Manager John Thompson was gracious to install minor accessories and even help with products bought elsewhere.

Great products and service. The guy behind the counter came out, checked the electrical system and let me know that my battery needed replacing. He then got the right battery and installed it for me. I was there and gone within 10 minutes!

Visited 2 local stores in last few days,south canton and canton both were very pleasent purchases,and we have a new store mgr at canton.

Always friendly and helpful our local Auto Zone knows when to approach a customer and assist them. My car died, come to find out the battery needed to be replaced. We drove over to out Auto zone, purchased a new battery and was assisted with uninstalling and reinstalling the new battery. When we mentioned we need a mechanic we got an excellent. No need to worry about your car when you visit these folks.

I am a lifelong gearhead and have been in hundreds of car parts stores so I have a pretty good read on the good ones and the not so good ones. This store falls into the not so good category. After several visits and purchases I can sum it up in one word. Attitude. And its bad here. I dont know why but I have never been asked once if I need help when it was obvious that I did. The store seems to be understaffed as well. Last time I was there was on a Saturday morning and there was only one person working there. Not a good sign. The checkout line was so long that I just left and went to Advanced Auto.

I try not to post negative reviews because 90% of the time its people whining over nothing or trying to get free stuff or whatever. However a recent trip to this location left a sour taste with me. My father went to get a battery for a 15 silverado. They refused to change the battery because it would take 45 minutes to install. We jumped it off and took it across the street to OReilleys. It only took 25 minutes to install. Will never buy a battery here again.

I was so impressed with the young man that helped me today.

They had all the parts I needed for my job. I also rented a pulley puller and everything was a pretty smooth job.

Phenomenal as always! Amy went the Extra mile by installing my brake light and checking my the rest of my lights to make sure there were no other issues. I love Autozone in Canton, Ga. Amy and Tracy always go out of their way to assist me with my car. Great service, great prices!

Wayne was amazing yesterday when my wifes battery died. He stood out in the rain making sure the battery was replaced, secured, and even went back to pick up a shim when the negative terminal didnt fit as well as he wanted it to. He also kept me entertained with stories and conversation during the entire replacement. What a great store.

Helpful and had what I needed.

Counter people are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The reason I shop there. Prices arent bad either.

You can find lots of parts for your car. Some of the guys are very knowledgeable with vehicles, and will help you figure it out the right part you need. Prices are good, large parking lot. Great place to get your car parts and upgrades

Ive been to this store roughly 6-7 times in the past 5 years.It seems the typical scenario is one person helping someone at a register, two to three other employees standing in an aisle talking, joking and laughing while there are multiple customers waiting in line to be helped.There is zero emphasis on customer service.Today, I put my parts back on the shelf and left. I will not be back.Its safe to assume this location loses gobs of money every year due to piss poor management.

They have been nothing but kind and welcoming throughout my car issues that started this morning, ran my codes, jumped my car after waiting for 4 hours for a tow, let me use their charger since my phone was dying and didnt want to use up the charge in my car again. 10/10 would reccomend and very thankful for the crew who worked today

Bought a battery said it will fit my car after giving all the info bt the Ports were reversed so now I got to replace my wiring for this battery to fit properly

Ive purchase all my auto parts here at AutoZone for years. The staff are all very knowledgeable & friendly. I have had times when a employee came out and looked at my car to see what was wrong, even put my new windshield wipers on.

I visited the Canton Auto Zone due to another branch did not have what I needed for my job. I had to drive an additional 20 to 30 mins in Ga traffic but well worth the ride. A+++ all the way around, Thanks guys!!

Will never buy anything else from AutoZone EVER again. My daughter was in Canton and it was raining heavily, and she called me and said she couldnt see to drive because her windshield wipers were so bad. I told her to go to auto zne and have the guy tell me what part # she needed. I bought the wipers online to pick up in-store (she was standing right there) and THEN he told her that he couldnt let her have them. Store policy. Then I asked if I could go in person to the autozone in my city and pay there and have them call him to then let her pick them up. Said no to that also. My daughter is sitting by herself in a parking lot waiting for the rain to stop. Literally the last time I went into autozone, I bought two wipers for my car and it was pouring down rain and I asked the guy there to help me put them on. he barely tried and then said no he couldnt do it and walked back in the store, I left crying and went down the road to advance auto parts where a girl who worked there had my wipers on in less than 2 mins. Dont know who robbed autozone so bad that they feel like this is all of the customer service that they should provide.

For the record, I come here a lot. But when I went today I tried to get some help from a young man with gauges and lip rings, and he acted arrogant and wasnt all to friendly.Was the first bad experience I have had, but I certainly didnt appreciate it.
