Weak Fades. Uneven lines on beard trim. You literally did the exact OPPOSITE of what I told you to do.Music has explicit lyrics so kids are not welcome.My advice: you are WORKING, not PARTYING. Listen, smile, FOCUS, talk to your customer if you have to talk. Make them feel like they are important and not a quick buck. Oh. And LISTEN AND FOCUS. This should not even have to be said.Try Harder.

They are all good... take their time. I love that they roast each other. I get a free comedy show and im not falling asleep while I sit there.

Very unprofessional. Called at 6pm, was not able to get a hold of anyone. Arrived at 6:20pm and doors were locked and was ignored. 1hour before closing. If you close at 6 maybe put at 6pm instead of posting 7pm and locking the shop and not accepting calls at 6. Never returning again.

My son went in for hair cut and came out same way he went in, The barber spend no more than 10 mins on him didnt care hear what he wanted. I paid this guy 20. I spoke to manger who asked us to come back at a different time so he can fix it which is fine he did a great job but when we came back my son over heard the first barber say as he was leaving, today was easy money which makes me think did they have this random barber there just to take walk in??? his chair was next to the manger how did he not see the messed up job he was doing. This is the sec. time that this has happen at the same shop on the same chair different barber. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EVER GO THERE THEY JUST LOST TOW CUSTOMERS. I got robbed. with that said the manger is great. SOOO SAD

Shaun Da Barber is off the chain! Went there for the first time today and I was not disappointed. Ive had 4 barbers in my lifetime and left my last shop cause I wasnt happy with how they were treating me (after being a client for over 10 years) and how they were treating some of the people I sent their way. Mario in the Cape did a good job on my bi-racial sons hair. We have a hard time finding places to get his hair cut without driving to the next town over. The shop was way cooler than me. And Im pretty sure the owner guy was asking who was going to cut my sons hair when he yelled out Who is mopping the floor tonight, but Mario volunteered and Im thankful.

My guy doesnt know how to measure I told this man to cut a tiny bit off the top and then he asks me after he finishes cutting my sides if I wanna cut the top and I said half an inch he said okay, later on in the end of the haircut I look like a ready for the army headass when before I could bring my hair to my mouth before definitely half an inch right????? Next time I go im just finna go to bring a ruler and then dip so terrible

These guys have built a business around a solid model. I’m thoroughly impressed with the barbers inside this location. I’ve been in to several of their locations and always been impressed but today I felt obligated to leave a review.I brought my son in for the first time and left him with one guy to get his cut. Told him once what I wanted and my son came out looking like fresh prince. Hair blended, lined up solid, and smiling from ear to ear.The gentlemen that took me made jokes out of the gate and asked if I’d ever watched a program on espn called shaqtin a fool. I hadn’t so he handed me his phone and said check this out. Made me laugh the entire time I was in the chair.I’ve been in business development all my life and you can’t ask for better team members than these two guys. They work to make the experience great for their customers and that’s what drives successful business. I wish I knew their names, maybe I should have asked.We’ll be back for sure and if you’re looking for a great place, solid hair cut, and a staff that cares about its customers, check out Twin Cutz, I personally recommend it.

Went for a haircut for the first time. Ive show a picture of a low fade to the barber, I guess the barber thought it was funny to bust a joke cause I showed him a picture. Because it was my first time there not knowing how skilled he was I also explained it to him as well; Low fade with a little trim on top. Well he obviously didnt listen. He did a high fade and chopup alot off the top. Never going back here again. Im sure there are good barber there but I guess bad luck pick me on the day I got a haircut here. Disrespectful and doesnt know how to listen. Cape coral location.
