Didnt tighten my drain plug, the filter was loose and actually fell off a week and a half later. They offered to refund the filter or give me a coupon. Lucky they didnt have to buy an engine! I had to put a new filter on it because the one they put on fell in the dirt and was unusable. Refund a filter? Hahahaha NO! A coupon? Like Id ever go back!

Got an oil change that took unusually long, about 35 minutes. A day later I notice something under my vehicle sagging down. Not only was the cover ripped but bolts that were not OEM bolts, and the wrong size, were loose or completely fell out. Avoid this place for any work being done, unprofessional and sloppy.

Nprmally very understanding people and seem to be knowledgeable of what to do, will have to call ahead if u want to have breaks replaced.

Took 15 minutes. Forget both the two guys names who helped me out, but they were very professional and courteous.

These guys are great! As a woman whose had prior experience of going to a mechanic and being pressured or taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge, it means a lot to meet a crew thats friendly, helpful and professional! I wont go anywhere else!

Will never recommend this place. Went for an oil change and tire rotation and it was informed to me that tire rotation machine is not working, so i decided to perform only oil change. Asked if i need regular or synthetic and i was told that the oil change for regular will last for 3000 miles and synthetic is 5000-6000 miles. So i decided to go with synthetic and they changed the oil and checked the tire pressure and i paid $68 in total. The sticker they put on my vehicle says the oil change is only for 3000 miles (so i am assuming they did the oil change for regular). Thats not the worst part, the person said he checked my tire pressure and set it up to 36 psi. When i turned on the vehicle, my pressure sensor flashed saying tire pressure is low. I told the person who did the oil change and he told me that he just filled the tire and it will take time to get to normal. I trusted him and started driving without getting out of the vehicle. The pressure level never changed and when i got down of the vehicle, it is clearly visible that the tire pressure was too low. When i checked, it was 14 psi on all tires. They basically lowered my pressure and made me to drive for 15 minutes before i became suspicious and got down to check the tires by myself. A simple look at the tire would have said the pressure is low and the guy at the location said everything was good. I even wonder if they know anything about the vehicle when they cant look at the tire pressure.I certainly wont recommend anyone going there.

The guy servicing my car was nice and friendly, however, I went in there for just an oil change and he tried to sell me a battery saying my battery was running at like 0%. And showed me some meter that said 0% What?? I didnt buy the battery. The service was done so quickly I had to ask if they had topped everything off and checked the tires, and he said yes, But I didnt see it done. The next day I took my car to the dealer to check the battery and they said it is 100% fine and I dont need a new one and not only that, he said NOTHING had been topped off or opened and I was lied to about it. Is my car even safe to drive now???I want a refund!

Extremely slow for a quick oil change place. Took about 30 mins. Employees seemed unsure of what they were doing. Very young and inexperienced. Had trouble finding my oil filter. Didnt know how many qts my car took; I had to tell them. One guy didnt even know how to prop my hood up; had to ask his coworker. Overall nothing inspired confidence. But...it eventually got done and was competitively priced for that type of place.

Not my best stop today. Over 30 minutes for an oil change by a kid who didnt seem to know what he was doing. Will go elsewhere moving forward.

*FUEL INJECTOR CLEANING SERVICE*The technician suggested different services that I really do need. I had them clean my fuel injectors. I never heard of this service before and my car has been running kind of sluggish so I decided to give it a shot. It took about 15 minutes to complete . My car is from 2004 so its pretty old. After getting my fuel injectors cleaned I noticed an increase in acceleration and my gas mileage is much better also. I recommend the fuel injector cleaning service for sure worth it. The technician was very easy to talk to and helpful

The guys here are pretty solid. They never try to push unnecessary products on me, but they do let me know when something needs to be replaced. I also love that theyre available on Groupon. My wallet takes less of a hit when I need other things replaced (windshield wipers) or cleaned there (transmission flush). Its also conveniently located on Michigan Ave near the highway.

I got there at 6:30 pm on a Thursday they didnt want to give me oil a change the guy saidim not taking anymore cars im like wow but hours of operation say that you guys dont close untill 7:00pm. Ill never go there again

Pulled in at 1850 guy comes not taking anymore, we close at 1900. Nobody was even in the bay getting service done. I know I was close to closing time but come on guys.

This location is a great victory Lane location, great people who are helpful and offer good deals, recommend to anyone in the area.

Victory Lane in Canton, terrible customer service. Didn’t lead me in to the shop, just opened the door and walked away. Didn’t say “Hi how’re you? Just an oil change today?” Helped the customer that came in before me first. Left me sitting there without saying a word, I almost left and went somewhere else while waiting. But they were nice to all the other customers, said hi asked how they were, very helpful and asked questions regarding what type of oil they wanted, etc. First thing said to me after 10 minutes, “06 Fusion?” Never going back here

Good staff, way too expensive. Average going price as of the writing of this post for 5qts synthetic oil change is $40-$70. This place wanted to charge us $74!! Please. Do you guys not realize this is metro Detroit and that there are litterally thousands of oil change places out there that do a good job?!

Been here so many times with 3 different vehicles and I appreciate their service and operation hours. The last time I was there was 3/13/2016 and the staff worked together to resolve bay ones (my bay) and twos issues. Will continue to go to them until they physically destroy a vehicle I bring in.

I was charged twice and have been unable to get this resolved. I have left two message. May 31. $65.80 x 2 in my checking account. Not cool. This post should be under Josette Lantis.

They put coolant in for washer fluid, & put washer fluid in with coolant. Put a ck mark beside things that said they were inspected & they were not.

Pretty bummed out. Ive been here a few times to get my oil changed. No problems. About 3 weeks ago Ive got a full synthetic Mobil one oil change done. I noticed pulling back in my driveway there was a puddle of oil. I got underneith it and noticed my oil filter was on super loose. So thats about 80 dollars down the drain literally and almost a blown moter if it were to have fallen off.

Do not get any work done here. They did not tighten the oil drain plug on my Outlander. When I took it back to them they tightened the drain plug and then topped off the oil with different oil than was in there from the original oil change. When I confronted the guy with this he said not to worry because it doesnt matter. I left my number for the manager to call me and of course he never did.

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change at this location. After a wait of half an hour inside the garage, the employee told me that he would not accept my (valid, unexpired) Groupon. Groupon customer service reimbursed me, but Victory Lane will not receive my patronage.
