This was a 5-Star dentist when Dr. Tran was there. Since the practice was sold to Dr. Olga, I have been billed incorrectly without resolution, I have been called to reschedule my appointment 3 times in 2 weeks, and my dentist was changed without my knowledge from Dr. Olga to Dr. Dan. When I expressed my concern with the Dr. Dan, he told me he didnt care and that I could RESCHEDULE to see Dr. Olga another time. With that exceptionally pathetic patient care, I will be entrusting an entirely different dental practice with my care. This is NOT Dr. Trans patient-centered, reliable practice anymore.

I had my first appointment with dr Tran this past week. It was not a pleasant visit since I had to have a tooth pulled. That was the only unpleasant thing. Dr Tran and assistant was wonderful. Dr Tran took every effort to make sure I didn’t feel a thing. Both were very pleasant and professional. I’m usually afraid to go to a dentist but I have no fears for my next appointment. I highly recommend Sequoia Family Dental.

Great family dentistry location in Canton. The customer service is awesome and the dental work is top notch. Dr. Tran, Amy and Lacey are so easy to work with.

I’ve been very happy with Dr Tran and his staff. As most people, I don’t enjoy the dentist... but I can sincerely say that everyone at Sequoia makes the visit as stress free and pleasant as possible. Lacey - office manager makes scheduling and payment easy. Dental hygienist Amy is knowledgeable and when she’s teaching it doesn’t feel like lecturing. Dr Tran and his assistant (who’s name I’m forgetting) work seamlessly together which alleviates stress during procedures. He doesn’t push optional aesthetic treatments. His approach seems conservative and practical. Something much appreciated!!

Im normally uneasy about going to the dentist, however, the associates at Sequoia Family Dental put me at ease. The office manager Lacey made scheduling appointments easy and was very knowledgeable with any questions I had about insurance. Laima is an awesome hygienist there who was very thorough for my cleaning, and Dr Tran did an awesome job with fixing one of my fillings and helped me feel comfortable during the process. Overall, a great dental practice and Ill be looking forward to my next cleaning!

The team at Sequoia Dental is excellent. I cannot say enough about Dr. Tran and his work. He is gentle, careful and a perfectionist. The hygienist Amy is wonderful and Lacey at the front is very knowledable and explains everything you need to know about payments and insurance. The office is inviting and super clean. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

I was visiting my cousin in Canton when my front tooth filling fell out when I bit into a sandwich. Panicking because I still had a whole week left and couldnt go around with half my tooth missing, I called around to nearby dental offices and they were the only ones who could squeeze me in last minute. Dr. Tran saw my distraught and reassured me that hell be able to fix it. Surely enough, he did such a beautiful job and my tooth looks like nothing had ever happened to it (probably better than my natural tooth). Tooth bad I live in Houston and cant be a regular. Thank you so much!!

Had a fabulous experience at Sequoia Family Dental! As someone who doesnt like going to the dentist, Dr. Tran made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I cant say enough good things about my experience there. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs a new dentist!
