I have had a bad customer service in Florida before and I am aware of super bad work ethics in Florida but this company topped everyone!!!! When I called some lady picked up the phone ( no introduction, no name), the whole attitude was I AM BOTHERED BY YOUR CALL, during the call constantly would put me on hold without even letting me know that she is about to do so, after about 20 minutes of torture once more was placed on hold without any reason for it. All of a sudden different lady picked up my call and also with out any explanation or introduction continued talking to me as nothing happened. Couldnt wait to get off the call. Even if the company could give me a better rate I will not go for it. IT IS CRAZY, I am offering thousands of dollars worth of service to the company and all I got is 30 minutes of pure torture and agony.

I have been a client of Fed USA Insurance for several years now and I still think they do an excellent job for me. They are on top of everything and always are able to answer questions I have. I have them for my vehicle insurance and I am very satisfied with my annual policy cost. I really love how available they always are and how prompt they are getting back to me. I cannot complain, they do a nice job for me.

Fed USA Insurance has been great to me over the last five years of working with them. They are just really great people to work with, they are always helpful and I can always get a hold of them. Greedy unprofessional foulness . Commission shouldnt be allowed for insurance sales .. they gave me a quote for ocean harbor for 187 a month 256 down . Down the block got me ocean harbor for 158 down and 128 a month same exact coverage.. disgusting greed took place here

Its been about 3 or 4 years that I have been using FEDUSA and it has been great. Very uneventful and I really like the fact that they always call me a couple days in advance or if Im a day late, they help me out.

For business needs this agent is unresponsive for certificates of insurance and providing quotes on increased insurance limits. Their lack of caring for their customers is costing me business.
