This location is only a couple of years old, but ever since they opened Ive not used another location for any of my vehicle maintenance and tire needs. My first experience with them was when I was shopping around for new tires. Despite getting quotes from various locations (including Mr. Tire across the street), this location was able to get me better tires for hundreds cheaper than competitors. They often have coupons or sales going on and they reward you for being a repeat customer by often providing coupons for your next visit. I get my oil changes done here and since I purchased my tires from them they will give me free rotations.Ive never had the impression that they are trying to sell me more than I need and all of their staff is extremely friendly and professional. If youre like me and prefer to keep your car running well for a long time instead of purchasing a new car every couple of years, I HIGHLY recommend you utilize these guys to keep up on your maintenance. Theyre not going to rip you off and your wallet and car will thank you for it in the long run.

I came for an oil change and tire rotation and had to come on 2 separate days on my own behalf and both times customer service was top tier. I blew a tire at 5:30 PM, and this shop closes at 6:00. My commute involves driving on the interstate, so I couldnt drive on the spare. I called and explained my situation, and they stayed open late to install a replacement. The service was fast, and the staff were friendly and professional, despite having to work late to help me.Im very grateful, and Ill be sure to recommend them in the future.

They did a fine job. They were quick and did a thorough oil change. The location is convenient. They offer Valvoline oil which seems to stay cleaner for a longer period between oil changes. They checked all the engine fluids and filters while I was there also. I like being able to stay with the car and get quick service.

Friendly, fast and the price point was spot on. Sat in the car while the oil was being changed and was out in less than 10 min. Perfect service on a long tired afternoon.

Service was good but the price keeps going up. Same service at a different Express is only $60 but this location charges $90. Service was good but no way am I doing that again.

Pulled in with a coolant leak and was checked while I waited. They found the problem and presented a quote with an estimated time of completion. The job was completed on time and the total was less than the estimate. Awesome job. Thanks Drew and the team for a job well done. 👍

Buyer BEWARE!! The manager seems to have no idea what he is doing and there is a reason this location has no customers!After a simple oil change - my daughter and I didnt even make it 10 miles before alarms started going off in my car on the highway - smoke everywhere - ruined our entire day!Manager came to the McDonalds and cleaned up the oil sprayed all over my engine from whatever they did to my car during oil change - told me to come by the shop for them to top it off!Went back for a top off - told them oil leaking continuously since oil change - manager refused to even check the oil and top off as promised!NOT OKAY in a small town!! Shame on you!! I am a single mom and you put my daughter and I in grave danger - then refusing to top off my oil after leaving us stranded - completely unacceptable and rude!! THEY NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED!!

Everyone was very professional! They got me in and out quickly all while being very efficient and addressing all of my concerns. Safe to say I will be back!

I came around 11am to get my oil changed, I had first called to see if they were busy and pricing info. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was polite and kind, and was not annoyed by my 7263 questions. I showed up, they immediately came to my car to assist, guided me into the bay, i was in and out in less than 10 mins! It was amazing! My guy was not pushy in sales, checked off everything, heard my concern about a shaky idle problem (which the oil change fixed) and complimentary washer fluid refills. All in all, i will DEFINITELY be back! Great professional place.Aubrey Rose

Critical: priceExpensive, normally pay 50 bucks for an oil change at the Chevy Dealership but I was charged 90 at this location. Feel overcharged, ripped off, and taken advantage of. Not to mention they did not reset the change oil light.Go some where much cheaper because almost 100 bucks for an oil change is ridiculous.

06/02/20 - COMPLETE RIP OFF AND INSANE PARTS MARK UP. Had a oil change here (no issues) they claimed they wanted to do our maintenance for our fleet cars also as they could do anything besides oiltook same car to them to get brakes looked at. it was rear rotors warped needed new + Ebrake shoes as well - complete rear end. THEY WANTED $721.00 TOTAL JOB TO REPLACE ITEMS. I asked them why ? was told... we only making 2 hrs labor... its just the part cost. !!itemized list : Rotors $119 each side so x 2 + rear pads $54 + ebrake shoes $54 + hardware kits for both $50x2 + 2 hours labor @ $109 x2looked up parts for normal person to buy on Amazon next day delivery : 2 rotors w/ free pads & all hardware included $123-180 total kit + ebrake shoes $20 + hardware kit for ebrake $11.35 (for $238 I could buy front & rear rotors & pads in a kit) so I asked WHY IS THE MARK UP 150-200% as was told directly this is our mandatory Corp mark up we have no control over but Im only charging you 2 hours of laborwhich again was $109x2 $218.00 + 150-200% mark up on parts for their profit. these are insane prices for anyone to pay... they wanted my business - NO WAY I WILL POST ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA & TO ALL FRIENDS TO BE WARNED THE PRICE OF REPAIRS HERE.I paid $109.00 for them to reassemble my vehicle & took it back & had it fixed for 50% of what they wanted. entire job at a honest mechanic !!(anyone who knows me... I hate writing & recving complaints like this... but in times like these... we need to look out for each other)
