I have a friend with an adult son with autism. He has an older TV and the remote was broken, he was LOST without it.These amazing people had her send a picture of the TV, hunted down the correct remote that he needed. Sent it to her, refusing payment.With so much hate these days, BRAVO to this business for going above and beyond. THANK YOU for your much appreciated kindness.

I needed an M.2 SSD mounting screw (my mb has two SSD mounting points but came with only one screw), so I decided to try Stark Computer Exchange. The technician in charge, although obviously busy, kindly spent about fifteen minutes searching through his copious collection of hardware and then presented me with a zip-loc bag containing about ten screws. He wasnt sure which kind of screw my mb required. He refused to accept payment. Two of the screws (at least) worked on my mb. I saw some really artistic gaming rigs in the store, btw. Its a great place. Thx!

Wrote on repair order, just installed new memory and have a blank screen. When I picked it up work order stated new memory installed WHY, after clearly indicating brand new memory was already installed. Had to ask for the new memory card I installed. Felt like a bait and switch. Customer service was okay.
Joe, the Technician was very accommodating and came into the store on a Saturday to fix my PC. He knew exactly what to do to get the job done and was very professional. I highly recommend this company, they were incredible!

Second computer Ive bought from them now that doesnt work another $179 now they want me to bring it back to them just so they can look at it buy it on them saying theyre going to get me a new battery for it still havent got no new battery have had a computer for 3 months now the computer wont even turn on.
Wasted my time, told me for the past week they has to test a motherboard for me but couldnt find a CPU to fit it... highly unlikely, told me several times they had other boards then I call today and Im told they have nothing to help me. The lady that answers the phone doesnt know a thing about computers so when the owner isnt there dont bother coming in or calling unless you want the run around. Taking my business back online... figured Id give a local shop a chance.

Good Texas people! Friendly and honest quick with repairs and with me being handicapped even came out and carried the computer in to fix it for me .I would highly recommend them. They will do right by you if you do right by them.
Mr. Joe is a very decent and kind man. I came in with a dead motherboard and he upgraded me from an AMD FX System to an Intel I7 for a song, and even doubled my system RAM from 16 to 32 GIGs. He was even patient with me in making payments on bench charge. The service I received from them is top notch, I highly recommend them.
The prices seem a lil bit high for some of the used systems that were running older operating systems & there old laptops were pretty high the guy in the back I talked to seemed to have a pretty good idea of what hes doing (from the 15 min conversation we had) Ive never had any computer fixed there so I cant speak to those prices

My ACER laptop was recently repaired at SCE, with a new mother board, and its never worked so well, even from its initial purchase! Keep up the great work there, and with a shout out to Joe, who really knows what hes doing, and demonstrates it daily, along with the rest of the staff!!

Was told they could and would match my dead laptop battery with their vendor only to find out they got me an aftermarket item from ebay and charged me 2.5x that was NOT compatible with my laptop. after speaking to the owner about it she decided screaming at me and sitting there smugly while reading what an ebay seller claimed was compatible that she did no wrong. i had to get a charge back through the bank to get my money back. beware! these people dont know what they are doing at all!
Mean people. Whoever the older guy is with a beard needs an attitude check. No clue how theyre in business charging fees to look at a repair (takes 5mins to diagnose if you are good)But that guy.. he just lost out on a lot of business.

Received laptop from them - upon start up there were password stealing viruses on them. This was a new imaged laptop from them too. Lucky I am an IT person and knew what to do to remove them.
They are very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back there again. There customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Its a shame because the previous owner was the complete opposite

It is sad to see a good business go down the tubes and be ruined by a couple that have no business experience, let alone computer experience. Watch them: as they dont know the business they will try to take advantage of you.
