Keith installed a metal roof on my parents home about 2 years ago. They scratched the roof up during the installation, and tried to spray paint the scratches. The worst part is they didnt install a screen on the ridge vent, and now lots of leaves and debris cover our new insulation. He will now not return my phone calls or emails. Very disappointing.

This has been a terrible experience. The repairs Pritchett roofing completed are completely horrible and done wrong. They did not correct all the issues quoted and the work that they did complete made the issue worse. I have tried to remain calm and reach out on four separate occasions, three by phone and once through the website. Each time I was told that someone would be in touch with me shortly to discuss the repairs, or lack there of. Well it has been over a week and no one has contacted me. At this point I am going to the Better Business Bureau to file a report and then hire a quality roofing company to hopefully repair the damage. Do not use this company.

Great company that has a family feel to it. They have replaced 3 roofs for my immediate family. We have been pleased with timeliness of the work as well as the quality of work.

Nice gentleman came out to provide an estimate for re-flashing the chimney due to a leak I have been experiencing. Said I would have a written quote sent to my email within a few days. After 2 weeks went by, I contacted him and left a voicemail asking when I would receive the estimate. Never received any response. I called again a few weeks later and talked to another gentleman who apologized for not receiving a response or the quote and promised he would look into it and get back to me and its now been 2 days since I called him with still no quote received or any callback/email. I guess they dont need or care about potential new customers?

Always prompt, always done right! We love this team. They have integrity and do a job well done. We sub them out constantly and will continue to do so. They are our go to roofers.

I have had roof problems for the past 4 years. I called Pritchett Roofing in desperate need of someone to come and fix this as I just put my house up on the market to sell. With the rain in the forecast in constant showing they went be up and Beyond the Call of Duty and squeezed me in and completely fixed my leak. I am so grateful for these compassionate folks and for their expert workmanship. They were absolutely wonderful with an estimate and a final bill that I could actually afford and wonderful service as well. Would recommend them to everyone. Cindy Epic

They never followed up with a roof replacement estimate.Did not go on the roof to look at it either.All the other roofing companies did.Would not hire this company
